A standalone novel in the sizzling Lost Harbor, Alaska series
Kate Robinson has had a talent for trouble since she was a young teen in Lost Harbor, Alaska, during summertime visits to her grandmother’s peony farm. It’s the only true home she’s ever known, so it’s where she retreats when REAL trouble chases her out of California, her legal career in ruins. Upon arriving, Kate finds her eccentric … Kate finds her eccentric grandma has rented out her home! First order of business—eviction. So what if it’s a move that could get her shunned by the locals? She’s not known as Naughty Kate for nothing.
Fire Chief Darius Boone doesn’t need to add landlady troubles to his already busy plate, despite how fun it is to battle with C. Robinson, Attorney-at-Law. A series of small fires have been breaking out around Lost Harbor. Nothing harmful. Yet. But the number of blazes is steadily growing. The only thing taking his mind off this latest town drama is fiery Kate, who makes Darius want to be naughty with her…in all the best ways.
Trouble is one thing, but nothing has prepared Kate for the likes of “hottie fire chief” Darius Boone. Why not have some harmless naughty fun while she figures out her next move? But she never expected the heat the two of them would generate—or to fall so hard. The next time trouble strikes, everything she loves is on the line.

Jennifer Bernard has done it again & raised the bar! I work long hours but if I didn’t I would have finished this book in one day! I did not want to put it down and then to throw in some suspense, kept me turning the page. This has by far been my favorite Lost Harbor book & I have loved them all. Looking forward to Love at First Light!
Seriously hot fireman + Smart, sexy lawyer
Verbal sparring and instant attraction leads to an abundance of sparks that warm up the cool, spring Alaskan nights in Jennifer Bernard’s latest. I’m absolutely loving the Lost Harbor series and Darius and Kate definitely stir up the heat in this newest book.
Kate and Darius made the pages melt! Naughty All Night was the perfect mixture of fun and hotness! I loved the playful banter between all the characters. Ms Bernard makes her characters come to life on the pages. I felt as if they were part of my own group of friends and I was living their story as it unfolded. And sassy Emma. I love that lady! Fiesty grandma! Reminds me of my own Mother.
This is one book you DON’T want to miss. Sizzling hot. Lots of fun and laughs…and plenty of surprises and suspense. If you haven’t purchased it yet…what b are you waiting for???? You won’t be disappointed.
Next question is…will Maya and Tori get their own stories? I wanna move to Lost Harbor. I would love to be intertwined with all these characters. Love this series. And so loved the cameo from Ethan James…maybe he and Maya could become the next LH couple???
Kate Robinson’s life has been one of disappointment. Her parents, both self-absorbed narcissists, don’t really care about her, but do care about when she can do for them. The one place she has always felt loved and welcomed is Lost Harbor, Alaska. Her exploits while in Lost Harbor during her teen years earned her the moniker ‘Naughty Kate’. When her life in LA implodes, she relocates to her favorite town, and the safety of her grandmother Emma’s Peony farm. Unfortunately, her grandmother has rented the house Kate owns to a very frustrating man. Is he really?
With two failed marriages, Darius Boone is out for a good time with no romantic entanglements. He plays bass and enjoys picking up gigs when the occasion arises. In such a small town, he’s always ‘on call’. He has a lease on a great house close to the fire station where he is the Chief, but he keeps getting eviction notices from an aggravating attorney, C. Robinson. He has a lease from Emma, the owner of Petal to the Medal the Peony farm in town, and she says it’s her house. But is it?
This book was an insightful look into the lives of Kate and Darius. Hilarious puns, sexual innuendo and tension, misunderstandings, and regular life in Lost Harbor. When new issues arise, first for Kate then Darius, how they handle their relationship, their new responsibilities, possible bad decisions, and avert tragedy is gripping. Once you get going, you won’t want to stop reading!
We also get a quick peek in the lives of some of the residents of Lost Harbor we’ve grown to know and love, and catch up with them. Naughty all Night, book 5 in the Lost Harbor series is sweet, sexy, and fun! I recommend it!
Ok, so I have been waiting for Darius’s story. And I absolutely loved it. The humor and the instant attraction between Darius and Kate you can feel it. Their banter leading up until they finally decided to give in to their feelings was just warm fuzzies. There’s a lot going on in this book and we get to continue on seeing what SG is doing and the new friend is in the mix. Maya is just Maya and I can’t wait for her story, I’m so excited that it is next. But Jennifer hit it out of the park again with this nice community and lost Harbor with a bunch of friends and love and support. This is my honest review for a book I volunteered to read
Kate is going to the only home she feels is home.
Darius is fighting an unknown firebug.
Sparks fly when these two meet.
Loved this story!
