Wonderful Story & Narration A Heartfelt Delight!
Mistakenly Matched
No Match for Love, Book 11
By: Lindzee Armstrong
Narrated by: Tiffany Williams
This is a sweet and delightful romance, Lindzee Armstrong is a gifted author, she creates enjoyable stories that are captivating from start to end. The characters are realistic and easy to relate to. I adored the two leads in this book, Kelsey and Bryce, they knew each other in high school where he went for one year before moving away. Kelsey’s twin sister Jadyn had a pact if they both liked the same boy neither would date him and since they both liked Bryce nothing ever came of it, besides Kelsey though he liked Jadyn and not sure. They were identical twins but different in many other ways, Kelsey was the more reserved twin while Jadyn was more bubbly and outgoing. Years later Kelsey runs into Bryce, he mistakes her for Jadyn, she had her reasons but she doesn’t correct him right away. They agree to go out and she will come clean with him then. When she does he is taken aback and does not handle the news well. Kelsey thinks she will never see Bryce again but fate has different plans, her job as a wedding planner brings her to where he works, a new venue and event center. Lindzee Armstrong fit a lot of story into this book, it is beautifully plotted and there is never a dull moment with plenty of heartfelt moments, some drama, a touch of angst, some laughs and a wonderful romance. Thank you for another enjoyable and entertaining story!
I listened to the Audible edition, Tiffany Williams is a talented narrator and voice artist. She does an amazing job portraying the characters, bringing them to life giving each their voice and personality. You could hear how much heart she puts into her work as she captures the characters emotions and projects them into her performance. She is an entertaining storyteller and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another great listen
He’s a doctor. She’s a designer. They have loved each for years, but never said it to each other. And then her brother dies. And he blames himself. And cuts himself away from her. Can this ever turn into anything good and lasting?
I received a copy of this book from the publisher. All thoughts and comments are my own.
Kelsey is a wedding planner and she has no time for much else. Of course when she least expect it, love finds her. Bryce’s event center is where one of her brides want to get married. Kelsey had a big crush on Bryce in high school, and now she has been forced to work with him. Once again, Kelsey finds it hard to resist falling for Bryce. Bryce fell for Kelsey’s twin sister. When Bryce mistakes Kelsey for her sister, he asks her on a date. When the truth comes out, the drama really begins. This was such a fun twist. I love this series. Each one is a fresh new romance that ties to the others through an agency. I cannot get enough of this series, I hope there are many more romances to come.
Tiffany WIlliams once again narrates this story as flawlessly as anything else she narrates. Tiffany has such a flexible voice that each character is easy to distinguish and follow. Her male voices are as smooth as her female voices. I always enjoy Tiffany’s narration and look forward to her next performance.
Mistakenly Matched
No Match for Love, Book 11
By: Lindzee Armstrong
Narrated by: Tiffany Williams
The No Match for Love series is on my favorites list. It’s fun and quirky and the couples are so easy to relate to. In this one, Kelsey gets the opportunity to date her high school crush, Bryce when he mistakenly asks her out thinking she is her twin, Jayden. Well, maybe we can’t relate to the twin part, but certainly the sibling who is the quiet one, overshadowed by her sister, always in the background. Kelsey is this girl, and now she is there, ready for the date, But what happens when Bryce finds out the truth? Will he get over Kelsey’s deception? There is a lot in this short story. Dealing with the death of a sibling, and finding the confidence to trust in yourself is not easy. Kelsey has a lot to overcome. Bryce is a sweetheart, and I really took a liking to him. He knows what he wants, though even he can make mistakes. It’s a story of loss, forgiveness, hope and love. A winner in my book, these two are a match!
Tiffany Williams shines in the series. I love her voice. She has a calming tone that makes me very comfortable when I listen. Her many voices are so easy to distinguish and she adds just the right amount of emotions in her performance to draw me in. Looking forward to more of her story telling.

I originally read this story when it was shorter and had a different title. The author has updated it, added more content and scenes, and it’s now a part of the No Match for Love series.
