Texting the wrong number has never felt so right. It started with a not-so-innocent text that I’d meant to send to the guy I was casually dating. Things had been moving slowly, and I’d decided it was time to spice things up.Me: I need you to come over. I want to feel you inside me.Him: Who is this?Me: Indy. Who’s this?Him: Wrong number.Me: Oh crap. I’m sorry.Him: I’m not. What’s your address? Now, … this?
Him: Wrong number.
Me: Oh crap. I’m sorry.
Him: I’m not. What’s your address?
Now, I have to decide whether I want to block him and text the guy I meant to in the first place. Or do something outrageously bold and tell him to come over.
Me: . . .

Indy trying to take her relationship to the next level sends a semi-dirty text to her boyfriend, but surprise it was a wrong number. They do hook up and have a great one night. Then it turns out he is her new boss. He is a take charge kind of guy but is caring and looks out for his employees. So this is an office romance that started out totally by accident. I liked the forwardness of Indy trying to take her relationship to the next level and having the courage to have a one night stand. Cal was just a great guy, and I really liked how he was written. The whole story is unique but totally believable. Great story.

Indy is out with a friend and they start talking about a guy she’s seeing from a dating app. The guy hasn’t exchanged numbers with her and when she brings it up he just wants to stay messaging even though they have been out a couple times. So when she messages him demanding his number she is stunned when he finally gives it to her. However when she messages it later and it turner out to be a wrong number she is disappointed. Cal is playing poker with friends when he receives an interesting text message from a woman. He responds that she has the wrong number but he is still interested. Its not long before Indy invites him over. They share a hot steamy night together. Then things get interesting when she goes into work the next day and finds out that Cal is her new boss. Will they continue their new relationship? What will this mean for their jobs? What about the guy that gave her the wrong number?
This is a great story that will keep you on the edge of your seat wondering what will happen next. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

A little predictable but still excellent.
Good romance very hot and sometimes funny by the situation: 2 people, Indy and Cal organize an impromptu meeting without knowing each other for one night, on a whim. However, no one thought they would meet again so quickly in another situation.
I really liked the two characters who are endearing, and who have to manage their relationship according to the context in which they found themselves.

Never a wrong number as been so right…Indy and Cal hook up but when he ends up being her new boss it triggers lots of funny, romantic and awkward moments that make this a very good book, I loved it.

I rate this book 4.5 stars.
This was such a fun book. OMG…the message that Indy sends to Cal and their conversation was just too hot! And their chemistry is off the charts sizzling hot and steamy. And their next encounter and their messages after just made me giggle. Cal and Indy have a complicated but great relationship as they are so comfortable with each other, and their banter is sweet and fun. I thought this story was well written and very entertaining.

Oh, the heat is HOT, and the physical chemistry is captivating so be careful you may just get burned all the heat coming off these pages. There were some “oh no” “oh wow” ” what the what” moments and add in uncanny mishaps, shenanigans, and suspense the good kind that makes you keep turning the pages till last page has been turned. What happens when you text a wrong number you meet and like each other the end sorry…not sorry Indy and Cal meet in an untraditional way and it takes off from that moment instant attraction and chemistry and they can’t just stop at a one night stand because there is so much more going on there but is it enough for a HEA?
This is my first venture into this author and was intrigued by the blurb. I’ve read similar and I love fun stories that go along with the sexiness. This was great. I was smiling, laughing, swooning, and blushing. I even got upset when Patrick would show up. The chemistry and banter between the characters was great and I couldn’t put this down.
This is a fun office romance that is heated. The storyline is engaging and has laugh out loud moments along with the sweet. Indy and Cal have incredible chemistry!
I received an ARC from the author thru Booksprout and am voluntarily leaving my review. Indy and Cal have a love story that starts off with a text to the wrong number. She thought that she would start up a steamy conversation with the man she currently dated off and on. Cal is who got the text and jumped on the opportunity. After an amazing night together, she discovers that he is her new boss. These two have sparks between them that will keep their fires burning. I enjoyed their office love story