I definitely have a new favorite in this series!! This book takes us back to Lost Harbor with a sexy fireman in the form of Darius Boone and a headstrong and sassy heroine, Kate Robinson. These two are fun and the chemistry between them makes things very interesting. This is a nice easy read that entertains you from beginning to end. I highly recommend this one.
It was such fun to return to Lost Harbor, Alaska. This was a beautiful story filled with sexy, romantic characters. Kate was a lawyer, now peony farmer and Darius was a sexy firefighter. The story was full of intrigue, several mysteries and scary moments, surprises, and hot, passionate moments between Kate and Darius, who were not going to get into a love relationship.
I was so drawn to the story, the characters, and Lost Harbor that I could not put the book down. I have read all of the books in this series and they have all been fantastic and unique in their own way. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
Reading this book was a wonderful way to spend the day. Naughty All Night had it all, sweet romance, humor, friendship and even some suspense. I loved every character in the book. I especially enjoyed the fun and witty dialog between Darius and Kate from their 1st meeting to the very end. I am a huge fan of Jennifer Bernard! Take a trip in any of the Lost Harbor, Alaska books. You won’t be disappointed.
Loved this sweet funny romance with Kate and Darius. She is an attorney who returns to Lost Harbor and he is the local fire chief. They have great chemistry and with the other supporting characters makes this hilarious. Kate and Darius make a great couple and were meant to be.
I love the Lost Harbor series. Even though Naughty All Night is Book 5, it can totally be read as a stand alone. I loved Kate and Darius and really enjoyed this book!
Welcome back to Lost Harbor, Alaska! This is Jennifer Bernard’s fifth book about the antics of the Lost Harbor citizens. This book is Kate and Darius’ love story. Kate is a strong and independent woman who needs some fun and laughter in her life. Darius provides that plus more! Throw into the mix, Grandma Emma, and you are in for a wild ride. Darius and Kate soon realize that there really is one special person for each of us, even if it takes longer to find them than we’d like. Step into Lost Harbor and join the fun, it’s truly worth the read! Each of the books can be read separately but I recommend reading them all!! Love this series!
I loved Jennifer Bernard’s “Naughty All Night,” book #5 of the Lost Harbor, Alaska series. While each book can easily be read as a standalone, I have enjoyed getting to know several secondary characters through their appearances across multiple stories. The male lead character of this story, Fire Chief Darius Boone, is one whose story I have been particularly anticipating. He seemed like such a great guy from the first time he was introduced, and I’ve always appreciated his protective nature and sense of humor. It was wonderful to see him finally meet his match in attorney Kate Robinson, whose desire to protect the ones she loved complemented Darius perfectly. Their banter as they got to know each other was a lot of fun, and I enjoyed the slow burn between them as their relationship grew. They almost got together a few times, but circumstances kept getting in the way. I think I may have been nearly as frustrated as Darius and Kate by the time the stars finally aligned in their favor!
Just as in the previous books of the series, the secondary characters in this story were a tremendous amount of fun and added a lot of depth to the narrative. I enjoyed meeting Kate’s grandmother, Emma, and was very happy to catch up with S.G., the teenage runaway featured in book #3. I’ve been wondering what happened to her ever since we last saw her.
Overall, “Naughty All Night” was a sweet, funny, and charming story that I highly recommend for all fans of contemporary romance. I am very much looking forward to the next book in the series!

Naughty All Night is the fifth book in Jennifer Bernard’s Lost Harbor, Alaska series. In a place like Lost Harbor, Alaska, there’s always a little bit of magic in the air – just enough for dreams to be found and hearts to be lost. The series welcomes you to the edge of wilderness, where summer storms and winter nights make for unforgettable romance. I read the first book in the series, Mine Until Moonrise, just a few weeks ago and really enjoyed it so I was very excited to get the opportunity to read Naughty all night. Grab your iced tea and let’s chat about Jennifer Bernard’s Naughty All Night.
When Kate’s life in Los Angeles falls apart, she returns to the only place that has ever felt like home – Alaska. Kate escaped her parents by spending summers in Alaska with her grandmother. Fun, rebellious summers which earned Kate quite a repetition but she’ not that person anymore. She is a brave, strong, independent attorney who made a decision to help her father which ended up costing her everything.
Darius is the fire chief of Lost Harbor Alaska. He came to Alaska to put as many states as possible between his ex-wife and himself. After two, that’s right two, failed marriages, Darius has sworn off love and relationships. Hookups and one-night stands are all that he can manage right now but his beautiful new landlord makes him want to be naughty.
Most of you know that I love a book with a hottie public servant (cops, firefighters, etc…) and Darius is definitely a hottie. He is exactly what I wish for in a public servant main character – smart, protective, hot, and a little naughty. I forgot to mention, Darius plays the guitar – panty melter alert! The chemistry between Darius and Kate is as hot as the fires that are burning around the town.
