I’m really glad Rand got his book!
Both him and Nicole come from dysfunctional families and had some serious baggage. Their story was an emotional read filled with family drama. I liked how their relationship developed through the story and how they both helped each other. However, as much as I liked seeing Rand get his HEA, I felt the ending was pretty underwhelming. The whole family drama didn’t really feel like it got full closure. Also, as the story progressed I started to kind of dislike Nicole as she started to become kind of selfish.
Overall, not my favorite but still an enjoyable read and it was nice to catch up on Bella and Adrian.

Nicole is an American living in Crete as a caregiver/housekeeper to Alec an elderly gentleman. Before he dies he asks her to find his grandson Rand and give him a letter. Rand is a Greek playboy, he was disowned by everyone in his family but his grandfather, Alec. When a beautiful American woman delivers a letter from his grandfather he learns that he has inherited his grandfather’s estate. This was a great romance. The story was well written with interesting characters and an emotional storyline. The story has family drama, friendship, passion and love.

Weston Parker’s My Favorite Mistake is a very heartfelt story with Rand and Nicole. It’s well written, great characters, a plethora of emotions, family angst, great friendships, finding of oneself and a very happy ever after. I definitely recommend this book and fantastic author. Don’t delay and one click it fast. You won’t be disappointed!

Well, I got my wish and Rand got a book of his own. I’m just not sure this was the story I’d been hoping for. In the previous book, Rand was the arrogant jerk you loved to hate. Now we get to see what’s driving all that attitude he throws around, and it’s some pretty tragic circumstances. The biggest issue I have is that I didn’t really like Nicole. She came across to me as having this giant chip on her shoulder. I couldn’t understand where the “my way or the highway” mindset came from, and I wasn’t totally clear on the justifications behind her anti-rich-people prejudice either. The fact that she refused to stand still long enough to have a single adult conversation until she was figuratively cornered might be the product of her young age, but it bugged the living daylights out of me. I adored seeing Adrian and Bella again, I loved Rand, and his whole story nearly broke my heart. I guess, I just had my heart set on a different partner for him.
I received a complimentary advanced copy of this book from the author.
Does a bad past mean a horrible future?
Rand and Nicole are two interesting characters so very similar but yet very different. Both have past issues which prevent them from moving forward in life, can they be happy with each other?
These two have awesome chemistry and this story is very entertaining.
Another great book by Weston Parker. He once again brings strong characters in Rand and Nicole who have a bumpy start but as they spend time together become friends to lovers with a steamy chemistry and passionate romance. He brings intrigue ,surprises and twists along tons of emotions and love. He brings the story to life with his descriptive writing and had me hooked from start to finish. I loved and highly recommend this book.

A captivating read from beginning to end! An exciting storyline that leaves you breathless wanting more! Sexy steam filled chemistry! Emotionally heartfelt, enjoyable and fun! One heck of a twisted, intense rollercoaster ride! An amazing must read!
The grandson and the housekeeper do they have a future
Rand was disowned by his family but not his grandfather. He’s the only want that had his back. When he died he want home for the funeral. His grandfather left it all to him. At the house he sees Nicole who was from the USA and started working for his grandfather. He left a letter for Rand for Nicole to give him. This sets the stage as they at first keep it professional but then he can’t help but feel drawn to her. Did his grandfather play matchmaker? Well written book, without too much angst and no violence, but close. Really enjoyed reading it. Nicole is in Crete to escape her life in Texas from her out of control abusive father. She has been a housekeeper/caregiver/friend to an older ill gentleman, Alec. Before his death, he has asked her to deliver a letter to his grandson, Rand. Now Rand is pretty much a confirmed bachelor. Think Alec was trying his hand at matchmaking. This couple has a huge amount of emotional baggage to sort out. There are some surprises but I’m not telling.

What a great book and so much fun to read. Well written with strong, likable characters and a page-turning read. Once I began this book I found it hard to put down. Weston Parker continues to prove what a wonderful and engaging writer he is. Entertaining, engaging and so sexy. Full of steam, surprises, and twists. I read an advance reader copy and voluntarily chose to review. Let Nicole and Rand take you on an emotional roller coaster
Enjoyable story with entertaining characters and sizzling chemistry. I volunteered to read this arc for my honest opinion
Awesome. Weston Parker’s books are spine tingling. Rand and Nicole are both suffering from devastating pasts. Great storyline. Incredible character development. Wonderful characters and best friends that will tell you like it is. Intense revelations that will help them both heal. What a wonderfully romantic love story. Rand doesn’t think he’s worthy of love but Nicole has other plans. So good.

Get the tissues ready this story will have you in an emotional tail spin. Rand and Nicole both come from dysfunctional families that has provided them with nothing but pain and suffering. When Nicole got a job at Rand’s grandfather’s estate, they befriended each other and on his death bed he gave her a letter to deliver to Rand. Needless to say he was setting these two up to meet and it change their lives. However Rand’s family has other plans. Will they ruin what could be his happily ever after? Quick, easy read with a lot better of heat. Don’t get me wrong, this did have drama and twists and turns to keep you engaged! Definitely a good beach read. I received this book at no cost in exchange for my honest review.
This is one that you will want to read. Both characters have had a hard life that they must overcome. It will make you hurt for them but in the end a happy ever after.
I’d make a terrible father.

Loved Rand & Nicole’s story! Theirs path wasn’t an easy one. Their story was beautifully written and heartfelt! Another great read!
Rand was a playboy, a Greek living on Crete, working with his best friend at Great Greeks. He never spent more than a couple of nights with a woman, but when his Grandfather Alec died, leaving him his estate, he had to reminisce. After a nightmare day, Rand’s family had disowned him and since the estate was left to him alone, with the stipulation that he keep the staff employed by Alec, he wasn’t going to share. He found out about his inheritance through a letter from his grandfather, given to him by a beautiful young American who was employed by Alec. He wanted Nicole to deliver the letter to Rand, but they didn’t see eye to eye at first, but that all changed as they became friends, then lovers…but you will need to read this story about two people betrayed by those who should love them to see what happens…I voluntarily read this book through an Advanced Reader Copy.
Another winner in my book library.
Nicole, a housekeeper, is forced to hunt down Rand, a social marketing whiz, when his estranged grandfather gives her a letter to pass on to him. As the story progresses first impressions are mistaken, walls come down, and letting go of their final secrets will either make or break their relationship. Weston Parker’s latest Bad Boy Greek book carries a lot of weight with it. There were a couple of places that caused me to cry, quite a few where I chuckled, and the whole book just made me feel happy endings are not just limited to fiction. Another winner in my Weston Parker book library.
I received a free copy of the book from the author. I had the opportunity to review or not.
Oh I loved this book. This is the story of Rand, who you met in Fake It For Me, and Nicole. This was a perfect pairing of personalities and backgrounds. Both are scarred from past traumas and thanks to a little meddling of a grandfather and employer, they meet and fall in love. I’m glad to have gotten a chance to see Rand get his HEA. He certainly deserves it.
I am never disappointed in any Weston Parker book and I was proved right again. He is one of my go-to authors. Anytime I want to read something honest, entertaining, and relatable, I pick up one of his books.
Although I was given an ARC of this book for an honest review, I bought the book the minute it was available. Please, do yourself a favor and read this book!
