Love this author and this series – highly recommend!
Loved it! Sexy love story and laughed all the way through it. Be sure to read the bonus section offered by the author!
I stopped reading and deleted this book because of the foul language. I recommend against reading this book.
Love Love LOVED this book! I will re-read it. Can’t wait to get onto the next one!
I found myself smiling most of the way through the book. The characters are quirky, engaging, smart and fun. I highly recommend it!
My First book by Penny Reid and it was great!!
Janie is a beautiful funny heroine, she doesn’t have any filter with her rambling thoughts and that’s what makes her character so unique and hilarious and let’s not talk about her friends!! all of them were super fun and crazy in a good way.. I really laughed a lot with all of them..
Janie was …
After reading this book, I am a die hard fan of Penny Reid. I highly recommend her smart, quirky characters, and vivid imagination!
I really thought I would like Neanderthal Seeks Human more than I did. All my friends loved it and here I am again the minority, because I really didn’t get into this read. I read some reviews that said this book was so funny, but I didn’t laugh, not once. I kept wondering if I was reading the same books as everyone else. It’s not that I hated the …
This was a easy read that made me want to read the series and the spin off series as well.
I enjoyed them and looked forward to the next book.
I absolutely loved Janie’s quirkiness! You can’t help but love her. And Quinn’s love for her and how she humanizes him is beautiful.
This was such a cute and funny book.! Janie is a straight up McSmarty pants. The random trivia facts that she spouts off is awesome. I like that she was nerdy/quirky and Quinn aka McHotpants loved every inch about her. I enjoyed the epilogue in Quinn’s POV. It was so sweet how much he loved and adored her.
This is the first book of Knitting in the City. Right now I’m reading Fiona’s story. I am completely in love with this series.
I have read it multiple times already!
This was entertaining and strange and weird and totally enjoyable and I mean that in the nicest way possible. Janie is just so eccentric and in her own head and slightly oblivious to the obvious but she’s also so incredibly sweet, wicked smart, full of crazy facts, and completely loyal and caring to her friends. She pretty much says whatever she …
great
Love all of the characters, and I love that the main character isn’t a simpering fool like in a lot of romantic books.
I loved Janie! The trivia quips, awkward moments, random topics..I could easily relate to all of it. What appealed most to me was her imperfections. She wasn’t proportionate, she was bias, she had family issues…gracious I could keep listing things… Janie was an interesting literary twist of human nature; when paired with Quinn, the dichotomy …
Best female character ever. So different. So witty. Loved everything about her and enjoyed the story.
Witty, intelligent writing both heartfelt and hilarious. An original plot with believable and endearing characters that you won’t get enough of. A standalone with no cliffhanger but so, so good you must move on to the next in the series. I couldn’t put this one down!
Cute.
