Two years ago, Ty Evans stole a kiss under the mistletoe from Shannon O’Neil. Now she’s back in the valley, and he aims to show her there’s a lot more between them. With Shannon’s acting and singing career set to rocket into the stratosphere and Ty’s horse training business gaining acclaim, it’s looking more and more like that reckless kiss will be the only one Ty ever gets. Or maybe it isn’t. A … gets. Or maybe it isn’t. A brush with the darker side of fame forces Shannon to question if she can handle the spotlight. With her longtime boyfriend now her ex, she heads to Northstar to visit her brother and clear her head.
This might be the chance Ty’s been waiting for—an opportunity to convince Shannon that their kiss under the mistletoe was just the beginning of something even more wonderful. Just one problem. He can’t let her give up on her dreams, but if she pursues them, he’ll be faced with the choice of losing her again or abandoning his own dreams to follow her across the world.

This is a great holiday friends to lovers romance where the characters are real and the beauty of the mountains and valleys in a cold Montana winter can be seen and felt. In my opinion, this is a wonderful book I’d recommend to anyone!
I enjoyed this Christmas romance. I voluntarily chose to review it and I’ve given it a 4.5* rating. Torn between two men, the heroine should have a clear cut decision to make, but has trouble making those decisions. Lots of twists and turns makes this a page turner, I wanted to know more. Not really for the under 18 readers, a little too much adult content. I’m on to Starlight Magic.
Very good book. Easy to read and entertaining.
I enjoyed this book but the backstory of many of the characters is a bit confusing. But all in all I recommend it!
Good beach read.
A nice story about two friends who share an accidental kiss under the mistletoe. The tension builds from there. It’s well written and fun to read.
Nice easy read – really enjoyed the book
A great, light, holiday read. I liked the characters and the setting.
Great story to read at Christmas time.
Entertaining tale of a second chance at love with an old flame.
Great story of best friends to more. I really enjoy tales set in Montana, the people are so real and just the type I would like to have for neighbors.
I need to buy more mistletoe. Obviously it can result in quite amazing happily-ever-afters!
An enjoyable read with wonderful characters! It’s a story that is easy to relate to.
Two long time friends find love.
Awesome
Disappointed that there wasn’t more depth to the story. As is, this book could be narrowed down to maybe three chapters and that would be stretching it. Just needs to be more to the story than that one kiss.
Very sweet book. I enjoyed it immensely!
I enjoy Suzie O’Connells stories and particularly like the mountain scenery descriptions.
Love this series and following characters in different stories.
Another great book by Leeanna
