Never have I ever kissed my best friend’s brother… FALSE!
He is a high-profile CEO.
He is my best friend’s big brother.
He is absolutely “pinky swear type” forbidden.
And he totally hates me.
BUT he is the only one I can turn to for help.
Add a little blackmail to get that help and voila.
Now, I guess he hates me twice as much.
He thinks I’m a frilly dumb blonde wrapped in pink.
And on the … pink.
And on the right track to destroy my multi-billion empire.
Well, time to prove him all wrong.
And show him who can also be a boss.
The only problem?
Documents are spilling.
Sparks are flying.
And a kiss is the result.
I know.
I just crossed a line I should never have.
And he still hates me.
Annnnd, I might also end up losing my best friend.
But for some odd reason, I just cannot stop kissing him.
How long can I keep this a secret before everything blows up on me?

Another great story by Lindsey Hart! Aria and Lucas are wonderful characters with amazing chemistry. Aria’s grandfather puts her in charge of the family hotel chain. She wants help from her best friends brother Lucas. He is reluctant to help her but does and their relationship blossoms. So glad that they work through all their issues to get their happily ever after.

Book 2 of the Heartbreakers series and I thoroughly enjoyed Aria and Lucas’s story . Because from the previous book everyone thinks Aria is a spoilt and horrible person but under she is the sweetest most caring person especially when it comes to some she loves.Lucas is her bestfriend Cassie’s stepbrother and her crush from the time she was 14. Lucas has despised Aria because he thinks she is a spoilt rich girl who knows nothing about running a company .I really enjoyed reading their story and you definitely will too.

I loved Aria from the first book in the series. We would definitely be friends. In this story, she’s been handed her grandfather’s multi-billionaire hotel chain to run. She’s never worked a day in her life, but secretly she prepared herself for this day and wants Lucas’s help to make it all go smoothly. It doesn’t hurt that she’ll get to spend ten days with her crush since she was 14. However, Lucas hates her and only agrees to help after Cassie, Aria and Rin’s (first book) BFF and Lucas’s stepsister, basically blackmails him. Week one and things are off to a rocky start, but Lucas starts to wonder if he could be wrong about Aria. And if the hate that he’s been harboring is actually something much deeper. Great story!!

This is the second book in this fun series and yes it is just sheer fun
Aria has had the perfect life she grew up in the lap of luxury and never really wanted for anything All this time she has had a bit of a crush on her best friends brother. Noe she has been placed in charge of her families hotel chain and she is struggling so she asks Cassie if her brother Lucas can help He isn’t backwards in telling her she is a spoilt brat who has never had to work for anything in her life But throwing them together to work has also ignited another spark between them can they have a future together You will have to read to see
A wonderful well written romance. An entertaining engaging storyline with drama, intrigue, misunderstandings, suspense, and mishaps while dodging disaster. This intriguing story has them examining their present, past and future while engaging with great banter and sizzling attraction and chemistry page after page. The characters are interesting and well developed. I voluntarily read and reviewed this incredible ARC.
Delightful witty romance. Not your typical enemies-to-lovers romance, these two, Aria and Lucas really go at each other, fangs fully extended. Their verbal insults and jousting are very witty and entertaining. Particularly Lucas holds no barres with regards to his disdain towards Aria, although she can more than hold her own. Very well described characters and the side to Aria which is gentle under her solid armour comes through naturally. Their powerful, almost incomprehensible ‘coupling’ one day, in the ‘cooler’ moments generates anger particularly in Lucas, bringing their uneasy business cooperation to a halt and threatening their momentary truce. Actually, they stop all contact. The unprofessional turn of events in Lucas’ and Aria’s relationship angers and threatens Aria’s close friendship with her BFF, Cassie, Lucas’s stepsister. There are plenty of tension points in the storyline and the novel is well-paced. Their HEA, which I didn’t think would get past their ego, comes out of Aria’s efforts. During that scene, I wanted to kick Lucas in the proverbial back end several times. However, all is well that ends well and following a really -literally and figuratively- hot shower scene, the reader knows that those two people will be together forever. Good editing enhanced the experience. I have no hesitation in recommending this novel.

