Which means that I need to keep my temptation in check.
Crawling into bed with him isn’t an option.
Even though every bone in my body screams of jealousy.
His mother hates me. He’s got a hot girlfriend.
And I know nothing about being a nanny.
It makes me crazy to think about him with someone else.
So, I have a choice to make.
I confess my feelings and risk losing my job.
Or… I watch him leave and let my heart shatter to pieces.
This hot and steamy standalone romance has NO cliffhangers, NO cheating and offers a guaranteed happily ever after!

This heart felt story will have you going all out for Brent, Emma and his son and wanting you to slap mom up side the head for being a busybody trying to interfere with what could be a happily ever after or a little boy who desperately needs a woman that understands him not to mention a lonely father who is in need of love as well! – Merry J. reviewer
If you like nanny romances, you will enjoy this book. I really liked the characters, Brent and Emma. They are interesting, well-developed and have chemistry. The story is interesting, well-written with a happily ever after.– skikern reviewer
A single hot dad and nanny romance read that didn’t disappoint. Brent and Emma had great chemistry and Caleb was adorable, he may have steal the show. It was fun watching how Eleanor (grandma) try to get Brent back into the groove. Overall a good read with the right amount of heat and an enjoyable storyline. – Rowena reviewer
Fantastic read, loved the meet cute for this couple Emma and Brent. Instant attraction but so many circumstances prevent them being together. This was a good storyline with some past love loss, but it had great supportive characters to help them achieve their own HEA. – Michele reviewer

Okay. I liked the first story a lot. It had its issues granted but I really liked the first story. I’m not going to talk about that at all. Besides the author using the same name Luke as the MC of the first book and Luke was the brother of Alexis (all I will say about THAT Luke) The second story Mia was a total idiot. I mean I loved her and Aidens relationship, she was super smart and so loveable but she was a textbook battered woman…. but she wasn’t battered… just emotionally. Not saying that’s not just as bad. Hell no, no way am I condoning that evil, vile behaviour. But being that I’ve worked EMS for so long it just wounds my heart to see women, children and yes even some men that are in these abusive relationships that won’t stand up and do right by themselves. It’s so frustrating and it sucks because these people see it for themselves but they make excuses and play it off then they end up hurt or worse. What really made me upset was book #3 Brent and Emma’s story. Brent is such a B with a giant B. Elenor just walks all over him. Walked all over his dead wife, continues to walk all over the memory of his dead wife, insults his dead wife in front of his son which is the boys mom and he does nothing, she constantly sticks her nose into his business, embarrasses him, pimps him out and she is a disgusting human being. She looks down her nose at people and she sees staff as beneath her. She doesn’t care about anyone or their families, only herself and her image. This is supposed to be a grown man who is supposed to be raising a boy to be a man, how can you lead by example and you can’t even have a backbone and stand up to your mother? You have to ignore your own heart? I’m sorry, I’m dropping some spoilers here, Emma should have just opened the flood gates and exposed that old lady about the money instead she jet sets across the country then when the boy gets hurt and admits her gets hurt by his own will and by his own hand she is blamed for it, no one defends her and she even takes the blame! Then she turns around and does the woman a favor and allows greed to rule her and Bargain for more money? So Brent and Caleb mean nothing? Just that last 10k? Truly disgusting and disappointing. I admit I was skimming ahead because I was just like okay I just need to finish this but once I read that it was the straw that broke the camels back. It’s not often a book makes me sneer. This is one of the times! I give this book absolutely 1 Star
Her friend insists that she attend a masked gala that her boss gave her tickets to and it turns out to be one of Emma’s most embarrassing nights. She is first caught stuffing her mouth with meatballs by the sexiest man on earth only to fall down the stairs into his arms later that night. If that wasn’t embarrassing enough shortly after he saves her life after she falls into the pool in an evening gown and ends up making out with him in the pool house and being caught by another guest. How could her life get any worse??? Six months later……he turns out to be her boss.
I absolutely LOVED this book and was sad when I turned the final page! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!
NANNY AND THE BOSS – 4 stars
This was a good book once you get past the silly beginning. Brent lost his wife to cancer three years ago leaving him to raise their young son. But keeping a nanny has been a challenge with his mother finding a reason to fire every single one of them.
Emma Connery graduated with an MBA but blew through her savings while trying to find a job. After a crazy party her roommate drags her to finds her in a precarious situation Emma ends up back home living on her mom’s couch. Desperate to get back on her feet she accepts a nanny job for the last person she expected to ever work for.
Falling in love with Brent’s son Caleb is the easiest part of her new job. Falling in love with his father will be the hardest when the one person who should be rooting for his happiness will do everything to keep them apart.
DNF – overly long with the build-up and by then I just did not much care
Nanny and the BOSS is the third book in the (Billionaire’s Obsession series and is the story of Brent and Emma. I am just going to say right from the start that I did not quite understand some of the decisions that the author made when plotting out this story-line. I kept reading and reading, and this is not a short story or novella so it was a lot of reading, before the main characters really had any interactions together. Sorry but like WTH is that supposed to be about. I mean really how can you have a romance when you don’t even put your characters together. Instead it was all about the characters off in their own worlds and such. By the time I got to the mid point I had already skimmed and skipped large chunks of the book as I just could not handle it. Then they finally started to have some scenes together but by then I had lost most of my interest. So for me this was a DNF.
I will just say that the author is able to write well and intelligently which is good. I just wish the story-line and characters were better and the editor had pared the pages down. Sometimes conciseness is the best thing after all.

Emma can’t find a job in her field after she graduates college and has to move back in with her parents. Her friend drags her out to a party trying to cheer her up and Emma goes with her. Brent is a billionaire with a young son. Brent’s mother lives with him and helps with the care of his son. Emma is wandering around the home the party is in when she comes across the young boy playing games and sits to talk to him for a few. She ends up bonding with him and gives him something precious to her before she leaves. Brent is drawn to Emma and has been trying to find her at the party since she first arrived. When a misstep lands her in the pool Bent gets his chance. They share a kiss in the pool house before she leaves without giving him her name. However the next day after responding to a nanny ad she arrives back at the house and worries about if she should even apply for the job. Brent’s mother doesn’t like her and wants her gone. Yet its Brent and his son that over rule her and give Emma a chance. Will Brent see that his little family needs Emma?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.
