This is another great book by Rose Pearson! Lord Allerton want his sister to be as happy as he is so he sets out to find her a husband. The story takes place during the Christmas season in London. I really enjoyed this book. There was plenty of drama and action and the characters were wonderful and well written. I don’t want to give away any spoilers but I will say I enjoy the HEA! I recommend this author and this book.

ARC REVIEW
Lady Georgina and Mr Oliver Lowell
I loved this story about an English noble woman and an American businessman! So sweet! I definitely thought Lord Poole was cold and rude.
This is a lovely, clean romance with a nasty villain. Lady Georgiana is sweet and and biddable. Mr. Lowell is a nice American man visiting relatives in England; with the ton, he is completely out of his element. HEA ending.
Loved the characters and the story. This is a bit different from the usual with a happy ending tho nevertheless.

Rose Pearson always delivers! With the weather outside in Pennsylvania pushing 90, it was refreshing to read a Christmas in July book.
I loved this wonderful book. Such well written characters, so much background descriptions makes it like a movie playing in my head. This author doesn’t disappoint once again, she just keeps getting better and better.

Lady Georgiana has had three seasons & still isn’t betrothed, her newly married brother the Earl of Allerton, suggests they go to London for the little season & he then chosses a suitable gentleman for Georgiana but when she meets him, she finds him rude, arrogant, and selfish. Georgiana tries to
build a regard for Lord Poole. Mr. Oliver Lowell, a wealthy financier from Boston is in London visiting his cousin & is immediately smitten with Georgiana when they meet in a bookshop.
A well written book that I enjoyed & read in a sitting. I really liked Oliver but found myself annoyed with Georgiana as I couldn’t understand why she didn’t talk to her American sister in law Alice about how Poole was treating her, then I pitied her as she seemed resigned to a life of abuse. Luckily Oliver wasn’t ready to turn tail & go back to America. The pace was good & it kept my interest all the way through
My honest review is for a special copy I voluntarily read

With the help of his wife he thought he had found the perfect person in Lord Poole. Unknowing of his mean streak he accepted Lord Poole’s offer to wed his sister. When Georgiana realizes how cruel he was would she cry off or marry him. He heart belonged to Mr. Lowell but he was only in England for a short time before he had to return to Boston. Sweet, Clean Regency that is Fun to read!!
I totally enjoyed Mistletoe Magic: A Regency Romance (Home for Christmas Book 2)
by Rose Pearson. This was a quick paced read with a very entertaining regency tale. This is a irreverent twist on Regency in that our hero is an American and our heroine is of noble birth. There is plenty of action as well. Highly recommend another great read by Rose Pearson.
I love a Christmas-time setting, and this entire series looks a delight. Rose’s books are always a joy, and this one is no exception. Settle down with a blanket and a hot drink, and let her storytelling weave its magic.
Mistletoe Magic is a delightful story that drew me in and didn’t let go even after I finished the epilogue. Ms. Pearson has included 3 Americans in this well written tale which highlights very humorously all of those unwritten rules that ruled English high society. There is an appropriately handsome American hero, a lovely kind English lady as the heroine, a truly nasty villain and lots of action! Rose Pearson has done it again.

A delightful story of almost meeting the right person a little late. Lady Georgiana had not found a gentleman she wanted to marry so her brother thought to help her along. Unfortunately the man he chose was not exactly what he seemed on the surface. He was most unsuitable in his superior attitude with little hope for love. Then she bumps into Oliver, a wealthy financier visiting from Boston and she knows he could be the one.
Truly lovely story that stole my heart!
An exciting romance full of adventure and suspense. This story was awesome! It kept me on the edge of my seat and I couldn’t put it down. The story line is very well written, and there’s lots of twists and turns and excitement. It holds your interest from beginning to end, and the characters are well developed and engaging. I loved the characters of Georgiana, her brother the Earl and Oliver Lowell, and I was so happy to see them finally get together in the end. I love reading Rose Pearson’s books, and this book was no exception, it was a pleasure to read from cover to cover.
Five stars for this sweet, clean, romance! I enjoyed the twists and turns in this regency tale. Even more so, the blunders and “funnies” of the American, Mr. Lowell. It was fun to watch him stumble along, trying desperately to learn all the rules of polite English society. And then there was the main sweetheart, Lady Georgiana. Such a love! I always take delight in seeing how the principal character falls into trouble and then how she escapes. By the end of the first chapter, I was pulling for Lady Georgiana. I was intrigued as her woes multiplied, wondering how she would escape. Of course, there was a nasty, horrible villain. These are the ingredients of a good Rose Pearson novel! There is a rescue, usually slow in coming. The wondering kept me on tenterhooks for many chapters. It was a pleasure to bury myself in this story for hours!
Georgiana has not found any gentleman to ask for her hand. Her brother is so happy in his marriage that he is going to find a suitor for her. She only hopes that he is wise in his choice for her. They travel to London for the Winter season. His two candidates is very troubling to Georgiana and her sister in law. She does not have any problem stating her displeasure. He does find her a man that may be suitable, but Georgiana feels that her future will be very bleak indeed. Oliver Lowell ends up being the knight in shining armor. Will Georgiana be betrothed to another or will Oliver be able to stay in London and not return to Boston?

Good story that held my attention. Georgiana with her brother Lord Allerton & Sister in law Lady Allerton go through the winter season to find Georgiana a husband., which of course means have to have a few “oops” not him before finding 1 who you believe is the correct one. But we know how the “TON” (people) can be showing others what they want them to see. Lord Poole & Lady Northcott deserve so much more for their parts played. Thank heaven for Sophie & Bess, as well as Georgiana’s brother and Mr. Lowell, what a brave and honest up standing man.
A fast paced adventure through the ton. Learning customs and discerning character. A grand adventure of a romance.