The premise is identical twin gets a date with her high school crush when she lets him think she’s her twin sister. Identical twins impersonate each other all the time right? Well, not so much when one of them is dead. Ok, it’s not like Kelsey got a date with her high school crush by impersonating her deceased twin on purpose. It wasn’t her fault the hunky high school crush, Bryce, saw Kelsey, and thought she was Jadyn. It was her fault when she didn’t correct him. Kelsey really wanted to set him straight, but is there a good time to say “hey, I’m not Jadyn, she died 2 years ago.”? Finding a good time to drop that information bomb is NEVER going to happen.
Bryce and Kelsey have the best meet-cute ever!! In the ice cream aisle of the grocery store when she’s wearing her Batman p.j.s!! That was such a real life moment because it’s so true–when you run into the store in grubby clothes, without makeup you see everyone. In Kelsey’s defense, Bryce didn’t really give her a chance in the grocery store encounter to let him know Jadyn had died. Their dinner date a few days later was so awkward I could feel it through my Kindle.
Bryce is a great guy about it and admits he didn’t really give her a chance to tell him about Jadyn’s death. The most awkward date ever is over and Kelsey thinks life is going return to normal. She’s going to back to work helping happy couples plan their dream weddings, but NO she’s not, because that would be too much to hope for. There’s a great new event venue opening up and guess who’s in charge–yes, hunky crush Bryce. One of Kelsey’s couples have to move up their wedding and look for a new venue, and guess which one has an opening?
I really liked the new additions made to the story, especially Bryce’s points of view. It gives a lot more insight into him. Kelsey and Bryce are wonderful characters and have to get through some emotional things in order to be together. You don’t have to read the other books in the series as each one is written as a standalone, but they’re all fun, clean romances so you might want to check them out.
I have to admit I struggled with this story. I found the characters a little dull and boring. None of the witty writing that some of the other stories in this series had.
Kelsey was always in her twin sister’s shadow. Jadyn was the outgoing one and Kelsey was the quiet one. Jadyn was a thrill-seeker which caused her death two years prior. Both were friends with Bryce. Kelsey had a crush on him in high school. He had a crush on Jadyn, but what Kelsey did not know was he had a crush on her first. She was too shy so because Jadyn was outgoing and talked to him he switched his feelings. He was also very shy so nothing came of it.
One evening Kelsey dashes to the grocery for ice cream clad in her batman PJs. Whom does she run into but Bryce? He mistakes her for Jadyn and asks her out on a date. Kelsey had always wanted to go out with him so she does not tell him who she is or that Jadyn is dead.
One disaster after another happens between them, but finally, they get everything straightened out and fall in love and have a happy ever after.
I recommend this book to all who like a good clean read with a great storyline and awesome characters.
This sweet book hooked me right from the very beginning with the great character and storyline development that kept me totally glued to my kindle until the very end!
Another great addition to the No Match For Love Series. Kelsey and Bryce were really cute characters and were fun together. A well-written book with strong characters and an entertaining storyline. A different twist in that two socially awkward people are drawn together. A lot of drama as Kelsey impersonates her deceased twin in order to get a date with her high school crush. An emotional roller coaster that will have you laughing and crying. I read an arc and voluntarily chose to review.
What a lovely, sweet, fun romance!
Posing as your dead twin sister to land a date is just not done. But Kelsey does do it. In her defense: Bryce thought she was her twin Jadyn and she just didn’t correct him. But tell him she must. How will he react? And will she ever be able to shake that feeling of being inferior to Jadyn? That feeling of being second choice? That feeling of only being a stand-in for her popular twin? Just a physical reminder of what everyone had lost. Identical in looks but so different in personality.
Kelsey is socially awkward and Bryce was too, so they just never found a way to really connect in high school. Too shy, too introverted. But now, Bryce, well, he’s not so socially awkward anymore! I loved Bryce. I love reading about men who are kind, thoughtful, gentle, interested and interesting, and not arrogant. And I loved Kelsey too, she’s so fun once she trusts someone enough to really open up. But Kelsey is convinced that Bryce wants Jadyn and that she’s just a replacement now that Jadyn is no longer with them.
I enjoyed it so much! It was sweet, it was fun, it was awkward between them at times, but it was romantic as well; it was so good! I loved the gentle teasing between Kelsey and Bryce. They’re so good together! It was very moving watching these two wonderful people enjoying being with each other.
