Life is good indeed, especially if you’re a thirty-something expat living in an area of Provence where people would kill to live. And do! When Maggie’s new best friend is arrested for murder Maggie is determined to find the real culprit. Trouble is, there are a few roadblocks in her way: like an old friend on the verge of divorce who’s chosen Maggie’s house to have her nervous breakdown in, an … ex-paramour who has the power to make Maggie’s life miserable—and does—and oh, yes, a killer as warped and determined as any Maggie has encountered in her four years living in France.

Enjoyable read.
A nice mystery–my type of book!
Fun read with twists and surprises
Characters realistic to the point I wanted to slap the privileged class. Need to find the rest of this series.
Started a little slow but once you get in a few chapter it was very entertaining.
Learn a little French!
A very good read!
I just recently read the first 3 in the Irish End Games and Susan Kienan Lewis is one of my favorite authors.
This was a fun read with great characters. I enjoyed it!
Lots of twists and turns ,keeps you guessing as to who did it.
Enjoyed the characters.
great read, highly recommended
Never got into it….didn’t like it
I love this series and the setting. I can relate to the cuisine, life and enjoy mysteries. There is a charm to the series as well.
I enjoyed it
great story with many unexpected turns
I enjoy this series, the family is adorable.
Love mysteries…found it easy to follow and surprising ending…
Sorry but I can’t recommend this one. For me it was to drawn out and mundane. I stopped reading about half way through.
I liked the earlier books in the series more. The self-centeredness of the heroine gets to be tedious. Not to mention she goes looking for trouble. I like the stories themselves, though.
