Good scary story, but (spoiler)I got upset when the writer killed off characters that I really liked. Two story lines past and present and at times very dark.
Took some getting into
Loved this series.Great characters and author
loved it and am looking forward to the next one.
I loved the Seven Sisters series! Read them all. Just like peanuts, I couldn’t stop til I read them all.
Good second installment. Though it’s a quick read, it’s also very intriguing. What will happen next? Seems as if CJ is supposed to be in Mobile at Seven Sisters and yet at the same time someone or something does not want her there.
I wish I could see the moonlight garden! It sounds absolutely breathtaking.
I’ve read all eight books in this collection. Great read of mystery and ghostly encounters
This installment gets closer to explaining the history of the house and the what happened to the fortune. I keep hoping fo ra conclusion as it seems that the further I get into this story the better the story gets, but the worse the writing gets. I can’t really explain it. I’ll read one more and decide after this next one if it’s worth the money …
I listened to this on audible. It was interesting but not enough for me to get the next book in the series.
This book was a real page turner hard to put down!
Really enjoy reading all of M.L. Bullocks’ books.
Nothing too paranormal, good read but sets up for sequels
This story as just OK for me. Not much story resolution – continues to the next one in the series but I didn’t feel much connection with the characters to read another one.
Love the whole series
This is not a stand-alone book…..it leaves you in the middle of a crisis and starts with scenes where you need to have read the first book to really comprehend what is happening but it is interesting…
Not an entire story. Stories that are part of a series still need a beginning a middle and an independent ending. This was like flipping open a book and reading a random couple of hundred pages.
Loved it
Not a full book.
The chapters are a beginning of the potential good story, but too many narrative parts which should be shown and not tell. Disappointing.
I love the character development and the plot is plausible enough to keep the interest even through the twists
I enjoyed the story line with the twists and turns. Couldn’t wait to get back to it.
