The best enemies make the best lovers…”My favorite rom-com debut ever.” – Wall Street Journal Bestselling Author Lucy ScoreThere are three things I hate: Bratwurst in any form, my neighbors boinking like farm animals at 3 AM, and Chase Jett.Mostly I hate Chase Jett. It’s been ten years since he took my virginity—I’d make a bratwurst joke, but the unfortunate truth is that it would have to be a … the unfortunate truth is that it would have to be a brat-best joke, and yes, it kills me to admit that—and now he’s not only a billionaire, he’s also my new boss.
Turns out our hate is mutual. And this kind of hate is horrifically twisted, filthy, and banging hot.
I just might have to hate him forever.
Mister McHottie is the hilariously sexy romantic comedy that your mother warned you about, complete with an organic happy-ever-after (or seven), a Bratwurst Wagon, ill-advised office pranks, and no cheating or cliffhangers.

This was a laugh-out-loud book! Loved it!
I had no idea what I was getting myself into when I started reading Mister McHottie by Pippa Grant. This hilarious, billionaire boss, brother’s best friend, enemies to lovers, romantic comedy literally had me laughing out loud.
I really enjoyed Ambrosia (aka Sia or Bro) and Chase (aka the Dick) as characters. I loved their backstory, especially the ridiculous, scandalous incident involving the bratwurst wagon. Their witty banter was super fun too.
As much as I liked them and enjoyed the story, the connection between Bro and Chase felt pretty shallow. I was surprised by how much hate sex they kept having and by how early in the story it began. It was raunchy and smutty but also very funny. Overall, it was an enjoyable read. Great fun!
Book Review: Mr McHottie
Author: Pippa Grant
FIVE STARS
Pippa Grant has done it again in Mr. McHottie. She has made me laugh until I can’t stop and the smile on my face throughout this book is permanent.
Ambrosia (Sia) is in turmoil at the thought that the man who took her virginity 10 years ago is now the ower of the company that she works for. How is she going to deal with him being there every day.
Chase lost his best friends and his lover, their sister, at the same time 10 years ago and he is determined to get them all back. Will he be able to win over Sia while mending fences with her twin brothers?
This book is a Billionaire Boss/Brothers’ Best Friend/Enemies to Lovers Romance.
I am falling in love with all of Pippa Grants characters. The irrestiable charms of the Male leads and the strong, yet feminine female leads that are able to wrap the male leads around their little fingers. Such great books and I can’t stop reading her words on the pages that make me want to never put them down.
I am finally taking advantage of the fact I have a Kindle Unlimited Subscription and I am hoping to find more Pippa Grant books there. I want all the words, on all the pages, to keep me laughing.

There was a lot of push and pull for these second chance lovers. The hilarity that ensued was entertaining and lovable. There were a few times I may has spit out my drink because of laughter.
I definitely enjoyed this book and recommend it.
Mister McHottie is by a new to me author, Pippa Grant. This is the year I have promised myself that I would stop dreaming about all the new authors I wanted to try and actually read their books. Wow are things going well so far! I am in love with this book!
Chase Jett grew up in the small town of Wishberry Lake, Minnesota, home of canned baloney. He grew up on the wrong side of the tracks, with a mom struggling to put food on the table and a dad who gambled away what little money they had. If it weren’t for the family of his best friends, he wouldn’t have had any life at all. He spent most all his free time at the home of the twin boys who were his best friends and partners in crime, mostly spending their time terrorizing their little sister, Ambrosia. Only as Bro, as he liked to call her, got older, she learned to give as good as she got, and their lives were basically a contest as to who could get the other better. But then “that night” happened. The night when he and Bro broke in to the Bratwurst Wagon and were trading insults which resulted in them both giving up their virginity that night. When the cops came, Chase got away, but Bro didn’t.
It’s been ten years since Ambrosia May Berger was put in jail for the “Bratwurst Wagon incident.” She lost her college scholarship because of that night. She is now in New York and has a job she loves, she is the social media manager for Crunchy, the second biggest organic grocery store in New York. It’s been ten years since she laid eyes on the man she hates with every fiber of her being, the now self made billionaire and brand new owner of Crunchy. Her new boss!
“His billions might stack the odds against me, but this is my home. My city. My job. And this time, victory will be mine.”
There is such a fine line between hate and lust. And these two are all over that line. They can’t be within ten feet of each other and not end up having crazy hate sex, usually in inappropriate places, sometimes forgetting that there are security cameras!