Indy Scott sent a text to Joel, the guy she was casually dating, inviting him over for a really good time. But she sent it to a stranger by mistake! Fortunately, when he offered to come over anyway, she accepted – after he provided the “right” answers to her questions! Cal hadn’t cared that she didn’t give him a full-face shot because looks were not what was important. For him, the attraction and chemistry was all that was needed, and he definitely felt that when she answered the door. Not only did he give her the best time ever, but he stayed overnight and half-way through the next day!
When Indy arrived at work, her best friend Leslie got all the details and they walked to their cubicles. One of their co-workers asked if they were ready… their new boss, Nicholas Callan, was starting today and was just about to greet everyone! Leslie teased her that it was a good thing she had a fantastic weekend or she would be crabby meeting the new boss! They were introducing the guy in a videoconference and one of her co-workers was blocking most of the screen. But when he stepped aside, her startled gasp got Leslie’s attention. So that was what “Cal” was an abbreviation of – not “Calvin” but Nicholas Callan, her new boss! Would she lose her job now? How can she face him after their intimate encounter?
This was such a fun, excellent story. The reader can feel every emotion in the characters. The office characters are just like the real thing, some good, some annoying. It made for a realistic setting. There will be some twists in the story, so grab your copy and see where this one is headed.
Indy is on a dating website and meets Joel. They go out to dinner three times, but when she asks for his phone number, turns out he gives her a fake one. She had sent a dirty text to Joel, but someone else replied. After one very, very hot and steamy night with Cal, she tried to contact Joel with no luck. It turns out that Cal is her new boss. Oh boy . What an absolutely fantastic story and I loved every minute of it.
When Indy is frustrated with how slow things are moving with a guy she met on a dating app, her best friends encourages her ask the guy for his phone number so they can text – and she quickly sends a very suggestive text…to the wrong person. Fortunately for her, the recipient is a hot, alpha man a few years older – and equally as sexually frustrated. Their one-night stands turns into a weekend … then things take a turn for the interesting when Indy arrives at work on Monday and discovers her new boss’ boss is none other than Cal, her weekend sexcapade.
This is the first novel I have read by R. L. Kenderson, but it certainly will not be the last. The premise of the book is sexy and original, and it is so well-written that I couldn’t put it down once I started. Engaging and entertaining characters, steamy encounters, engrossing subplots … This novel has it all, and I cannot recommend it enough.

This is book three in A Love Like That series. It’s hot, it’s funny, and I’d have to say my new favorite in the series. Indy’s has been dating a guy name Joel she meets on a dating app but things are moving slowly so she tries speed things up by asking Joel for his number. She shoots him a spicy text only Joel gave a wrong number. Cal happens to be the wrong number and sparks fly and they end up hooking up. They part ways expecting to never see each other again but fate has other plans, Cal is Indy’s new boss, eek! Now they find themselves maneuvering from a one nightstand to a relationship, a supervisor who’s a horrible human being and Joel from the dating app. Will these two find happiness together?

Oh my goodness I needed this book. I did not realize that I needed a good laugh. So let’s meet Cal and Indy. So Indy is meets a guy from a dating app and his name is Joel. She is wanting more to happen but he is stalling. So when she gets a number from him she sends a message. Only it was not sent to Joel. Here comes Cal to the rescue. He is intrigued with the fact that she sent a very direct message. It is very hilarious. What a great weekend. Especially when you think that you will never see each other again unless another text is sent. So when Indy goes to work on Monday she did not think that the new CEO was her weekend fling. Uh Oh! This just keeps getting funnier and funnier. Cal has a great poker face and does not even blink when he sees Indy at work. However, texting is still on the table. Keeping what they are doing on the down low, until someone starts to shake up some things at work. Cal makes sure that he isn’t doing anything wrong but someone will see it differently. Only he changes things up at the end. Will this hurt what he and Indy has? What is going to happen? Oh and lets not forget about Joel? That was a shocker too. This is definitely another book added to the favorite list.

Best Oops Ever! 5 stars. – The things you do or agree to when bff pressures you to be as happy as she is. But then, Cal and Indy wouldn’t have met. This book has a funny “meet-up” which turned really steamy. Leslie, Indy’s best friend, is like a mischievous pixie, getting Indy in situations that will either complicate things for Cal and Indy or make them realize what they are to each other. Even though this book is entertaining to read, the author managed to touch on racial and sexual bias in the workplace, nepotism in corporate America, and feminism. Kudos! I received an advanced copy and voluntarily chose to review it.
Indy Scott has the best one-nighter she’s ever had with the handsome Cal. Indy wonders what Cal stands for, and finds out the next day when the CEO introduces Indy’s new boss, Nicholas Callan … and he’s gotten hotter since their night together.
Funny, drama-filled and hot!
My wrong number was so good. I loved everything about it. Right from the start I was drawn in. Indy and Cal meet through her sending a text to the wrong number which is his. The chemistry between them is off the charts. It was hilarious and I absolutely loved Indys best friend. This is the first book I have read from this author and am so glad I did!
Things heats up between Cal and Indy who she thinks is Joel who she has been talking to on a dating app. When they meet in real life boy do things go from zero to a hundred fast and Joel aka Cal just so happens to be her boss. This story and its incendiary romps will keep you glued to the pages and cheering Cal and Indy on to finding their happiness!

I liked this story a lot. It was entertaining and enjoyable with a few exceptions. The characters were interesting and likable for the most part. Patrick really needed to have some comeuppance. I didn’t like that he got away with his actions without even getting sued or hit by a bus or anything! Indy’s decision to stay with the company irritated me as well but I figured if Cal was ok with it then I didn’t have any business being upset. Cal knew that Indy loved her job and getting to work with her bff which is why he made the choice he did. The way that Cal and Indy meet kind of blows my mind because I can’t imagine it happening in real life, but the fantasy is pretty hot! Cal and Indy’s relationship begins there and evolves into more and more which made me happy. I loved their happy ever after. Although there were things I didn’t like about the story, I still recommend reading the book because I liked more than I disliked. Hopefully, you will too!
