It was a disappointment. The story itself was just not well put together.
Interesting plot. It made you want a happy ending for Miss Moseley.
This is the historical romance story where the spinster gets the love of her life after someone else starts paying attention to her and sees the friend who has always been there in a different light.
A sweet and engaging love story. Matchmaker Molly has always loved Daniel, but he has never considered her more than a good friend. Asked to find a match for him, she meets Julian, who subsequently asks permission to court her. Daniel, seeing her in company with another man, is suddenly jealous, but who will she choose in the end?
didnt finish
Couldn’t finish. Boring and main characters had no chemistry.
I did like the way it ended up. Sometimes life is not as predictable as we expect. Glad she made the choice she did.
Have only read part of it so far but can’t wait to finish it.
Miss Mosely, at age 31, is a spinster. However, she successfully matched five couples into compatible marriages. It is difficult for her to find a match for the neighbor she grew up with because she has secretly been in love with him for ages. Sound familiar so far? While the plot is not new, the book is well written and the characters are delightful.
The dialogue is great fun; he loves me; he loves me not, and oh, my – Julian!
The story is a little too predictable, but was good light reading
I enjoyed this book and the twist it had in the end.
Typical recency romance but quite entertaining
Sweet and short story with an unexpected ending.
The female protagonist is thirty year old and falls in love with a man who is not the dashing young corinthian.
Interesting and unexpected ending. Enjoyable
This was a sweet story about a spinster matchmaker who thought she would not get to experience being matched with her perfect love. What she finds out is that life doesn’t always turn out the way you think. Once the love bug bites, it is unpredictable.
I loved the character Julian and am so glad he got his due. It was a perfect ending.
I enjoyed the book. There never was a question of whom our heroine would choose in the end but it was a delightful journey.
Predictable.
