I thought the ending was a bit disjointed but overall found it an engaging read that held my interest.
Couldn’t put it down!
This story is set in Casper, Wyoming. A place I usually would not associate with dark plots and murder, but Linda Crowder sets a scene that held my attention from the first page. Jake and Emma Rand are a fascinating couple; deeply in love after ten years of marriage. Emma is a psychologist with a soft spot for rescuing …
It was a good story but another one of those books that only half ends and you have to buy/read more to find out the whole story.
So tragic this story involves more then dead people and how they die.
I love when I can’t figure out the bad guy until almost the end! Going to read more of her books!
This is a good read. The plot was a bit rough or forced at times, but….I’d read another in the series.
Great read. Good characters. Looking forward to reading more in this series.

Fun read.
This is a murder mystery. Parts of the story I felt some explaining about certain characters were left out. I guess it was a shock you moment who the killer was.
Any way,I finished the book to see what happened in the end.
I did like the main characters, Jake and Emma. They were down to earth.
I loved this book,it was a page turner, and wanted to know how the book ended. But the story continues on another book! Can’t wait to get the other book to read!
This book is very well written. The story is original, and the characters are very well developed and likable. My only complaint–it was too short! I would have loved for it to go on for another 100 pages!
This cozy mystery featuring a lovely couple is set in Casper, Wyoming. The murders are intriguing, but manage to be tragic crimes without disturbing the cozy feel. The plot is well-paced and the characters engaging with a nice touch of romance. It’s a good setup for a series without being a cliffhanger. I look forward to future installments.
Hang on, because this story take a sharp turn when you least expect it!
Liked the characters and the unexpected villain.
