Love isn’t for the black sheep of the family. Believe me. I’m him.Roses. Chocolates. Love notes.Bullshit. Until it isn’t.Never in a million years did I expect to fall in love.Let alone with her. My favorite childhood enemy. This girl used to make my blood boil just by walking in the room. Now she does other things to me with nothing more than a look. And it’s making me want more than the tense … than a look.
And it’s making me want more than the tense passion we keep doing nothing about.
I’ll break down her walls and show her a side of me she’s never seen. One that will steal her breath and hold her heart hostage.
It’s my first time to entertain the idea of forever, but she leaves me no choice.
And no matter how hard she resists, this girl?
She’s mine. All mine.

3. Book 3: My First Love Affair:4 stars
I purchased a copy of the steamy Manhattan set novel My First Love Affair (Bancroft Billionaire Brothers Book 3): Mason and Adelaide by Ali Parker and this review was given freely.
Wonderful characters with a fair amount of drama and steamy scenes fill the pages of this rocky romance where emotions run high, differing personalities and views continue to increase Mason’s isolation from his family but ultimately the ending is heartwarming.
A hate to love relationships where two abrasive personalities mask loneliness and insecurities but an encounter involving some alcohol and a suddenly heightened awareness of each other leads to a steamy encounter setting the groundwork for wandering biker playboy Mason Bancroft to fall in love with his best friend’s little sister’s best friend, Sinclair’s Coffee Shop owner Adelaide Sinclair.
Can be read as a standalone but best if read in series as it follows the evolving lives of the Bancroft family.
18+ recommended for steamy scenes.

I enjoyed this new “Bancroft Billionaire Brothers” story! It’s a delightful enemies to so much more story. I really enjoyed Mason and Adelaide’s story! Great chemistry with witty banter and wonderful passion. So perfect for each other! It’s a roller coaster ride of ups and downs that is never boring and keeps you on your toes.
I absolutely loved this book. I couldn’t stop reading it until the last word. I definitely recommend this book to anyone looking for an amazing read
Wow. Loved this book. Loved the storyline and the characters and their connection between each other.
So loved Mason. He was my crush throughout the book.
Loved the way he and Adelaide clicked even though sometimes they had their woes it was lovely to see them come together and have their HEA.
A truly hot, steamy, heartwarming story.
Mason is the black sheep of the family. His brothers are educated businessmen while Mason is a tattooed biker who didn’t go to college. Adelaide is a coffee shop owner who is determined to make her business a success and be independent. Mason and Adelaide have been enemies for years by trading snarky comments and being rude to one another. Mason thinks Adelaide is a snob, and Adelaide thinks Mason flaunts himself with his money. Everything changes between Mason and Adelaide when a night out with friends, drinking, and dancing lead to a wild night of passion. Now, Mason and Adelaide can’t stop thinking about each. Can Mason and Adelaide move past their history of animosity? Can Mason and Adelaide come to terms with their new feelings for each other? I enjoyed My First Love Affair by Ali Parker. I received an ARC of this book, and I am leaving my honest review.
I absolutely loved this book. There was just something about that tugged at my heart. It made me smile with how these 2 people have this live/hate relationship. The personality is so polar opposite but they mesh so wrll. Adelaide and Mason give true meaning to the phrase “opposites do attract”. In my opinion this is a must read. Thank you again Ali for another amazing book. I give it 5 stars. I voluntarily read and reviewed this book as an Advanced Reader’s Copy
This was a fantastic, heartwarming, and passionate enemies to lovers romance from Ali Parker. Mason is a bad boy type (devil may care attitude, rides a Harley, and walls to keep from getting hurt) decides to be a silent partner for Adelaide’s coffee shop. Adelaide is a business owner who throws all her time and energy into her business and pushes away men to keep from getting heartbroken. At first the two are like oil and water always at each other’s throats but as time passes they begin to see each other in a different light. my first Love Affair was filled with heartache, misunderstandings, doubts, family drama, passion, and love. This was a fun loving drama with a well written story line and wonderful characters that readers will fall in love with. A great new Bancroft Brothers must read that will have readers captivated from beginning to end.

This is the third of The Bancroft Billionaire Brothers Series and I have loved each and every one of them. I love series in books that can also be read as a standalone such as these as you get the connections and continuity. This helps me,at least, gain more insight into the characters and I grow to love them. Mason and Adelaide have known each other all their lives and were almost sworn enemies as children. But the thing with time is that people change and can grow up to be your soulmate before your very eyes even if you don’t realise it at the time. If anyone can change Adelaide’s opinion of Mason it must be Mason himself. The journey from enemies to lovers is a joy to read in this instance and I heartily recommend that you read their love story by the fabulous Ali Parker who creates storylines and characters for us to enjoy and love. I received a reader’s copy of this book and voluntarily leave my honest opinion of it here. Most Definitely Recommended
You have always heard that there is a fine line between love and hate, and this book shows it to be true. Ali Parker has written a winner with this book. She has developed the characters in such a way that you become very vested in them. It is also a great story that will keep you reading. Mason and Adelaide have so much chemistry, and I loved their banter back and forth. I really enjoyed reading their story, and therefore, I am highly recommending it.