Really enjoyed this action packed, sexy and fun adventure filled with forbidden and exciting passion in an enemies to so much more package. This journey has it all engaging and interesting charters, witty banter, heart racing twists, emotionally thrilling turns and undeniable passion, excellent reading!
Another delightful enemy to lover romance. Lucas dislikes Aria so much that his sister has to bribe him to help her for a week. The first meeting he gets food poisoning, the second one they get a little cozy and then blowup. After some twists, turns, and surprises they get back together. They work together to her business in a good standing and then take off to work on his dream together.
Aria is left to run the family hotel business by her grandfather while he travel the world. She needs help doing this and asks her bff brother Lucas to help her out. He has an intense dislike of her, but he is willing to help . They have this fun banter and attraction to each other. that changes the whole work environment in the funniest way.

3.5
Not my favorite read. I just couldn’t get into the storyline and I just didn’t like the 2 characters. Him more than her.

Aria’s friends believe that she sees the world through rose-colored glasses instead of for what it really is. Pink IS her favorite color, after all.Even her best friends have bought into her false narrative. Cassie and Rin went to boarding school together, where they spent many nights commiserating and crying over their mothers’ lack of feeling. They believe she’s an empty vessel, more concerned with shopping, spa days and buying anything her heart desires. Her grandfather recently passed away, leaving Aria his entire multi billion dollar hotel empire to run. With her master’s degree in business finance, it should be no problem, but she needs some help to get started. Cassie’s brother, Lucas, is a business genius and she can’t think of anybody better to help her. Cassie is an adamant “no” because she made her friends swear not to get involved with him, but Aria wears her down. Lucas owes Cassie a big favor and, much to his chagrin, is blackmailed into it. With a proclamation of “this is only business and nothing more,” he meets with Aria. But nothing more is not going to work, because there are surprising hidden feelings that come out at the most improbable times. Refusing to accept them hurts more than it helps and they have to come to terms with their truth. This is actually a refreshing, delightful story as they examine their past, present and future to bring out each other’s best self. It’s a happy ending for them all!
This well-written book 2 in the Heartbreakers Series is of an ice queen finding her match, she is a strong woman who needs a strong man. What can go wrong when you cross the wrong line. This is a well-developed story with well-crafted characters that have a past which she wants to follow-up on. Can they get over their past. Can they both get over their prior hurts and realize their love. Must read

Always forbidden but never wrong! I love this second book to the Heartbreakers series. This is about Aria and Lucas. Aria is best friends with Cassie and Rin, and Lucas is Cassie’s brother. Cassie has made both of her BFF’s promise to not fall for her brother, but Aria does, but doesn’t tell her. She instead asks Cassie to convince her brother to help her out with the hotel that she was given in order to make it successful. Lucas is not as interested in her per say, but when sparks fly that’s all they wrote!!! Of course, does Aria get to keep that spark with Lucas after Cassie finds out? This book is all over the place with emotions and laughter, but a read you do not want to miss. It is awesome!

Lindsey Hart has written a 5-star book about Aria and Lucas going from not liking each other to becoming a couple. Aria has always had feelings for Lucas and she knows that nothing will happen between them. Lucas is her best friend Cassie’s brother. Aria is taking over the business for her grandfather and she needs help, she goes to Cassie to see if she can talk Lucas into helping her. Cassie tells her that he will not help her since he doesn’t like her. Cassie goes to Lucas and she pulls up something that happened in the past to get him to help Aria. Lucas is not happy about the meeting he finds out that Cassie has set up for him with Aria. At the meeting, he becomes sick and Aria takes him home and tells him to let her know when he is feeling better and they will reschedule the meeting. 3 days later they met again and after 4 hours they come to a deal, Lucas has told Aria that he will have a list of people for her to interview the next day. The feelings that Aria has for Lucas come out when he comes to her apartment the next day and after they have a little fun, Lucas regrets it. They talk but Lucas ends up saying some things that hurt her and she tells him to leave. Aria is to have girls night with her best friends Rin and Cassie. Rin has moved to Denver with her fiance and Aria and Cassie go to Denver to see Rin. They start drinking and Lucas comes up and Aria tells them what happened between her and Lucas. Cassie gets upset over this news and lets Cassie have it. Aria leaves and she flys back home and goes to see Lucas. Lucas hears a knock on his door and when he answers it there is Aria. They end up talking and after they spend the night together.
Can Aria and Lucas overcome their past feelings for each other and open up to each other?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend it to anyone.

