It was interesting!
The plot developed quickly and moved along as the characters developed. It was informative about life in the South of France and the personalities of the people who live there. I found it to be surprising in that the characters were not predictable in their actions. I was sorry when i finished the book. I wanted the story to continue.
An excellent mystery that keeps one guessing right to the surprise ending. The author’s descriptions have you seeing and feeling the surroundings. The characters are likable and normal. I could not put the book down. Recommend highly.
i enjoy reading this type book
The series has multiple titles, and the books and plots are starting to sound the same. To me this means the characters and plots are getting repetitive an I probably won’t read any more of the series.
Could not get past chapter 3. Found something better to read.
The unpredictable nature of men and women show up in this book. People always question events that seem out of character, this book is no exception. Parts of it could have been better written, the events more continuous. It was a realistic look at decisions made and then regretted.
I would not recommend this one. The writing jumps around and is poorly constructed. I do not think that the average person would make as many bad choices as the main character.
Good story line with well developed characters. Lots of twists and turns to the mystery. A fast read and very entertaining.
Loved the locale
Love this series and highly recommend. Characters are appealing, love the setting!
Great book, held my interest from start to finish
Great story
If I’m going to devote time to a book, I want to like the characters. I liked the people in this book, they were dimensional and real. The writing and situations were believable, and the settings were lucious. I think I’ve found my next favorite author!
I reserve 5 stars for the classics.
I like the Susan Kiernan-Lewis
Very easy to read and the characters were interesting.
Light reading. Fun characters.
I enjoyed this book. Well written.
