It starts with a bang. As in me and Hadley, the maid of honor, during my brother’s wedding reception.Sure, it was amazing, but I’m a one-and-done kind of guy. After spending years of my life getting screwed over by managers and agents with the Ryder Brothers, I no longer like to commit. I don’t even play music anymore. The secret that I haven’t told anyone- is that I can’t.A chance to raise money … can’t.
A chance to raise money for my best friend’s nonprofit to help child stars means it’s time to deal with my block.
Hiring Hadley seems like the obvious solution.
She wants inside my head (not happening). I want to bang her again (she says she can’t sleep with clients).
Between my baggage and her professionalism, can my problem even be fixed?
Or will we both end up just wanting more?

Jonas has just been moved up to my favorite Ryder brother. He is hot and will melt the pages on your kindle. The things he does to Hadley will leave you wanting more. I’m glad we finally have Jonas story. He was somewhat mysterious to us in the other two books and I always wondered why he was out of the spotlight now. I felt so torn for him. Hadley was wonderful! The way she tried to get into his head and figure him out without pushing him. The best part is how they ended up getting into each other’s heart. Pick up More today and complete your journey with the Ryder brothers.
Jonas is trouble. Hadley is the one night stand that he can’t get out of his head. Why is she the only one who can bring him out of his funk? A beautiful story that gripped me from the beginning. So well written!!
More by JD Hawkins was a PERFECT ending to this series. I absolutely ADORED Jonas!!!
We learn of the issues Jonas has. And I couldn’t wait to delve deeper into his Psyche. To find the cause of his issues, and JD didn’t disappoint me with his storyline! Jonas is my favorite Ryder brother!! Jonas can’t fix himself alone, so in struts Hadley.
Hadley is one of Natalia’s friends who we got to met in Close, Nick and Natalia book. At their wedding Jonas and Hadley have their first hookup and wow! These two have so much chemistry. Hadley being a life coach is trying to help Jonas get to the root of his problems, but can she?
Once again I’m totally in love with the characters Mr Hawkins creates. And his contribution to this wonderful three part series a FANTABULOUS read!!!
I loved More by JD Hawkins. I was so excited to get my hands on this story after reading Close and Want. They always save the best for last and Jonas Ryder is my favorite of the three brothers. I really loved Jonas and Hadley together. They are perfect for each other and their chemistry is HOT!!
Love this 4.5 star last book in the series. Jonas and Hadley have some serious chemistry. They hit it off at Nick and Natalia’s wedding and even though Jonas is a one and done he can’t seem to forget the gorgeous girl from the wedding. Hadley knows all about Jonas’s reputation and wasn’t expecting anything more than the surprising amazing sex she got from her one night but she can’t seem to get him out of her head. The two keep bumping into each other due to their connection with Nick & Natalia and when Jonas learns that Hadley is a life coach he thinks maybe he might have a fix for his problem. But things get a little complicated and even though the sex is wildly hot the issues aren’t going away. This is a great story with a complex issue that takes some time to get to. Patience, understanding and creativity prevail and the best HEA, the only one really for them!!!
It’s another win for me with More!
I love this authors characters (the men especially) and their witty banter and chemistry that is so adorable and hot, all at the same time.
This is the 3rd book with the Ryder Brother’s and I have completely fallen for Jonas and Hadley!
You get the goodies early in this book and it just keeps getting better as you go along. Jonas and Hadley get to know each other pretty quick and I loved every second of it.
Jonas is jaded with a world he once loved and has a secret that he is keeping from everyone- that is until Hadley, (the girl who doesn’t realize what a catch she is) manages to get the goods on Jonas….physically AND mentally!! Clapping hands!
Unexpected proposition made, rules to follow that are broken….regularly (thank goodness) and just an overall fantastic read that will have you cheering from the front row.
I would highly recommend this book, this series and any other book by this author!
Keep them coming JD…..I’ll keep reading!
5 JONAS RYDER STARS!! Jonas is my favorite Ryder brother…..cocky, sexy and keeps you wanting MORE. Jonas and Hadley has a story filled with all the feels to tell you. J.D. Hawkins has a great addition to this series. I highly recommend this series and book, so make sure to 1-Click.
