He’s traveled the world and seen the sights… friend Nick offers him a job it’s the perfect opportunity to move home and let go of the past.
But he never agreed to be a babysitter…
Jordan is about to embark on the biggest adventure of her life: escaping the four walls of her childhood home. She didn’t need to travel to a distant desert to fight murderous dictators; she grew up with one. But a job at a summer camp presents the chance to stand on her own two feet and find her path to happiness.
It’s too bad her new co-worker is just as volatile as the monster she escaped…
When a blast from the past arrives with a shock surprise, any hope of friendship between Jordan and Drew is blown to the wind. The last thing she needs is a man with a bad attitude and a closet full of skeletons, even if she’s drawn to his dark charisma more than she’s willing to admit.
This is a steamy paranormal wolf shifter fantasy romance. Fans of Terry Bolryder, Zoe Chant, Harmony Raines and Ruby Dixon may like this wolf shapeshifter series.
Note: This is Book 3 in the series “Daddy Wolves of the Wild”. All books in the series can be read as standalones with a HEA and no cliffhangers.

Jordan is running from her father and his plans. Drew is running from himself. Will Serendipity help them find a reason to stop running?
Mountain Wolf Playboy is third in Serena Meadows Daddy Wolves of the Wild series. I enjoyed meeting Drew and Jordan. Jordan is fighting to maintain her independence. I loved seeing her step up as she navigates the new world she has entered. Even though Drew rubs her the wrong way she finds the wherewithal to stand her ground in spite of his grumpiness. I loved seeing her put him in his place even as she shows him her strength of character. Even as she fights with him, she helps him bridge a relationship with his son. I loved that Ms. Meadows showed us Drew’s struggle not only with Jordan but also with his son. I enjoyed seeing Drew eat crow even as Jordan impressed and shot down his preconceptions.
This story by Ms. Meadows is a well written enjoyable read. I enjoyed Jordan and Drew’s journey to happiness. This is my first time reading Ms. Meadows work but it will not be the last.
Five Shooting Stars
The people at Serendipity the newcomers are Drew best friends with Nick the owner of serendipity who offered him the job, Jordan running from her father and the life he has planned for her and Alex Drew’s son who didn’t know he had a son. Drew and Jordan don’t get on from the start even though they have both felt an attraction to each other. Drew found out about his son when Alex and his mother turned up at the hut he was staying in at Serendipity and told him here is your son you can have him through the summer as she is going away and about time he did some parenting. Drew and Alex don’t get along at first Jordan gets Alex involved in the yard looking after the horses that are going to be used on the trail rides but clashes with Drew over it. Jordan tries to help them both and ends up going on a trail with them for a couple of days. Trouble starts when as they arrive back her father is there and demands she go back with him Drew stands in his way of him getting to his daughter he threatens Drew.
“He’s traveled the world and seen the sights. She’s escaped home and is ready for adventure. Both have baggage, and a dark date with destiny.” Another great one from Serena Meadows. Really enjoyed Jordan and Drew’s story, characters, personalities, conflict, angst, and them trying to figure each other out.
Who is Drew? Where is he and what is he doing? Who is Jordan? Where is she? Why is she basically looking over her shoulder? Where and what is Serendipity? What does Jordan do when she gets there? I couldn’t help but to chuckle when she is caught by Ben. Who is he? What happens when Drew arrives? Oh my, Drew has such a fragile ego… It’s funny. You could have bowled me over with a feather when I realized what camp they were at. The lodge with the murals. If you have read “Mountain Wolf’s Nanny,” You will recotnize it. Jordan and Alex are good for one another. What happens when Alex has coffee for the first time? How old is he? What happens when Jordan’s father shows up? Read and see!
