Travis left his hometown to find his singing career after his father died. He was alone and searching for himself. What he didn’t expect was to find a family. I loved this quick, sweet read. The character wonderfully fit together and having Mrs Greach brING everything back to Creed and the friends Travis has there made it all the more pleasing. HEA with some mystery.

Travis decides to go after his dream of being a country singer after his father dies. While doing that he meets Amber at a bar when he was contemplating his next move. He was tired of being alone and wanted more than just the success his career gave him. Amber ended up pregnant from their time together but didn’t think he would be interested in anything more between them. However when things take a bad turn for her she has no choice but to go looking for him. Travis is stunned when Amber shows up at his cabin but he can tell things have been rough for her especially when she hands a baby to him and says its his and tries to leave. He knows that she’s very emotional but he gets her to stay. Will Travis help her with their son? Can they find a way to be together again?
This is a great story that will captivate you from beginning to end. The chemistry between them is blazing hot. This is a well written and very entertaining story. I would recommend this book to any book lover.

Travis is a country music star who has given up the spotlight to return to his small hometown. Amber is single mom to an infant son that Travis doesn’t know about. Amber is out of money and being evicted. Out of options she shows up on Travis’s doorstep, not knowing what to expect. Travis embraces his son immediately but does he have room in his heart for Amber too? I enjoyed this book a lot. It’s a really sweet romance with likable characters and an interesting storyline.

Mountain Man Idol is a short story but a great addition to the Mountain Men series. I loved Travis and Amber together and little Joshua was the cherry on top. This is a love story filled with drama, angst, steam and a great ending. My only complaint is that I wish the book was longer.
A charming second chance quick read…A talented & successful country singer returns to his roots as he’s tired of the lifestyle, albeit after only a year of fame. He’s just settled into his cabin & a former girlfriend arrives with a 3 month old baby boy. She’s run out of luck, nowhere to live, no money & a baby who doesn’t stop crying. She’s hoping at best he’ll assist financially, & better still if he would consider being a co parent. As soon as he looks at the baby he knows it’s his, he shows her a picture of himself at the same age & the little boy is his spitting image. The baby is content with both parents & in no time he’s a happy little chappy. He wants to take on the full package but can she trust him? Their initial attraction flares once more & he’s the real deal. How can she resist? Well written, sweet with a loads of charm & a touch of sexy. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.
I received this boxset as an advanced copy & am choosing to review it voluntarily.
This story blew me away! The eloquent writing, accompanied by a mind-blowing story was absolutely mesmerising!
I loved the characters, Travis & Amber & fell in love with them both along their journey to happiness.
I wholeheartedly recommend this book to everyone – It’s a truly gripping read to melt your heart!
Well done Ava. I look forward to more!
History is repeating itself.
Sort of.
Travis was raised by his pops after his pops hooked up in Nashville and his music career tanked. But he got Travis out of it. Travis took off to Nashville and became a star only to give it up to return home. He’s all alone. But don’t worry. He’s tapped plenty of girls and one of his hook ups, Amber shows up with his baby.
I found it funny he was worried she would take off just like his mother.
I thought it was particularly cruel to make the baby cry for Amber nonstop and wreck her life completely. And the baby behaves and stops crying for Travis who ghosted on Amber.
So, is history gonna repeat itself?
Cuz it sort of already did.
He’s making the same mistakes as his pops.
Will Travis keep his family?
This is a deeply emotional story that draws you in and keeps you engaged until you turn that last page

When Travis Gill lost his father, he decided to become a country music singer. Although he was a big success, having adoring fans still doesn’t remove the loneliness. He decides instead to return home to Creede, Colorado, and live a normal life. But just as he getting settled again, a waitress, Amber Quinn, who is experiencing hard times and must make some difficult decisions, knocks on his door with a baby, Joshua, who will change his life. Rather than let her walk away, they now both have some major choices. Will Travis continue to be lonely and miserable? Or will he open his heart to Amber and see if they can find the happiness and love they both need to raise their little family.
This was a good story. Despite the fact it was short, it made the reader feel what the characters were going through. Will they have a HEA? Grab your copy and enjoy!
Travis is a famous country singer who is tired of being on the road and all of the things that come with being famous so he goes back home. Just as he is settling into being an everyday person again Amber shows up with a baby and says that he is the dad. He is upset that he did not know about the baby till now but he took to being a dad right off and was so happy.

This was a good read. Travis and Amber’s story is jam-packed with emotion and inner turmoil. The story is interesting and ambitious. If I am 100% honest maybe too much so. I think there was a lot of untapped depth and potential here due to the shorter length. Also the characters were only just OK for me.
Travis returns to his home town but is alone then a surprise arrives.
After his father dies of cancer at the fairly young age of Forty-Three Travis goes to Nashville following in his footsteps but is shocked when his career as a country singer takes off. Now after years of touring has left him tired but always alone and he decides to leaves the limelight and go home to Creede Colorado and the home he had grown up in with his father. He is happy to be back with people he had known as a child but he still continued to feel alone. then in the middle of a rain storm there is a knock at the door and a woman hands him a baby telling him she can not cope and that this is his son Joshua. Snapping out of his shock he manages to get her to come in out of the rain.
