Victoria is self-made, super-competitive, super-aggressive, and currently drowning in debt when she suddenly finds herself battling with her ex, Weston Conrad (AKA Mr. Corporate), for a job that could literally change her destiny. She was there when the whole college scandal went down at Brown University and the Misters got their infamous nicknames. She saw the whole thing. And she always knew … thing. And she always knew Weston was innocent.
But there were other things happening that night. Things in her world. Things in his world. And he always was a bit cagey about his past.
That was a long time ago now. She had moved on because let’s face it—the two of them were never going to work. They are fire and ice because Weston wants a girl who needs him and Victoria can handle things just fine on her own, thank you.
But now Weston is back in her life and somehow, some way, he brought all her old secrets with him.

Mr Corporate (Mister #3) adds even more mystery and intrigue to this fantastic series. Weston and Victoria have a love/hate relationship and whenever they meet sparks fly. So when they’re stranded together things between them get pretty hot and very dangerous as they learn they have more in common than they ever realised. It’s a brilliant, well written, and exciting read that you don’t want to miss!
Mr. Corporate is the dream package.
This one was a little hard to get into but it wasn’t the writing, it was the male narrator. He’s good but he wasn’t the voice I initially would have picked for Mr. Corporate (based on what I knew about him from previous books.) But as the story went on, I really started to like his narration. Either way, the story is great, and I love Mr. Corporate! (the character). I’m really enjoying this series. Johnny (book 3 in her bossy brothers series just came out in audiobook, but I want to finish the Mister series first because I HAVE to know about Mr. Mysterious.)
Every single one of these books starts out normal and then the plot takes a huge twist into WTF land. But in a good way.
Hmmm this one is my least fav so far of the Mister series, but I’m still going to read the next one.
I was totally wishy-washy on Victoria. I thought she was totally badass one minute and then I wanted to shout at her to simmer the hell down the next. I do love how everything keeps building and the puzzle pieces are slowly coming together.
The mystery and intrigue surrounding the five Misters deepens. Secrets and truths are revealed but many are still deeply buried. Someone is out to get the Misters and is coming for them one at a time.
Weston ‘Corporate ” Conrad and Victoria Arias are business rivals and former lovers. Their love/hate relationship has been off and on since the time of the rape allegations. Each one going after the same headhunt client leads to them being stranded on a deserted Caribbean island with a hurricane closing in on them. The dire circumstances lead to some soul baring truths. But will that be enough? They are rescued after almost losing their lives during an attack. It’s apparent someone wanted one oe both of them dead.
Misters Mysterious and Match along with Five are trying to sort things out and need more truth from Victoria and Weston. After a plan is hatched, Victoria takes things in her own hands and goes rogue. She finally faces down an old enemy but not without a cost. Match, Mysterious, Five and Corporate come to a last second rescue.
In the end Weston and Victoria ger their HEA…..for now. But the intrigue and plots against the Misters will continue until they discover who is behind them.
I think Julie might have mixed up these titles…good heavens Weston Conrad sure gave Nolan a run for his money in the romance department. The plot is really getting thick now, someone is messing with these guys, and things are getting ugly. People are dying, secrets are being revealed, but not everyone is being forthcoming…West is still hiding something, but what and why? And who and what is Five? When Julie first introduced this series I was a bit skeptical, office romances, really?! I had not idea I was in for the twisty, turning roller coaster ride I’m on, honestly this is JA Huss, who was I kidding…office romances…pffttt. These guys are fantastic and I’m so looking forward to the final two stories. Thank you Julie, now this is entertainment!
