“Lori Foster is a funny, steamy, guaranteed good read! Say YES! to Lori Foster.” –Elizabeth Lowell ANYTHING THAT CAN GO WRONG. . . Nothing is going to go wrong. Great story
Very entertaining, easy read, good characters.
a tad boring
I love it when a book opens a new world to me (harness racing) while the story progresses. Sweet round a bout love story intertwined with a mysterious ending. Loved it!
Different take on a spoiled rich man and how his father sets him up to learn reality with the help of a hard working girl.
This wad a very enjoyable read.
Great story line with an unpredictable ending.
A bit of a different story with a neat outcome………….great human interest reading.
Good story, great details about harness racing. Loved the characters so much bought the next two books in series.
Great book, easy to read.
Easy and light reading and enjoyable.
Really enjoyed this book.
Beautiful
This is a wonderful story about 2 different people. He comes from family, she has hard to work for everything she has gotten. His father met her when she was running horses at the track. When he passes he puts stipulations on his will. Boy this was fun.
All the characters are likable. I love the ending!
I found the book to be a cute, easy read. It was just a little too predictable for me. However, if you want a story that will make you feel good and smile at the ending, this is for you!
Wonderful characters & enjoyable story
It was very different. The heroine,Katie, an Irish girl, with an Irish temper, was in love but felt unworthy. She had been rejected and abused and couldn’t find any love except for her horses. Enter Seth, a spoiled rich kid with a torid past, was sent to live and work with Katies horses and racetrack or forfit his inheritance.( which was huge!) …
Fun reading
A little wordy.
I can’t say I loved this book, but I can’t say I hated it either…I started out loving Katie and detesting Seth aka ‘Crash’…Katie went from tough to wishy-washy awfully fast…she flipped easier than a pancake…and Seth, just, wow, what a jerk…his so-called life lesson in hard work, was really a demonstration of his ability to manipulate …
