Thirty. Single. And apparently the most boring person on the planet. Mable “Abby” Atkins does very little outside of rehearsing, but when a handsome, brown eyed stranger insists they get to know each other better she has a hard time resisting. However, she shouldn’t be riding mechanical bulls or tagging along on his runs, and he shouldn’t be captivated by her cello playing or appreciation for … playing or appreciation for cappuccinos. Most importantly, they shouldn’t be falling in love without even realizing it.
Is there space for fun to permanently reside or will she end up exactly where she started?
Thirty.
Single.
And the most boring woman on the planet.

Book Review: Must Love Jogs (Must Love Series book 2)
Author: Xavier Neal
FIVE STARS
In must love Jogs we meet two totally opposite people. Yet when they are together, they bring out the very best in one another. From totally different backgrounds, and in totally different careers, Blake and Abby are so wrong for each other that it makes sense that the awkward classical cello player would land the playboy.
This is an interracial romantic comedy and it is a great book. I haven’t read any of the other books in this series, YET, but I was not at all confused about the characters or story line, this can be read totally as a standalone.
KH
An enjoyable read. You will love the characters and some not so much. I’m loving the connection and banter between these characters. The chemistry is sizzling. I enjoyed reading their journey as they overcome obstacles for their HEA. A great addition to the series.
These books are really cute. Abby & Blake aren’t my favorite but they were still cute. There’s a lot going on in this story. One of the things I really loved about this book was that they started with friendship.most books don’t any more. I’m looking forward to the next book.
These books can be read as a stand-alone
Great story to continue with the Shaw family! Loved seeing how lake really pulled Abby out of her shell and blossom into the love of his life. Blake became the man that everyone knew he could be because of Abby and her love for him. A sweet story with an underlining social issue that could have destroyed them but both were stronger and let love win!! Can’t wait for the next book!
Loved this book and the continuation of siblings finding their soulmates.
Xavier Neal really does write stories that are intensely sexy and oh so funny. Must Love Jogs is no exception. We met Blake in book 1 of the Must Love Series — Must Love Hogs — and I like him even more after reading Must Love Jogs. His past conquests aside, he’d be everything a woman could want in a man. He begins to fall for a Cellist, Abby, whom he eventually is able to bring out the woman she really is rather than who her snobby (yes, snobby) family instilled in her from as far back as she can remember. A shocking revelation occurs in this book, and I applaud Ms. Neal for her excellent writing on the subject. To get all of the details you MUST read this book (first go read Must Love Hogs). Enjoy!
Don’t know where to start, it’s hard to put into words what reading your books does to a person. Other than takes them on another journey. Well this one took me there. I felt like I was a fly on the wall and I literally felt like I was in the story watching this all happen. I love the chemistry between Blake and Abby they make my heart burst a million times over and that’s a good thing. I can’t wait fo the next one.
Another amazing story in the Must Love series. I enjoyed reading about Abby and Blake they were made for each other. I was hooked on the first page and couldn’t put it down. I loved the story of these two characters Abby and Blake. Blake is a playboy and likes to flirt he also work with his brother. Abby likes to play the cello and she also likes to speak her mind she is very smart and funny. Great characters as usual and another heart warming and entertaining read.
** I voluntarily reviewed an advance copy of this book **
Xavier Neal has a knack for pulling off plots others couldn’t by using characters you can’t help but fall in love with. Blake and Abby are a perfect example with chemistry that is undeniable. Now if that chemistry is strong enough to overcome prejudice is the question.
Love the series and can’t wait to read of this book family.
This book was a slower moving book. Meaning that there was a lot of things happening the story moved a little slower which built the anticipation up for the big reveal. It was very well written and makes you fall in love with the characters because you get the chance to actually know them a little more because of the slower build up.
Can you just keep doing Shaw men!?!? Can’t beat a hot male Texan!!!!!! Xavier rocked this book just like she did with Must Love Hogs!!!!! I WANT MORE!!!!!!!
Abby is a cello player has been all her life. She don’t know how to deal with people on personal level
Blake is a out going social person. Who only wants one night stands till he meets Abby
They meet and he charms his way into her life and makes her happy. Till certin things come up and get said by her parents. Will they be able to fix what they have or will it be broken.
Xavier Neal wrote another must read. The twist and turns that make you want more .
Must Love Jogs by Xavier Neal is book #2 in the Must Love series. This book is amazing. I absolutely adored Abby and Blake’s story. This is a laugh out loud, heartwarming and sexy romp of epic & zany proportions. The book is well written, has an engaging storyline, complex, layered characters, an epic romance and a refreshing realism. We all have our issues, whether internal or external. And I love how Ms. Neal uses that in her books. I can’t recommend this book highly enough. Buy it now and be sure to grab Must Love Hogs book #1 in this highly entertaining series also. You don’t want to miss out on these books. A must read for fans of emotional, sexy, heartwarming romances that also have humor and charm.
Abby is one tough cookie and Blake has his work cut out for him!!! They build a relationship that is not your typical happily ever after everything works out and nothing goes wrong! They fight and bicker and don’t take each other’s s@&t!!! What a realistic relationship!
I love Xavier’s books but I’m always astonished as how she makes each book better than the previous one! I loved this story, it has a sexy cowboy and a shy nerdy cello playing girl. Their story is captivating, sweet, sexy and of course it has a bit of angst. The way their relationship developed is adorable. Blake comes from a very close family with very strong values and Abby comes from a career minded family, where careers come before family. They are so different and yet their attraction and relationship is so fantastically perfect. But as with any relationship the calm comes after the storm.
Omg Got to love an outspoken, no filter kind of gal! This story was sweet and funny and keeps you interested to the very end! Its a slow burner, but so worth the wait! Another excellent story Xavier!
This is the second book in the “Must Love Series”, it can be read as a standalone but would make more sense if read in order. This series follows the Shaw brothers. This is Blake’s story.
Once again, Ms. Neal hit it out of the park. I just love reading her series, they seem to get better and better with each book. I am in love with Blake and Abby’s story. It has Ms. Neal’s usual mix, of sweet and tender, heartbreak and steamy scenes. This story flowed smoothly, it had a clear beginning, middle and end. I do enjoy my stories wrapped up nicely and Mr. Neal always seems to do that masterfully. This story arc was well developed, the characters had charm, wit and charisma. Their journeys were not easy street, but you could feel their devotion and chemistry. The “Must Love Series” is quickly becoming one of my favorite series. Congratulations Ms. Neal on another wonderfully written story. I will definitely recommend this series, time and time again.
I’m really enjoying this series! A quirky girl who doesn’t quite fit in finding her romance in the town stud was perfect! Cannot wait for more from Xavier!
