Great characters, but I think I gained 5 lbs., just reading their gastronomical feats as they solved the murder. I can’t wait to read another, but I may have to walk it off.
didn’t like to slow moving kept hoping it would get better so just gave up
Great story with two interesting detectives. I like how the author lets the readers in on their thoughts as well as their words and actions.
Although I have found some humor in the book, I’m struggling to identify with the characters.
Too wordy. And too much about two fat men and their eating mixed in with their seeking the perpetrator. But that doesn’t mean you won’t like it. So go ahead and check it out.

I love these two detectives. They are delightful, funny and the stories are always intriguing.
I love this book. SO original and quirky funny. I love a book that the dialogue is just as good as the plot, and this one has a great plot and wonderful memorable lines.

This book had a great story line in trying to solve three murders and the two detectives were a hoot. They made me laugh. It also took different twists and turns.
I started to read it but not interested in books written in the first person sense. It was complicated and confusing. Read the first couple chapters and just couldn’t get into it.
I did feel that I gained weight reading about their visits to the Blue Moon and his neighbor should have her hearing checked, she doesn’t get the message.
