Diego Santiago has been undercover too long. What began as a simple mission to gain revenge for his younger brother’s death has become an abyss of conflicted loyalties and evil deeds done for the “greater good.” He’s begun to question his ability to see a future beyond the darkness. But when his plan to take down El Jefe, the mysterious leader of a human trafficking ring, leads him to the woman … woman he’s loved from the shadows for years, he needs to decide where his ultimate loyalty lies.
Nora Damon has poured blood, sweat, and tears into establishing herself as a capable adult, no longer fettered by the childhood trauma that haunts her. As a social worker for Centered, a women’s shelter and holistic healing center in downtown Boston, she has devoted herself to helping clients and friends overcome adversity and claim their own happiness. But one night, when a traumatized girl leads her back to Diego, Nora must face her fears, her painful past, and the bad boy she cannot have.
How does a grown woman call a man Daddy and not lose her self-respect? How can an undercover operative protect the woman he loves without compromising his mission? Is Nora brave enough to claim her own happiness? Can Diego overcome the darkness he’s mired in, and rise above his sins to find his redemption?

It seems like I’ve been waiting for Diego’s story almost from the beginning of the series. The heart, passion, righteous indignation, all combined with a natural dominance makes him the perfect undercover agent and then Daddy to Nora. Nora has come so far since she was introduced and yet through it all she has retained her caring heart that sees the best in others. What a magnificent story.
The last book of this series is just icing on the already wonderful cake. Diego is undercover but that doesn’t stop him from wanting Nora. He’s in too deep, though, and doesn’t see a way out. When Nora becomes a target for a human trafficking ring, he has to step up his game and decided if he’s going to be hers! He wants to be her “Daddy but will she accept that?
There is drama, mystery and a twist I didn’t see coming. This is the perfect ending for the series. I”ll miss the guys and their ladies but luckily, I can always revisit them anytime I want by opening my Kindle! Thank you Jane and Maisy for the journey into your wonderful world of The Boston Doms!
The last book in the Boston Dom series and even though I am sad to see this series end, this book is a wonderful way to end the series. This is the story of Diego and Nora.
After so many years undercover Diego doesn’t know what it is like to love and thinks he doesn’t deserve happiness. Until Nora, she is the light in his darkness and he will do anything to take care of her and to keep her her safe, like only a Daddy can. Nora fought hard for her independence; giving it up is not an easy decision to make.
There is a wonderful connection between Diego and Nora and I loved their banter, the spankings and sexy and wild lovemaking. The perfect ending to the Boston Dom books
Book 7, Boston Doms The amazing finale to the Boston Doms series. Jane Henry and Maisy Archer are truly awesome!
SPOILER ALERT: THIS IS BOOK 7 AND THE FINALE OF THE BOSTON DOMS SERIES. IF YOU HAVEN’T READ THE FIRST SIX BOOKS IN THIS SERIES, THIS REVIEW MAY CONTAIN SPOILERS.
Diego Santiago has been undercover for years, working for his friend, Alexander “Slay” Slater, and through him, the FBI. He started out trying to save his brother but couldn’t do that. So he stayed with Chalo Salazar’s crew, trying to bring the entire organization down. When Salazar is unexpectedly killed, Diego becomes the crew’s new leader with a new name, El Padre. The only problem? He’s now been undercover for so many years that he’s almost lost himself. He feels the darkness in his life dragging him down deeper every day. His single goal is to bring down the true leader of the entire organization, a deeply mysterious and unknown figure known only as El Jefe. No one knows anything about him, other than he’s ruthless and won’t hesitate to take out anyone who stands in his way. Diego is so tired of the double life he’s living and the blackness that’s slowly eating away his entire soul. He wants out but he has to end this mission first. Nora Damon has known Diego nearly her entire life. They grew up in the same poor neighborhood in Boston. But while Diego went his way and pursued what he had to do, Nora went on to become a very beautiful and accomplished woman. She’s now a social worker who’s an integral part of running Centered, a women’s health clinic in the inner city of Boston. She knows Diego’s been undercover but hasn’t seen him in years. And even though she’s pushed him to the back of her mind, she’s never forgotten him. When circumstances once again bring him to her attention in a most unexpected and alarming way, she makes a very foolish and dangerous decision that could be deadly for both her and Diego. Can she even find Diego? If she does, does she have any idea of the firestorm of danger she’s walking into? Will Diego be able to save her from her own foolishness and the jeopardy she’s put both of them in? And can Diego save Nora, not only from herself but from him as well? Will he be able to finish his mission? Lives hang in the balance. There’s no way to know just how far El Jefe’s reach extends. Can anyone make a difference? If not, everything may go up in smoke, including the lives of Diego, Nora, and everyone they love!
Diego and Nora has me hooked from the first page. I couldn’t put the book down. The relationship between these two is so complex on so many levels, and shows just how very talented Ms. Henry and Ms. Archer are. There are so many levels to this story. It’s not a simple BDSM story. Diego and Nora have their individual battles, both internal and external, that are interwoven into the main story. Diego’s conflicted in so many ways. His dedication to what he feels is his duty is in direct contrast to his feeling for Nora. As for Nora, the past history between her and Diego affects her every action and decision. That these two can find any kind of connection at all is incredible. Their ability to push past what’s influenced the relationship, or lack thereof, for the vast majority of their lives is truly astounding. The talent that both Jane Henry and Maisy Archer demonstrate as storytellers is evident in every aspect of this story. I’ve seldom been pulled me into a story the way I was with this book. These two authors have created a series finale which is the icing on a perfect cake. Congrats, Ms. Henry and Ms. Archer! This book, and indeed the entire series, deserves nothing less than five stars!
A final note. Be an informed reader! This is an ADULT book. It contains explicit language and sexual scenes. If you don’t enjoy this genre, this may not be the book for you. There are book synopses and reviews available on Goodreads and Amazon websites. Use these resources. DON’T LEAVE A NEGATIVE REVIEW WHEN YOU KNOW YOU WON’T ENJOY THE BOOK. It’s not fair to the authors. They work hard to provide a quality work product. If you know you’ll object to a book’s subject matter before you buy it, you’re doing yourself and the authors an extreme disservice.
Thanks for reading my review and happy reading!