I enjoyed this story and how the relationship between Bryce and Kelsey evolved. Especially when Bryce went on a campaign to prove his feelings are for her and not her deceased twin, whose shadow Kelsey always walked in. Very enjoyable story. I received a complimentary copy and I am voluntarily reviewing.
This is the first book in No Match for Love series. It is an emotional story about moving on after someone you love is gone and it is a romantic story too.
Kelsey Wilkes grew up being an identical twin until her sister, Jadyn died almost two years ago and changed her world. Kelsey was more of an introvert in high school and Jadyn was more outgoing. The two made The Pact that if they were both interested in a guy they would not date him to be fair to each other.
Mistakenly Matched revolves around that loss and being mistaken for her twin sister all these years later. It is also a story of moving on and finding happiness and love.
The characters are wonderful. Kelsey is a wedding planner with a warm, caring heart. She could survive on ice cream as it cures everything. Bryce Michaels works at the new event center that one of Kelsey’s clients has selected for their wedding in three months. It turns out these two characters had a crush on each other back in high school but nothing ever came from it until now.. I received an advance copy of this book and I willingly chose to write an honest review.
Thank goodness for those ice cream cravings! Cute, touching and romantic

What a cute, sweet romance with humor to spare! Heroine Kelsey’s continuing grief and connection with her twin sister Jadyn makes her all the more appealing, and Bryce is a real stand-up guy. Their banter and connection over super heroes is fun and endearing. I read this quickly and wish I had more time with them, but the conclusion was a delightfully happy one and just right.
I read a complimentary advance copy of the book; this is my voluntary and honest review.
First Love Second Choice was actually one of the first books I read by Lindzee a few years ago. I wish I owned it instead of reading it on KU so I could compare the two. I loved the book then and love it even more now. This book brought out all the emotions. I laughed, cried, swooned and sighed. Kelsey and I are a lot alike. Introverts who take a while to warm up to people, but one you feel comfortable you’re good. Bryce is such a nice guy. You cheer him on, cringe and cry at his mistakes and cheer him on again. This was a fun story and I enjoyed the wedding planning aspect of the story. It was fun to read the story again and get Bryce’s point of view.
This was a clean, sweet story complicated by the false identification of Keslee for her dead twin sister, Jadyn, by the hero of the story. Bryce knew both girls in high school, but had a crush on Jadyn. Both twins had liked Bryce in high school, so when Bryce thinks she is her twin, Keslee plays along in order to go on a date with him.
When the truth comes out, will it be the end of Bryce and Jadyn…I mean Kelsee? Will the fact that they discover they have to work together help bridge the very awkward gap in their relationship, or will Keslee just be humiliated over and over again?
Ms. Armstrong has reworked and added to a previous story and made it even better by the addition of more background on the characters (especially Bryce). It really improved the story and gives the reader far more incite into who the characters really are.
I was given a complimentary copy of this book. All thoughts are my own.
Mistakenly Matched is most enjoyable romantic comedy. It was fun to watch Kelsey and Bryce progress from a past that included unacknowledged high school crushes to successful adults trying to get past being introverts. The characters are well done. The story is well written and flows nicely. I was drawn in with the late night grocery store meeting and was sad to reach the end a few hours later.
This was such a delightful romance that starts off with Bryce mistaking Kelsey for her twin sister Jadyn. Kelsey had a crush on him in high school and is still so attracted to him that she doesn’t correct him. Needless to say, their first date doesn’t go so well after she confesses to being Kelsey.
There are ups and downs as the couple navigates through getting to know each other. They also work together when one of the couples whose wedding Kelsey is planning decide to have their wedding at Magnolia Gardens, the event center where Bryce works. You’ll laugh and shed a few tears reading this story but won’t want to put it down once you start reading.
Talk about emotions, you feel quite a few through out the story. Grief over Jaden’s death, hope with new opportunities, renewed friendship, forgiveness for mistakes made and things said, fear of losing someone you love, & happiness for the future.
The characters are easy to love, although there are times you’d just think…seriously? My fav character would have to be Jasmine, no nonsense, just do it kinda gal.
Grab your copy and learn more about Kelsey and Bryce, their jobs, backgrounds and possible future.
This was a really fun book to read. It was good from the first paragraph and kept me reading until the end!