“This woman drives me mad. She’s obnoxious as toe fungus, and pathologically self-righteous. I want to crush her, I want to ruin her. I want to own her.”
What I loved about this book was the slow reveal of the real person hiding inside of these two. Chase was really a good man. When he saw changes that needed to be made immediately in Crunchy’s corporate management, he didn’t hesitate for a second. And don’t even get me started on his hotness factor! Bro has an over the top crazy family, her twin brothers who are now huge hockey stars, are completely crazy. But she does realize that she is lucky. She has the love and support of her family.
“For the first time in my life, I’m wrapped in a comfortable silence with Bro. So this is what it feels like to not hate her. Or possibly to like her. Or possibly more than like her.”
This might have been my first experience with crazy hate sex. But it was evident to me from the start that all this hate sex was really just a misconstrued attraction to one another. That it was there all along, that something that was between them. We’ll just say that these two took a REALLY long and difficult path to figuring it out as well. I joined Pippa Grant’s mailing list and in doing so, was able to get an extended epilogue to this book. What was a wonderful ending became even better with a look into their future. I really hope you’ll do the same. It made my heart so much happier knowing more of how things went for them. I definitely want more of this author. The next book I hope to get to is Stud in the Stacks, which is Bro’s friend Parker’s story. What you can count on with this book is that you will laugh, a lot! You might even cringe. But you will also smile, even swoon perhaps. And you will be cheering for these two just as I was, that they could figure out that if they stopped trying so hard to hate each other, they might just find out that what they are really feeling isn’t hate at all!
This was the first book I read by this author and it certainly won’t be the last. It was hilarious. Chase and Ambrosia have known each other since childhood. The problem is, they didn’t get on then either. It was nothing but pranks fired at one another. Until the famous Bratwurst incident. You need to read the book to understand. Years later, Chase has gone from the kid from the wrong side of the tracks to billionaire, buying the grocery store where Ambrosia works. All I can say is…Let the fun and fireworks begin. They hate each other. They insult one another, but they can’t keep their hands off one each other. A laugh out loud story. Loved it. The author’s description for some things were classics.
This was the first Pippa Grant I read. I laughed so hard during the reading of this book, I hurt. I’ve read all her other books in this series since and I am currently eagerly awaiting the next. If you love a great story, wonderful characters and a twisted sense of humor you’ll want to grab this book and all her others
For the past six months, I’ve been hearing a lot about this author so I finally took the plunge and decided to give her a try. Oh. My. God. This book is hilarious!! I’m a big sucker for enemies to lovers but this one is even more than that. Sia and Chase couldn’t be more enemies if they tried and the pranks they constantly pull on each other had me laughing so hard that I could barely see the screen. I can’t wait to make my way through the rest of these characters!!
Best, most hilarious, original.
Just so much fun
Mister McHottie by Pippa Grant is a laugh out loud book loaded with amazing, fun characters. This well-written book comes with two brothers that are huge, a trouble finding sister and their ex-friend the billionaire. Chase is from a poor background and has made it to billionaire status. Ambroisa is working for a grocery store that Chase buys. Their story is loaded from start to finish with humor, drama and lots of smokin’ hot sex. I laughed my way though this book. I loved every page of Mister McHottie and look forward to my next book by Pippa Grant. This is a complete book, not a cliff-hanger.
Pippa Grant, you are the bomb.
Loved this book.
It will be one that I will read over and over again.
I love how strong and determined, Ambrosia, is in this book.
Even though a bad choice in life may have seemed to mess up her life, she made lemonade out if the lemons.
Chase, is also a strong alpha male who wants to make the world a better place. He lost everything because of a bad choice and things beyond his control.
When the two of them are reunited fireworks are going of ad I’d they are in a Chinese fireworks warehouse.
This is going to be a great series.
I started reading this while my 7yo was watching some nonsense on Netflix. I figured it was safe. It wasn’t. After her questioning me (twice) on why I was laughing so hard, and then her commenting that I might give myself an aneurysm I decided to finish it after she went to bed. Much better choice. Seriously, Mr. McHottie is so very magnificent. The dynamics and incendiary heat between “Dick” and “Bro” 😉 is deliciously intense. This should probably be a fairly quick read, but there were several times that I was laughing so hard that it took forever to finish the page…but I count that as a good thing. I love all of the characters and can not wait to read about Parker, Zeus and Ares in their respective releases. 😉 In short, if you like feisty heroines, snarky, sarcastic, sassy humor, and heat measured in Kelvins then this is totally a book you need to read. If not, well, my heart weeps for you
I confess I have a weakness for smart, funny, and sexy writing. This checks all the boxes for me, and then some! This book is hysterically funny, like snort laugh funny. Enemies to lovers is my least favorite trope, I think it’s hard to do well without making me hate one or both main characters. When I say I love an enemies to lovers book you know it has to be extremely well written. I loved everything about this book, the characters were vivid and likable and their chemistry was funny and sexy. The emotional punch at the end was the perfect wrap up! 5 glittery stars!