Mason and Adelaide were both hard to like at the beginning! Adelaide was even worse than him, spiting insults left and right. It was really hard to feel connection between them at first. Once they opened up to each other it was better and I could definitely symphatise with Mason. However, Addy’s reasoning didn’t have much sense. Apparently they knew each other since high school, so for more than 10 years she didn’t bother to get to know him? She just hated him and was overly judgemental towards him? It was hard to believe that. And unfortunately, she just continued to be nasty and mean towards him.
It also didn’t help that about halfway through, their story just didn’t keep my interest anymore. I finished it, but it took me way too long and I also managed to read two other books in between.
I still look forward to read about other Bancroft brothers, but Mason and Adelaide’s story was just a 3-3.5 read for me.

Hate and Love walk a thin line. In this story about Mason Bancroft and Adelaide Sinclair. They have known one another for years and barely have tolerated one another yet one night may have changed it all.
This book is captivating and so entertaining that it will keep you completely immersed.
Ali Parker’s My First Love Affair (Bancroft Billionaire Brothers Book 3) oh my…another Bancroft brother is bitten!! Loved this story of Mason and Adelaide. It’s a page turner that keeps you intrigued until the very end. I definitely recommend this series and author. I promise you won’t be disappointed. I have voluntarily read and reviewed this advanced readers copy. So looking forward to reading the next book.
What a roller coaster ride this book is. You will love it. Mason has never gotten along with his family. They are all rich, suit wearing businessman living on the right side of the tracks and treat him as if he were an outsider because he would not join the family business. And they treat Adelaide, his girlfriend, the same way. This book has got more family drama than any show on television. And it’s like they’re doing it on purpose. Trying to hurt each other. I believe Mason is in love with Adelaide and her with him, but they are both so afraid of commitment that they are taking it slow. Mason’s family comes from lots and lots of money and Adelaide does not. So you can imagine how they make her feel without even trying. This book is a story of the have and the have not’s. No matter what. She is perfect for him. And he doesn’t want his family picking out who he should date or who he should marry. They will either have to except Adelaide or he will totally disown his family. A fantastic book. Family drama, drama, drama. To the point that you don’t know if anyone is ever going to speak to each other again. And the love story between Adelaide and Mason? It’s good, then it’s bad, and it’s rocky, then it’s terrible, but it ends out a happily ever after in the end. I love this book.
I enjoyed another glimpse in to the Bancroft brothers and their determined mother. In this story you’ve got Mason – black sheep of the family, always feeling the outsider and not understood. Then there’s Adelaide – coffee shop owner, determined to be independent and make her shop a success in tribute to her father. Adelaide is best friends with Deanna, and Mason is friends with Dalton and Deanna. Adelaide and Mason met through Dalton and Deanna but have never gotten along. This story takes us on the roller coaster ride of them meeting again, lowered inhibitions thanks to one too many drinks and those sparks turn from hostile to hot! There’s a lot of soul searching and dealing with past hurts over the course of the story, and growth as the Bancroft clan try to make amends, and Adelaide and Mason work towards a future. The story caught my attention and kept it until the end.
Mason and Adelaide have disliked each other for years. They have had to interact with each other because Mason’s best friend and Adelaide’s best friend are brother and sister and it forces them to be together at times. Whenever they get together, they constantly insult each other until one night after some drinking and a shared cab ride home, they end up hooking up. They both struggle with how they see each other and can’t believe they are actually starting to like each other. Their relationship has some bumps in the road, but this beautifully crafted story has a realistic and well deserved HEA. I received an advanced readers copy of this book and highly recommend it.
Mason is one of the Bancroft billionaire brothers. Adelaide is a coffee shop owner and does not get along with Mason. One night of drinking and sharing a cab change things. This has snarky banter, misunderstanding, and so much more. Well written storyline that kept me entertained. I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book.
From enemies to lovers and more!
Mason and Adelaide were enemies for a long time. They were snarky and rude but because their best friends were brother and sister they were around each other a lot. But then one night they all went dancing and too much drinking Mason was going to take a taxi home and asks Adelaide along to get her home. But one thing led to another and they spend a wild night together. Now the two can’t stop thinking about what happened and wonder where to go from here? They have a few miscommunication issues before they finally talk to each other to see where they stand. Will they finally figure it out? I voluntarily reviewed an Advanced Reader Copy of this book.
