Researching for the Ginger Gold Mysteries has been so much fun. I hope you sense that as you read. Ginger Gold is smart, savvy, and delightful. The fashions, the dances, the CRIME. The character of Haley Higgins, a medical student at the London Medical School for Women allows me to further delve into another keen interest of mine: forensics. Never fear, the Ginger Gold Mysteries are COZY, so no scary, graphic on-stage violence. You’ll find these books to be clean reads, with no swearing or sex. I hope you enjoy the Ginger Gold Mystery series!
Hop aboard the 1920s!

Love 20s mysteries
Fun, quick light read. Simple plot and simple characters. No much complexity but still entertaining. Perfect for a rainy Saturday afternoon. Might check out the others in series but won’t pay full retail.
A light frothy read to pass the time pleasantly.
Very enjoyable
Characters were developed so that I wanted to read more of their adventures together
Great little cozy mystery with good characters and a murder that isn’t too easy to solve.
A pleasant entertaining read.
Fun book
A great “historical” read
I enjoyed it so much, I got the next book in the series…. a cozy who-dunit!
This was pretty fun. Ginger is a wealthy socialite during the roaring 20’s. She is on a ship heading to England to settle her father’s estate. She rears feathers in her hair and long beaded necklaces, morning dresses, fancy evening dresses, etc. It’s all fun. She has a little pooch named Boss and she gets to break the rules and keep him with her. She is inquisitive and when the captain of the ship turns up dead, she just can’t help herself. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. I was a bit surprised at the outcome. I would suggest this to anyone who enjoys historical cozies.
My first Lee Strauss book and what wonderful addition to my reading pleasure. I recommend this book for a comfortable reading between the mind twisting books I also enjoy on occasion.