Three girls meet when they are teenagers at a boarding school and they bond. This is the story about the second girl – Aria.
Well written story with nice storyline and plot. Nice chemistry between the main characters.
A long lasting crush and some misunderstandings have to be the start of their HEA. A mix of family issues, secret feelings, twists and attraction building up the right way. Nice enjoyable and entertaining story.
As always Ms Hart serves up another entertaining page-turner.I can barely wait to see what she delivers next

Great story.
When Aria asked Cassie if she would ask her big step brother Lucas to help her with with some pointers to run her family’s hotel chain she had to beg over & over again each time she kept refusing but eventually giving in saying she’d ask but wouldn’t promise he’d help. When Cassie asked Lucas if he would help Aria he just laughed because he hated her as she came from a rich family, that she’d never work at anything, she was a pampered stuck up princess, Cassie knew how he felt about Aria but she needed his help as she didn’t have anybody she could trust & her parents didn’t want her so shipped her off to boarding school which was why she she spent the holidays at their house. After resorting to blackmail he agreed to help but on his terms & when he went for a meeting with Aria told her stariaght away how he felt about her as a person & hat she should leave somebody else to look after the business as she would fail but then he started being sick in a bin he was embarresed that she was seeing him like this but she was being nice to him & looked after him & drove him home. What he didn’t know was that she had liked him & fantasised about him since she met him at her best friends house when she was 14 & no matter how much he pushed her away she still felt the same. Just as she thought something might happen between them after he’d opened up to her about his mum & they did a lot more than making out on her sofa they argued she told him everything about how she’d felt about him over the years but he said something that really hurt her so she shouted at him to get out & stay away she didn’t need or want his help anymire he tried to talk to her but she wasn’t interested. She was devestated as she really loved him so after a week she went to spend a weekend with her BFF’s Cassie & Rin hoping to cheer herself up but she ended up making it worse by asked her friends about what Lucas had called her they were shocked as what he said was true but it was meant as a compliment but she didn’t see it that way & ended up blurting out what she &, Lucas did & Cassie was livid about how her friend could hurt him like that how he’d been ill all week & they’d made a promise when they were younger that Lucas was off limits. After hearing this about him she got on a flight going straight back to his house worrying & hoping he was ok that she could tell him how she felt & that she wanted to be with him if he’d have her. I was desperate from them to ve together as although he said he hated her there was something that shouted they belonged together.

Love this talented author’s consistently flawless gems..
Fabulously flawed characters with Aria being so much more than how she projected herself. She had a good brain, serious talent & a caring kindness nobody but her best friends would have suspected she had. Her best friend’s brother was initially dismissive of her but came to realise quickly how off course his thinking was & then the admiration turned to a toe curling something else, sigh! Highly recommended. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.
This is a very sweet romance with a little heat in there too. The main characters are Aria, a woman from a wealthy family of hotel owners and Lucas, her best friend’s brother. Aria’s childhood has caused her to have her walls up and appear cold and harsh. She has been completely taken with Lucas since her teenage years. Lucas has viewed her a spoiled entitled brat and has less than no interest in her. Can a relationship be fostered with such differing points of view? It’s a pleasant read to find out.
She needs help with her empire before it crumbles.. she needs help from her best friends older brother. So in order to make that happen she blackmails him to helping her and makes him hate her more. But there is a fine line between hate and love. Will a couple of kisses ruin her relationship with her best friend?
