A remote Scottish island plays host to a deadly reunion…It should be a lot of fun, meeting up for a long weekend in a rented lighthouse on a chunk of rock miles from anywhere. There will be drinks and games and all sorts of other amusements. It is ten years since the last get-together and twenty years since Nadia and her friends graduated from university. But not everything goes according to … everything goes according to plan. One of the group has a more sinister agenda and, as events begin to spiral out of control, it becomes clear that not everyone will get off the island alive…

Somewhat on the trite side and not quite believable. Nevertheless, it is a light & pleasant read.
Wow! Another one I didn’t want to put down. Can relate to the area…. just visited it. Interesting characters.
Ok book.
I thought was slow paced without much action.
A well written who done it. Easy to read and follow with several interesting plot twists. Good characters. Good plot. An enjoyable read.
Modern day Agatha Christie
Too many characters
Kept me guessing until the end. Good story development
This book had numerous twists and was quite tragic when you think about it later. The setting was very interesting and the characters were well developed. I usually figure out the mystery, but this one kept me guessing until the end.
Gets you right at beginning when friends get together ten years later for a reunion. Find out reunion from ten year’s before affected quit a few if the people. When first murder happens you think it’s a mistake or accident until second one happens. Shows what secrets and lies can do to people.
Well thought out plot and characters. Good red herrings and kept me guessing until the end. A fun mystery and good read.
Book was ok. I can’t say I’d follow this author or read another by choice unless I really needed something to read.
Plotted to be Agatha Christie, Lite — inaccessible island, no way on or off, and regularly one guest will die? How, by whose hands? There are faint, very faint, clues on occasion but like feathers from small birds in a high wind, they scarcely mean anything. Where is the possible maniac who leaves nothing behind? And do we give a darn when all is said and done? Happily somebody will figure it out and explain it in full at the end. I loved the possibility of the setting, but it could have been an isolated island anywhere in the world.
Good writing and twisting story line
Kept me guessing until the end.
Interesting story, kind of shallow characters. You really don’t know or don’t care about them. The “whodunit ” is interesting.
Kept me interested
Not a bad attempt at a classic Christie whodunnit.
The setting was perfect for the story. Story kept your interest to the end. Well written.
If the characters in this book have another reunion remind me not to participate. Too much tragedy, murder and wild crazy times. Wow I wouldn’t mind reading about them but we could never be friends
