From New York Times bestselling author Angie Fox
Ghost hunter Verity Long is overdue for a little R&R (rest and romance) with her boyfriend, Ellis, and a vintage train trip through the Tennessee mountains seems like just the ticket. The Sugarland Express carries history and nostalgia in every compartment, and Verity is determined to enjoy it—without ghostly interference. But the ghosts have … But the ghosts have other plans…
On a dark, desolate night nearly a century ago, the train was stranded in the mountains, and a young woman was found stabbed to death in her locked compartment. The murder was never solved, and a ghostly Belgian detective is still pursuing the case from the grave.
To Verity’s dismay, all of the ghostly suspects are back. And when history repeats itself and a new murder mirrors the old, it’s up to Verity and her friends to discover which of the passengers—dead or alive—could be behind the murders before the killer strikes again.

Easy read. Enjoyable
It was a fun read. Love the ghost.
I have read several in this series and always enjoy their light hearted ,entertaining
whimsical stories that never fail to take me on a reading journey of enjoyment.
I’ll admit it, I picked up this book because of the train element. And the author did an excellent job of making you feel like you’re riding along with the characters on the Sugarland Express. But Angie Fox did so much more. She gave great, unusual characters, family conflict, and not one, but two murders to solve. There is a mix of humor and tension throughout the book and the ending is not what you expect. I highly recommend this book, and I will be reading the rest of the series-I’m hooked!
Exciting story! Twists and turns with lots of surprises. Love your style of writing!
I liked that it was suspenseful
Keeps you guessing who done it!!!
Fun quick read.
A fun storyline! An entertaining afternoon read.
A real who done it mystery that is also a hot page turner.
An actual murder on the Surgarland Express occurs exactly in the same train car in the same way it happened 100 years ago.
Ghosts from an ancient train wreck almost do our heroine in, but she prevails with the help of her own personal ghost who digs up clues that help her solve who killed the ghost on the first train wreck.
One of the train wreck ghosts provides a clue which may help solve the present day murder or does it?
Very entertaining, read it and enjoy.

A great mystery.
I had just finished reading “Deader Homes and Gardens” before I read this “Murder on the Sugarland Express”. I really liked Deader Homes and Gardens better. This book was okay, but I just didn’t connect with it. Sorry.
A fun romp on a cool afternoon.
Very enjoyable like all the books in this series.
Sounded really good but didn’t like it all.
Totally enjoyed the book. Held my attention well.
Just a fun book to read.
