The first book in the series that has garnered millions of readers across the globe, from New York Times bestselling author Robert Dugoni.Tracy Crosswhite has spent twenty years questioning the facts surrounding her sister Sarah’s disappearance and the murder trial that followed. Motivated by the opportunity to obtain real justice, Tracy became a homicide detective with the Seattle PD and dedicated her life to tracking down killers.
When Sarah’s remains are finally discovered near their hometown in the northern Cascade mountains of Washington State, Tracy is determined to get the answers she’s been seeking. As she searches for the real killer, she unearths dark, long-kept secrets that will forever change her relationship to her past—and open the door to deadly danger.

I have read this whole series and Dugoni knows how to write a book.
One of my favorite series!
Tracy and Sarah Crosswhite are extremely close sisters. They compete at shooting championships. After the 1993 state championship, Tracy begs Sarah to drive safely home, but Sarah never makes it.
A recently released rapist is convicted of the murder but a body is not found and Tracy is suspicious of the evidence.
Fast forward 20 years, and …
A book that drags on and on without giving enough clues to follow (esp. since the books appears to be a whodonit). Instead all the action happens at the very end.
I did not finish this book because it was slow and I did not like the main character.
I had hoped for so much more from this author. I think part of my disappointment comes from the fact that the author just doesn’t have the right voice to write from a female POV. Her actions sometimes were frivolous, especially with the romance, which felt weak and contrived.
The mystery was interesting and the writing was smooth, but there were …
Awesome book. Kept me quessing until the end.
First book in one of my favorite series. Tracy Crosswright finds the remains of her sister. It sets the tone for this amazing suspense series full of action, twists and great characters with a little romance. Put this on your must read list
I felt the book dragged. That being said, the characters are interesting and well-defined. The story line was fine.
As always, Robert Dugoni managed to keep me at the edge of my seat & guessing. Definitely a must if you enjoy a book that is well written, with plenty of substance & suspense!
One of my favorite authors. Love this series.
Dugoni is a master story teller. My Sister’s Grave is another suspenseful novel by this talented author.
This story with its totally tangled plot has a quite different kind of story telling. I certainly didn’t see it coming! From the very beginning I tried to figure out who the real killer was. This book is an awesome thrill ride!
Great series of books!
I like this new series. I now own all six books in the Crosswhite series. Very good and a fast read.
Good read
When we unbury the past the Uglies sure do come out. Was a very good book. First read from this author.
My first Dugoni book. I’m hooked. You think you know the “true” story…you don’t.
Loving the Tracy Crosswhite books! I read this one recently, and immediately knew I had to read the whole series. On book four now…
I could not put this book down. Interesting characters, great story line, page turner. I am now reading the second in the serious by this author.