My rating of Naughty All Night by Jennifer Bernard….5 out of 5 propellers!
Jennifer Bernard always writes one heck of a story and Naughty All Night is no exception. She creates places you want to visit and characters you want to be friends with. Plus…sigh…the romance! READ THIS BOOK!
I loved Kate and Darius’ love story in Naughty All Night by Jennifer Bernard, book five in her Lost Harbor, Alaska series. Kate Robinson had a tendency to find trouble especially since she was a teen during her summertime visits to Lost Harbor, Alaska and her grandmother’s peony farm. This was her safe place; the only place to go when major trouble chases her out of California and destroys her legal career. After arriving Kate discovers her grandmother rented out her home. So like any good lawyer, Kate tries to evict the tenant; so what if it angers the locals. Fire Chief Darius Boone already had an overflowing plate and didn’t need to add landlady problems to it; despite enjoying his battles with C. Robinson, Attorney-at-Law. To top it off, there have been a number of small, harmless fires breaking out around Lost Harbor; that seem to be growing in frequency. Darius has found that the only thing keeping him sane is the beautiful Kate and getting naughty with her, in only the best way possible. Kate has no idea how she should handle the “hottie fire chief” but having some harmless. Naughty fun sounds reasonable. Darius and Kate never expected the heat and electricity they generated could keep the town running and warm all winter. Their sizzling chemistry and attraction are causing more problems as neither of them planned on developing feelings and falling in love.
Ms. Bernard wrote an amazing, emotional, humorous, and magical story that is not to be missed. She provided a tale rich with kindness, magnetic attraction, off the charts chemistry, amusing conversations, and endearing characters pushing Kate and Darius out of their comfort zones and finding a forever love. I highly recommend Naughty All Night to other readers and can’t wait for the next story in this series.

Naughty All Night is book 5 in the Lost Harbor, Alaska series by Jennifer Bernard and am just loving this series! Makes me want to visit this place..
Next up is Darius Boone and Kate Robinson. Kate gets stuck in the mud and a hottie gets her out. Later that night she sees him again at the bar playing bass. Opposites attract, sparks fly but what she doesn’t know is Darius is the man she is trying to evict from her home and the Fire Chief!
Laughter, sweet, some suspense, sparks of both kind (fire and attraction) innuendos, come backs and so much more. Can’t wait for the next book in this series!!
NAUGHTY ALL NIGHT is the fifth in Jennifer Bernard’s Lost Harbor, Alaska, series, and stands well alone. Kate Robinson earned her teenage nickname of Naughty Kate by pushing the usual boundaries, but she’s put all that behind her. Lost Harbor’s the only real home she’s had, with her loving but eccentric grandmother Emma. So when she run into REAL trouble, she naturally heads home to Petal to the Metal, Emma’s peony farm. But apparently her grandmother’s rented out her place. Good thing Kate’s got the legal background to work on getting this interloper evicted, even if doesn’t exactly put her in the town’s good graces.
One D. Boone, aka fire chief Darius Boone, isn’t exactly looking for any kind of trouble. A series of nuisance fires has his department hopping, and now apparently his landlady is looking to give him the boot. One bright spot is crossing paths with the lovely Kate, who’s reminding him he isn’t exactly dead yet.
Jennifer Bernard’s Naughty All Night is a page turner in all the best ways. Kate and Darius and the people of Lost Harbor make for a charming and utterly captivating community, and Kate and Darius’s pasts keep them both on the move. A fast-moving plot and terrific characterizations make Naughty All Night a read you can’t put down.
I read this having missed a couple of previous books in the series, but had no trouble keeping up. I can’t wait to go back and see what I missed though! A fantastic read!
Naughty All Night was an enjoyable escape from everything going on today. The characters are well written. The chemistry between them is fun, flirty & intense. Kate holds her image & profession up as a reason to be slightly uptight & reserves. That makes it fun when her naughty side breaks through & goes to town. Who better to handle the sparks then Fire Chief Darius. He loves poking at Kate & getting her to react. It’s more fun than figuring out the string of nuisance fires plaguing the area. I really enjoyed being a spectator to the sparks between these two. The supporting characters were enjoying & pushing the relationship forward. This is a typical small town where everyone knows everyone else’s business & has an opinion. Be ready to be drawn in!
Fire Chief Darius Boone is putting out fires…literally and figuratively speaking.
Kate Robinson has just returned to Lost Harbor, Alaska to try to evict a tenant after a round of bad happenings in California, and to help her grandmother with the Peony farm.
The fire turns to flames with these two! They could melt the snow if it was winter, but instead it is the mud seasons…cue first meet-up!
This 5th book in the Lost Harbor series by author Jennifer Bernard is a great read! Full of humor, banter, mystery, and surprises! Super enjoyable romance! 5 fire-filled stars!
