My girl by S. Cole.
This was a brilliant read. Creepy and eerie and spooky. I had chills.
Great story and some good characters. I do hope there is more to come. 5*.
This psychological thriller is unbelievable and a must read without a doubt. You will have goosebumps on and off continuously through this story. From the very first chapter I was squirming in my seat with the biggest grin on my face while my mind was running wild with all the different outcomes as to the events that are taking place. A twist that I didn’t see coming. You must add this to your TBR list and bump it straight to the top.
The story line was great, the character work was fantastic, and the book had a smooth flow to it. I was highly entertained throughout this book and found myself questioning whether the character was just crazy or if something else was really going on. This book kept me hooked from beginning to end. I look forward to more from this author.

Okay… wait I have to make sure all of the lights are on and that the closet is clear of unwanted shadows because OH MY GOSH this book is creepy as heck!!
Grown woman over her, I’m an adult! But I could not read this at night in the dark. No freaking way. The entire time I was reading my brain just kept saying on a loop “What is happening? IS she crazy? Is it legit monsters??” I needed to know which had me turning the pages faster and faster. Even when I wanted to put it down I couldn’t, until it got dark because nope! Can’t read it in the dark if I wanted to get any sleep. S. Cole has such a way for writing that sucks you in, the creep factor is high in My Girl and that driving force mixed with the mystery is compelling and addictive to read! I honestly don’t want to talk about any of the book details because I don’t want to accidentally give anything away. My Girl is like nothing I have ever read before. Unique, creepy, entertaining. Even if you don’t usually read thrillers, I would recommend giving this one a shot because I think you will be surprised by how entertaining of a read it is. Oh and also invest in a nightlight of some kind… you know just in case.

This book captivated me from the very first page! I didn’t want to put it down.
The writing in this book was flawless and had me wrapped up in the world of Bobbi and Stassi.
I’ve read all of S.Cole’s books and this is the best one yet.
I would highly recommend this for anyone who likes suspense and twists!
Let’s talk about the creep factor. This story layered it, never knowing what was real and what maybe was in Bobbi’s mind.
It’s been years since Bobbi feared the haunting of her past. She thought she had left that part of her life behind, but it has come back with a vengeance. I was hooked early on and had to know what was going on, always guessing whether what she was going through was real or in her mind. Her daughter was changing. There were many times my heart was stuck in my throat or chills covered me with disturbing story I couldn’t put down.
