Not that he ever noticed.
I know it’s a terrible idea, and we’re both in over our heads.
It could be the wedding of a lifetime or a total disaster.

This is a great story once I started it I couldn’t put it down. The chemistry between them is off the charts hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Wonderful story! I was totally lost in this book, it made my weekend so much better. This isn’t a shallow & brief steamy read. There is plenty of steam & characters that really come to life. You’ll find yourself sucked in and rooting for their chance at a HEA.
Based off off of this read and the rest of the Lauren’s books I can tell I have found a new favorite author!
Don’t even know where to start with this one. Lauren Landish out did herself with this story. It is put together in such a way that by the end of the story it was tied up with a bow.
Violet’s loud family and crazy friends were the perfect contrast to Ross’s upper class straight lace ones.
Although Violet’s decision to get marry and Ross’s behavior toward Violet, may not have perfect but it showed how big their hearts really where.
This story will keep you turning the page as.you laugh and cry.

What starts of as fake certainly does not stay that way for long. The characters are well developed and engaging and the chemistry is there from the start. The storyline flowed smoothly.

If you are looking for a light, sexy, and outrageously hilarious read, then look no further than this Washington Post Bestseller!
Woooaahhhh. Now I have to admit that going in I was SMH because you see the title and think yep I have read a few books and they are all samey buuuuuuut nope not this one. It was no surprise that this book was so fantastic. I mean yeah a fake wedding and all that but the characters were fantatsic, the story itself was so different because not only a fake wedding but it appears enemies to lovers as well. It had a bit of everything to be fair.
Ross was forever teasing Vi at school even though she was his sister’s best friend. Roll on a few years and Ross works for his dad’s company who believes everything that’s written in the papers. Even to the extent that he was “seen” with a pastor’s wife, although they just talked and he didn’t sleep with her. Pressure into settling down he takes drastic action. Vi is doing her job but her ex has called their relationship off but her papa is ill and wants to walk her down the Isle. Here goes the plan for them both to get everyone off their backs, although at the crucial moment at the reception she didn’t bank on her ex. Now both pariahs, it’s gonna take a lot of fixing and I mean A LOT. Will they both confess their feelings????? Mmmmmmm not sure, it is a train wreck and I could of strangled her mom and everyone in her family but she did need to get a back bone and say “NO” but I could of strangled his dad and told him he was acting like a child and not the loving father he should of been. An awesome read as always from Lauren Landish and I can’t wait for whatever book is next.
For a smile that shines brighter than the sun look no further than My Big Fat Fake Wedding. Landish lets her lighter side out with an outrageous cast of characters and a sweetheart of a plot. Violet and Ross are childhood enemies facing an adult sized attraction. Add in matchmaking relatives, humor filled dialogue and unpredictable plot twists and the writing is on the wall. Brash, entertaining, irresistible fun.
4*
Violet & Ross have had a push, pull childhood he’s tormented her she’s found her revenge. Her friendship with his younger sister Abi has always been strong.
Abi sees an opportunity to help them both.
The results should help them both.
This book had me laughing constantly I loved the characters and their personalities definitely hoping for more books from them.
I voluntarily reviewed an advanced reader copy of this book.
I like lots of parts of this book. I really like Archi and Adi. I did not other characters. I would have liked it more if it had ended sooner. It dragged after that., especially the additional technical walk throughs of sex.
Loved it

I’ve hated that it’s taken me longer than usual to read Lauren Landish’s brilliant HEA books as I’ve found this one My Big Fat Faking Wedding brilliant & such DEEP feelings /emotional than previous standalone work done by Lauren.
As here we have old school Freminies coming together to help each other out.
We have Violet Russo whose dream is also her grandfather’s dream, but things doesn’t go as smoothly as she thought it was going. But becomes the blessing that she hasn’t realised she actually wants especially from the 1 person whom for years has been her tormentor, (Ross) but thanks to her best friend Abigail/Abi Ross’younger sister decides to step in & help them both.
I’m not going to put any more into my review to spoil it as this I thought was just beautifully brilliant..

This is a fun, entertaining read with the perfect amount of humor and sweetness. Ross and Violet’s story had me laughing out loud and at times I even shed a few tears. Nana and Papa reminded me of my grandparents so they pulled on my heartstrings. The writing is fantastic, the characters are believable and the story is filled with drama, heartbreak, witty banter, crazy family antics and a fake relationship that turns into so much more.
I just adored this enemies to so much more couple… this journey is filled with witty banter, exciting charters, laugh out loud moments and heart racing twists. An emotional thrill ride that had me on the edge of my seat and craving more…. Loved it!
I totally loved this book. I loved the chemistry between Ross and Vi. The things they did when younger and the stuff they are still getting into as adults just made me laugh.
I absolutely love Ross and Violet. This is such a fun and interesting story. I love the big messy family. I love the big messy wedding circus. The story is fresh and fun and just quite lovely. The characters are full blown and realistic while some of their actions are over the top. This story just gives me a good feeling all over. It is like I do not know how to stop smiling.

What a story!!! What a romance!!! What devious plot… and so forth and so forth again!!! This is just one beautiful romance with great twists and turns. The way the story is built up is quite a fun way to read the story. And what I really liked is that we got to see the points of view from both the leading parties in this story. Overall it is simply said a really good romance and it is really deserving of the four stars I am giving it here.

Lately Violet’s grandfather’s been feeling his age. His short stint in the hospital has Violet feeling it too. Violet’s papa is her entire world; he’s the only father figure she has ever known. After a doctor confirms her worst fears, Violet knows she has to make his last remaining months his best. Papa had always planned to walk Violet down the aisle and give her away to her husband to be, but things haven’t turned out the way he had hoped. Violet decides that come he!! or high water, she is going to make that happen. Up until now, Violet has been consumed with her career, so where to begin? Husband, right. She’s going to need one of those. She’s come close, but some things just aren’t meant to be.
When plans don’t work out the way she’d hoped, Violet dusts herself off and moves forward. Time is running out and she needs a new plan asap.
Ross Andrews, Violet’s best friend’s older brother/arch nemesis in high school/hot as sin and totally out of Violet’s league, or so she thought right up until she learns that he’s in need of a serious girlfriend, looks like a good candidate, according to her best friend Abigail.
Now to convince their families. Violet and Ross, a real couple? Could it be they’ve been overlooking what was, for years, right in front of them? Never noticing how perfect they were for each other? When lines become blurred, all bets and schemes are off.
THIS BOOK…WOW ! I COULD NOT PUT IT DOWN ! NOT THE USUAL BEST FRIEND’S BROTHER, FAKE MARRIAGE. THIS BOOK WAS SO MUCH MORE. AMAZING COMPLEX CHARACTERS THAT WILL DRAW YOU INTO THEIR WORLD AND HAVE YOU CHEERING THEM ON ! I ABSOLUTELY LOVED ROSS AND VIOLET
I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS BOOK ! ! !
Violet and Ross have been adversarial since they were kids. Now they are planning to go into a temporary marriage, but he is seeing her in a different light and she has always had some feelings for him. They have less than two weeks to convince everyone they are in love before the wedding, while actually falling in love. Some super funny moments and some super sweet moments.
