Addie Foster loves nothing more than traipsing through old houses on the weekends, looking for that rare first edition or that special book for a customer. When a mysterious man harasses her in the parking lot, will it lead to more trouble for her? Is there really a buried treasure near-by? Is someone willing to kill for it? Will she discover the truth in time?
I am really enjoying The Addie Foster Mystery Series. It is a fast-paced and fun-filled cozy mystery about Addie who can’t seem to stay out of trouble. Check out this quick read cozy with small touches of romance and suspense.
Murder By Numbers is the latest in the Addie Foster Mystery Series and just as terrific as the first two. This story has Addie and Detective Hottie growing closer and sharing the mystery. I love this series but each book leaves me with more questions than it answers. Bring on the next book.
Loving this series!
The mysteries continue with some threads continuing throughout each book. The whit and homour make me chuckle and I’m thrilled to see there are another 3 books in the series to read…..can’t wait
Wow if mystery is what your looking for this book has it. This is the third book and Addie seems to find things that get her into trouble. She love estate sales and she found a book that she thought was very different. After purchasing this book she starts to get followed by this creepy English guy who turns out to want that book and is threatening all her family if he doesn’t get it. The Author keep you looking for clues and wanting to know how this is going to end. It was a easy fun read.
This is book 3 in the Addie Fosters mystery series. This books starts 6 weeks later after book 2. Addie always seems to get into some kind of touble. In this book she is getting ready to go to an estate sale. She loves estate sales. She just loves finding old books. When she is buying up all her books and man stops her and tries to buy the box of books. She of course says no. I loved how this book made me laugh and was a quick read.
When I started this series wasn’t sure Where Ms. O’Malley was going to take me. Through each book, I laughed to the point of tears all while waiting on the edge of my seat needing to know what comes next. I genuinely love this series. Thank you for sharing these words with us.
This is the third book in the Addie Foster series, and it’s best if you read them in order, so you’ll be up to date with what’s going on in the series. In this story, Adelaide “Addie” Foster heads out to an estate sale to purchase some books for both her store, and some of her clients. When she’s informed that some of the books still in boxes are being sold “as is” for $25, because they were in the basement, she takes a chance with a box. As she’s leaving, a stranger approaches her and offers to purchase the box at a profit to her. Addie refuses, gets in her vehicle, and leaves. Later on, in one of the books, she finds some coordinates. But that’s not the end of the stranger either. He makes appearances at her shop, scaring her assistant at one point. This time the body discovered is Betty, the woman who told Addie about the boxes of books.
Addie is now firmly in a relationship with Detective Wolfe (Jonah), who is still recovering from what happened to him in book two. Grey is still my favorite character, and I love how neither Aunt Clementine, nor Aunt Beatrice have no filters. They’re fabulous!! If you love cozy mysteries, I highly suggest the Addie Foster series!
Book 3 of this Cozy Mystery series starts like many others with Addie having a bad dream, or perhaps an omen. Addie loves going to estate sales on the weekend so she can look for rare books, this particular one, the library is rather spectacular and large. She finds several books she had been looking for, and then is offered a chance to buy this box with books found in the cellar. Once she buys the books, a man tries to buy the box back from her at her car. This is the start of what she finds herself involved in for this book. The wonderful cast of characters from the 1st two books are back – Grey, the crazy aunties, and of course the hot and gorgeous detective. Oh and I better not forget Addie’s two furry family members. I love the characters, and even though there can be intense things going on, you still get to laugh at the antics of the Aunties and Grey. If you like fun short reads, you should definitely read this series/book. I am enjoying them in the order written, but I feel like you could read them out of order, you just may not understand the character dynamics. I am now looking forward to Book 4.
Addie Foster can’t resist estate sales in big old houses on the weekends. She loved the thrill of the hunt for elusive books for her bookstore. Apparently there was something special about her recent purchase. A creepy English guy is stalking her and threatening everyone she loves if she doesn’t give up the book. What is so special about the book and is it a clue to a fabled hidden treasure? Great story! Third in the Addie Foster Mystery series, I think I liked this one even more than the first two. And I don’t usually read mysteries.
