I liked this book because i couldn’t put it down it is so good!
The Hunger Games trilogy is by far my most favorite books of all time
By far the best book in the trilogy, IMO. It’s incredibly difficult to read at parts, but you will NEVER regret reading it.
The final installment is by far the most heartbreaking, but also has the best ending. Despite controversy, I think it was beautifully written and brought this series to a close. Absolute love.
it is the best
Collin’s talent sequel kept me on the edge waiting to see what happened next.
Awesome. Amazing. I love this series so much. It’s one of those that I know I’ll read again and again. The ending is awesome. I love when they give you a glimpse into the future of the characters and this is glimpse is one of the best.
I think we could have combined this book with the second one. I think this book dragged a lot, and it was unnecessary. Honestly, the movie did a better job portraying what the author was trying to go for – the psychology of war, and war itself. I don’t think I’ve ever liked a movie more than I’ve liked a book.
It needs to be read to finish things up, but it wasn’t anything spectacular in my opinion.
Another great read and kept me reading until the end. I would recommend this book.
Great book for teens and young adults. Real page Turner and was great at holding my attention.
While I definitely prefer The Hunger Games and Catching Fire, Mockingjay was still a great book. Suzanne Collins does a great job of wrapping everything up!
Least favorite
I cried my eyes out. I had to take a few hours (and a shower) to bring me back to reality. I couldn’t believe what I had just read. I still love the book, and I couldn’t put it down. It’s one of those books you know you’re going to remember exactly how you felt, and what you read, for a long time…
This is my third time reading this series, this book.
Obviously this series is one I could read over and over again. Not all books have that affect on me. I may like them well enough the first time, but not want to revisit their pages in anticipation of other books I could be reading. Not so with The Hunger Games, almost as soon as I finish I’m eager to read again. Katniss goes through a lot over the course of the series, but never so much as in book three. She’s reeling over everything that has happened in the end of book two that she doesn’t quite understand. She’s heartbroken about the people who are not with her. She rises from the “flames” to fight again. In this way, Katniss, the Mockingjay, reminds me of a phoenix. The final “battle” as it were is so climactic! And even with all the drama, all the pain, all the loss, I feel like the ending is perfect.
The ending of this book was disappointing as if felt that we hit a climax and then were just given the “happy ending” without real logic as to how we came to this point. Loved the series up until this book!
Extremely well written storylines and characters!!!
Great series.
Excellent Book – Excellent Movie