This is my first Ryder Brothers’ book and I loved it. Jonas is a rockstar that was tired of getting taken advantage of by everyone in the music business so he walked away from the group he was in with his brothers. The only thing is, they continued to sing. While they were singing, Jonas developed a fear of committing to anything, especially women until Hadley. Hadley is the maid of honor at Jonas’s brother’s wedding. They have a spectacular hook up and then they go their separate ways. Neither one of them can stop thinking about the other and they keep running into each other at his brother’s functions. Then Jonas finds out that Hadley is a life coach and he wants her to help her.
Hadley has some very fun but unconventional ways to help Jonas but is afraid she’s crossing the professional line with him. Good thing Hadley has her own coach in the form of her best friend, Rowan. She’s wild and crazy and just the push that Hadley needs. Can Hadley help a person that won’t commit? Is what she’s doing unprofessional? Will Jonas ever be able to sign again? Read this great book to find out.
More by JD Hawkins is the 3rd and final book in the Ryder Brothers series with Laurelin Paige and Kayti McGee writing the other two novels. This story was brilliant and well written. I was hooked from start to finished and I loved every minute of it. Hadley and Jonah had such intense, epic chemistry and their steamy scenes were off the charts hot. The story was flirty and fun yet also emotional and it will have you drawn in and fully invested in these characters in no time. I loved it. It was a fantastic read and I would highly recommend it.
J.D. has made me fall in love with Jonas and Hadley.
Jonas has stayed away and tried to control everything around him after issues with the music industry when he was younger. But he protected his brothers. He is a bad boy former child musician who has now taken on a life coach to help him face the difficulties in the future.
Hadley has just taken on Jonas Ryder as a client. But now she is faced with him professionally instead of personally. As she navigates Jonas in breaking down his walls she has to face the fact that maybe she can’t keep things professional.
These two combust with chemistry. But can they both break through the barriers to reach the future?
I have been waiting to read Jonas Ryder’s story, since we got our first glimpse of him in Close (Ryder Brothers #1). He was such an enigma.
Jonas Ryder is a rock star who was part of the hugely popular Ryder brothers. While his brothers still perform, Jonas has disappeared from the limelight. He just quit the business altogether. His friend asks him to play a charity event, which forces him to face his demons. He decides to hire a life coach. The thing is, he and Hadley already know each other on a physical level.
Hadley and Jonas have an insane amount of chemistry, which causes lines to blur between personal and professional. While Jonas uses sex as a distraction from the bigger issues, that doesn’t stop Hadley from making him look deeper at things in his life and his commitment issues.
I really enjoyed this story! JD Hawkins wrote a unique story with characters you couldn’t help but root for. I loved this trilogy by three incredible authors!
What a story! It’s a well written story about a guy that needs help getting out of his own head and the heroin is the perfect woman for the job. They have good chemistry and work well together.
JD perfectly captures the heart and mind of broken-hearted musical performer Jonas Ryder. Being the oldest in the Ryder brothers he let himself take the brunt of the responsibilities. Which later made him get burned out and turn his back on the one thing brought him peace and happiness. He notices Hadley at the wedding to one of his brothers and sparks begin to fly. Hadley herself was looking for something besides the some old day to day and she got more than she bargained for in Jonas. The story captures the emotion that Jonas goes through to overcome the demons that haunt him. The exploitation of child performers and how hard that is to deal with as an adult. With Hadley’s help he discovers what he needs to do to get back on track on stage and in life. JD has a true gift at story telling pulling you into the story and making you as emotionally invested as the characters he writes. This is book is exactly what it means to save the best for last.
Loved it! Jonas is the bad boy ex rocker that’s stubborn and fun with a heart hidden away under that cockiness. Hadley is strong, smart and capable. I love the connection, the spark, the push and pull. Their story pulled me in from the start and kept me flipping pages. I would love to see a story for Rowan and I definitely need to dig in to Nick and Jake!
I received a copy of this book and am voluntarily leaving an honest review.
Not sure how this happened but….More is my very first book from JD Hawkins. Crazy, I know but there you have it. It was sexy and a hair scandalous and I enjoyed every deliciously dirty word.
Despite he aversion to relationships and the block he had when it came to preforming, there was something quite charming about Jonas. He had a good heart underneath all that brashness and Hadley saw it from the start. Hadley could see the side of him that wanted to let it go. I liked how patient and kind she was without being a pushover. Her unconventional methods worked to start to break him out of his funk.