This book was filled suspenseful and mystery as the last two books. This brought Addie and Jonah finally found the relationship that was filled with zing. The main characters were intriguing. Addie’s nightmares or premonitions began after she was concussed in the first book of the series. Which was from slipping in a pool of blood from the first victim. This chain of events is were Jonah popped in the picture. Her BFF Grey helped bring them together the rest of the way. The mysteries and murders didn’t just end there. They followed her through out the first book and into the second. I loved how this author leaves you guessing and hanging on by the edge or your seat. In the end your left with Addie and Jonah getting their HEA. I can see the author finding away to possibly write one more book from this series. It’s kinda ends leaving you wanting to see if there’s more for Addie and Jonah.
I would definitely reread this series again. The books are all easy reads and hard to put down. I loved that the main character was strong and independent. She didn’t allow anything or anyone get her way. Addie Foster Mystery Series is a must read.
This was my favorite so far in the series, there is plenty of mystery, a growing relationship for Addie and Jonah as well as finding out more about Grey. There was a twist or 2 I didn’t see coming which was great I just hope we get to know more about who is looking out for Addie and why she is having her dreams in the next books.
Omg poor Addie! She sure seems to have all the bad luck! Thankfully she has Grey and Jonah( Detective Wolfe)! Addie loves trying to solve these mysteries that seem to be centered around her, but she always seems to be in the middle of them! Without giving anything away, I’ll just say this, get this series! You won’t be sorry. Such a great read!
Wow!! Addie Foster is Such an magnet for Murder Mysteries!! MURDER BY NUMBERS by Kimberley O’Malley’s Book #3 in the Series and it brings an Estate Sale to a Whole OTHER level!
I’m So in Love with these characters and they are So Entertaining Funny but with a little “Nancy Drew” in them! Again once you start, you CANNOT PUT IT DOWN so you end up devouring it in ONE Sitting since there is So much Mysterious Adventure going on….just like BOOK #1 & #2!!
DEFINITELY A MUST READ BOOK SERIES!! Again…CANNOT WAIT TO read more!!!
Addie Foster is a beacon for murder and mayhem. If there’s troubles she is involved in some way. Her love of books could prove to be the death of her.
Jonah and Addie are wading through the beginnings of a relationship. The
Aunties got baby’s on the brain and Greg is simply Greg.
Very fast read. Page turning excitement. Really love these novels. The author can really spin a story with twists and turns.
Once again Addie has found trouble. When she purchases a box of books from an estate sale, her life tumbles into drama. Her hunky detective and best friend are there through it all. Twists and surprises keep this short read fun.
I love this latest adventure of Addie. There is never a dull moment around this girl! Addie and the dark and brooding detective Jonah are starting a relationship as he recovers from his gunshot wound. We have a bad English guy, a lazy cop, a possible hidden pirate treasure, bff, Grey, the Aunties, and the Two Smiling Dogs. I can’t wait for the next one!
The third book in the series and I’m getting addicted. Addie Foster and her gang are so fun to read. I want more.
Love this Addie mystery. Addie is a curious woman that can’t seem to stay out of trouble or harms way. Even with this being a short read, it’s still packed with mystery, suspense, laughter, and love. You won’t want to put this book down once you start reading it just to find out what happens next. That is what I love about this book along with the characters. It makes you feel like your right there with them. Addie never listens even if it’s for her own good.
I’m so loving this cozy mystery genre. Poor Addie she sure has had her share of trouble lately, but her consolation prize being the hottie detective Jonah almost makes up for it. He’s her DBM after all. She comes with her own posse of two little dogs, crazy BFF, a penchant for trouble and her aunties. There’s never a dull moment. Not to mention her prophetic nightmares she’s had since having a concussion. I’m not sure if things will ever settle down for them but I’m not sure they’d be the same if it did. I love how sweet but intense Jonah is. The dogs are an important part of her life and Jonah is so good with them. I can’t wait to see what’s next in this series.
Addie is going to estate sales to find books for her store. And trouble just seems to follow her she’s like a magnet.More deaths are involved and will they find out who people she gets hurt.Things have heated up between her and the Detective . I am curious just like the aunties in her next book will we find out if all his parts are working lol.Definitely with reading it has humour and lots so suspense
