After five years of being lost in the Amazon, archaeologist Chaz Vincent has finally come home to his wife, Kelly, only to learn that she has had him declared dead. When he attends his own funeral, Chaz finds out that Kelly married another man just that morning. Now she has to choose between them. Who will be her favorite husband?
Really enjoyed the book
enjoyable reading. light not to intense.
Maybe just me, but I think farce is better acted out than on the printed page. Will read her work again.
Again, I think I reviewed this one, too. Loved it – and it really was hilariously funny – just like the Cary Grant/Irene Dunne flick after which it was [admittedly] patterned. I still chuckle, imagining “…a vicious band of pygmies…” chewing on Chaz’s kneecaps! What a hoot! Can’t wait to see what happens with brother Scott…
Knock off of another book . Not plagiarized, but not original thought
Very funny.
I liked it, but the drama got to be too much for me. It was “heavier” than I expected it to be. Like the premise and movie it was based on.
Good read without having to think too hard.
Cute book… quick read.. charter development sometimes is a little long but all in all I enjoyed the book!
Predictable but entertaining.
this was a quick funny read.

I loved it. ..it made me watch the original 1940s film it was based on and considering the followup book based on the funny brother lol!
Cute, fast read.
A fun enough book, based on the old movies My Favorite Wife and Move Over Darling. The movies are much, much better, though! The writing is weak and just isn’t very good. The plot gets dragged out much longer than necessary, and the characters are flat and cheesy. And there is a very explicit love scene, which caught me a little off-guard, but shouldn’t considering how many cheesy references are made to a certain character’s butt. The detail involved in that scene just was not necessary. There is definitely a reason this book is free on Amazon!