And holy hotness- the more time these two spent together, the brighter they burned. Hence the slightly forbidden part of the story. They both knew what was at stake for Hadley and went for it anyway. Until the dreaded feelings got involved and she had to take a stand. I let out a silent cheer for her because it was exactly the kick in the pants Jonas needed to get his act together.
I will say that without reading the other books in the series, there were a few mentions of things that had me confused but not enough to pull me out of Jonas and Hadley’s story. And I will for sure be going back to get all the scoop on Nick and Jake. From start to finish, More was fun and steamy and all about self growth. And when all was said and done, I wanted so much more of these wonderfully flawed characters.
I truly enjoyed this story! I loved the writing and the way it showed us that being famous is not all grandeur and what you may think it is. This shined a light on the ruthlessness of the entertainment industry and how it affects the lives of those within it.
Jonas’ experience in the music industry has not only hardened him but made him completely change his life and the way he looks at things. He lives a life of complete solitude, not getting close to anyone or anything. He’s tough and hardened and has thick walls. He doesn’t feel like he could ever have more in his life.
Hadley! She’s vibrant and nurturing and such a breath of fresh air. Her and Jonas’ first meeting is exciting and a distraction they both need.
I enjoyed the turns of events in this story and the way their friendship and bond forms. Their chemistry is so intense. When Jonas goes to Hadley for help with something personal, they soon become professionally involved and everything changes. Lines get blurred, feelings get involved, things get tough. It’s obvious there’s definitely something more between them, but will it be too late before it’s acknowledged or accepted?
This is my first JD Hawkins book and I’m looking forward to reading more; as I loved the writing and the way I felt like I was immersed in the story. I truly enjoyed these characters and the way the issues were tackled and the way it brought out emotions. My favorite of the series.
“You can choose what story you want to tell about yourself – which story you want to live with.”
JD Hawkins wrote another story which captivated and amused me with each page. He’s one of the authors I anxiously wait for a new book to be released.
From the very first chapter he was able to grab my attention. I needed to know more about Jonas and his story. Having a strong confident woman and an insecure sexy man was a unique twist. Jonas’s vulnerability and Hadley’s confidence that she could help him was a winning combination. And did I mention how hot the sex scenes are? Their chemistry between the sheets, in the alley, and at the reception will blow your mind.
I’m sad to know that this is the last of the Ryder brothers. Thankfully I know JD Hawkins is planning more stories to keep me entertained.
Jonas is the oldest Ryder brother and he is a hot mess. He has been out of the business for three years needing a break from all the crap that comes along with being a star. no one knows what it is like to be stalked by fans and have the paparazzi on your arse and always looking over your shoulder. Jonas is so stressed out he hasn’t been able to write music for the band. He has writers block and knows he needs help. So he hires a life coach and this life coach just happens to be a woman he has had sex with at his brother’s wedding.
Hadley is one tough cookie and I love her. She is smart, sassy and no holds bar when it comes to helping Jonas get his writing back. Only thing is Jonas has other plans and wants her in his bed. But Hadley is determined to get to the root of his writer’s block and she will stop at nothing to find out what it is and get Jonas past it.
This is a great rom-com story that will have you laughing long after you have read it. So go one click it and enjoy Jonas and Hadley’s story!
I loved this book. I loved Jonas and wanted to hug him to let him know everything will be all right but in the next instance I wanted to smack him so much for being stubborn. Hadley made a great counterpart for him. It just took him a little longer to realize it.
In the final book of the Ryder Brothers we get the Jonas, the oldest and the loner of the brothers. I have to say I loved this book. Jonas is the perfect tortured artist who just wants to be free, from his past and that life and the demands. He wants to be free he just doesn’t know how to get there.
Enter Hadley, one of his sister in laws best friends, she starts out as a wedding hook up at his brothers wedding. Soon Jonas realizes that he needs her and she might be the only one who can help him with the thing he has been hiding from everyone. Hadley is a life coach and Jonas is convinced that she will be able “fix” him. What she really does is make Jonas take a really long hard look at his life and everything that he thinks it is. She makes him realize that he has to want to be fixed.
I love how Hadley breaks all of her rules for Jonas and he rethinks everything for Hadley. There is a push and pull that makes you want to root for them and enjoy their journey.
I received an advanced copy of this book for an honest review.
