I certainly enjoyed the books in this series that I have read already. This novel was entertaining but less satisfying. The plot seemed convoluted and was hard to follow. To me the ending seemed abrupt and confusing. Still overall, this was a gun read.
So much fun to read. Brain candy. Enter a new world and enjoy.
would like to read more by this author
Loved the characters!
Just fluff and fun! I’m enjoying this series a great deal. It’s like eating bonbons! They’re a quick easy read, pure entertainment.
Got this terrific story and had to go back to read the series through. Excellent characters and an engaging premise.
Delightful, interesting, complex plot with unexpected twists and revelations.
Fun
A good cozy mystery. I suspect very few readers will be able to guess whodunnit. While there were preceding books in the series, the mystery stood alone, only character relationships would make you want to read them in order, and that wasn’t that big a deal.
I did enjoy the “who dunnit ” line of the book
Fantastic story! Loved every minute of it. I will be reading more of this series. Reminded me of Agatha Christie’s writing. I could see this as a tv series, since there are more books about Ginger Gold or even a movie. Recommending to everyone who want a great read.
Love this series!
This book was a great read. I loved it was set in England
Another Ginger Gold mystery. What’s not to love.
Very entertaini with interesting characters and plenty of twists and turns, and loved the time period in which it was set. highly recommended
I liked it.
I loved the way the author described the surrroundings and style of dress of the characters which are charming.
as always very good
This was a fun little read. I read a lot of books, sometimes 2 a day, so unless I review the same day I read it I have a hard time remembering it. But I did enjoying this one. If I am not enjoying the book, I don’t finish it. So if I finished it, I liked it.
I enjoy historical mysteries and this one did not disappoint. Characters are well deleveloped and believable for the time period. Did not see the the twist at the end coming. The killer was well concealed till the final pages, Im looking forward to the next in this series! All in all, a very enjoyable read!