It is one of the most hilarious book I read ever! It’s ridiculously funny with great characters. Very Very entertaining! Cant wait for more from Pippa!
These characters are my kind of people!!
LAUGH OUT LOUD FUNNY! Seriously, I was snort-laughing holding my side, doubled over trying to regain some sense of composure! This book has it all, a strong female character with a mouth that makes you stop and say “WHAT???” The hate-love going on between Bro (Ambrosia) and Chase is so well done. Wow just WOW! I can’t wait to see what this author comes up with next.
I’ve found a new hilarious author. This book had me swooning and laughing at the same time. Ambrosia’s friends were great, her brother’s were outrageous, and Chase was just a great hero; perfect for Bro.
Enemies to Lovers, while entertaining, is only the tip of this book. Ambrosia and Chase give new meaning to the phrase “Hate Sex” and OMG is it hot, hilarious and totally twisted. Pippa Grant has written a book that makes you laugh out loud. She is so talented that she managed to work Bratwurst into the story and not only make it funny, but sexy. How can Bratwurst be sexy, you ask? Well, in most cases it can’t, but Ms. Grant gives a back story that is not only hilarious but makes it sexy.
Ambrosia is a complex girl. Guilt-shamed from her hometown, she finds a place for herself in NY. Working, playing with her girl band, and getting on with her life.
Chase, a self made billionaire, is the new owner of the company. He’s also the guy that caused Ambrosia the trouble that had her hightailing out of their hometown.
Talk about sparks! Holy cow, the explosive atmosphere surrounding these two could make the Chicago Fire seem insignificant. First it’s with hate, then with longing.
There are so many facets to this book; her girl gang, her twin tower of terror brothers, glitter, and again bratwurst that will have you laughing out loud as you turn the page to see what happens next.
I’m pretty critical when it comes to romantic comedies, but I couldn’t find much to criticize in this one. Grant had me laughing from page one and things that were a bit over the top and eye-roll worthy, they just worked for this one. There’s a fine line between love and hate and Chase and Bro dance all over it. The chemistry between them is crazy good, even when they’re slinging insults, and they take angry sex to a whole new level.
Mister McHottie has great characters, brilliantly witty dialogue, and a fast-paced, hilarious story that I couldn’t put down. Pippa Grant is new to me, but this crazy good romantic comedy just put her on my authors to watch list!
If you need a good laugh and enjoy crazy, over the top pranks (including some perfectly timed glitter bombs), sexual innuendo, combined with a scorching hot enemies to lovers romance, this is a must read.
Chase Jett has worked his butt off to get where he is today and his latest acquisition turns his life upside down.
Ambrosia Berger’s life hasn’t gone exactly as planned but after all that, she’s happy where her life has ended up.
These two used to be friends, of sorts, before that one night many years ago that rips it to shreds. But now that fate has brought them back together, can they work through the bumps of the past and embrace a future? Or will their past be just too much to overcome?
Mister McHottie is a laugh a minute from start to finish. I was captivated right from the start and didn’t want to let it go once I reached the end.
I love Ambrosia and her pack of friends, they are one seriously amazing group of friends. They have each other’s back through thick and thin.
Bro is a brilliant, sassy, and hilarious. Despite the sit back right after high school, she didn’t let that get her down. She dusted herself off and persevered.
Chase is hot, hot, hot. The hottest thing to love about Chase is he’s determination to keep Bro in his life. But seriously, he’s got a heart of gold that will make you swoon.
The dynamic between Bro and Chase is intense and sizzles right off the pages. Their fighting is sensational, I loved it. Their connection between the two is just as strong despite their prolonged separation.
Mister McHottie is fun, witty, saucy read that is brilliantly written with a remarkable storyline. The chemistry between Bro and Chase will fascinate the reader. The secondary cast of characters will keep you in stitches. As a debut release, this one hits it out of the park and I look forward to what Pippa will bring us next.
