It was easy for me to make the mistake of sleeping with my boss. And much, much harder to actually deal with it.Quentin Freeman. He’s a millionaire. Owner of a racing company. Every woman’s wildest dream.Unfortunately, including mine. His employee. That wild dream turned into reality when we hooked up in my office. Then again, outside, behind the office building. Now that was only the fun part. … building.
Now that was only the fun part.
The only way I thought I could escape him was to freeze him out.
But how do I escape from the father of my child?
A child that he knows nothing about.
I know I have to tell him about my secret baby.
And that… is going to be the not-so-fun part.
Book 1 in the Freeman Brothers series brings you Quentin and Merry’s story. Millionaire Boss is a standalone, full-length romance with burning passion, secrets, and drama. And don’t forget the HEA that makes it all worthwhile…

Merry wants to win the contract to do the social media for Freeman Racing, it will offer her bigger challenges than the smaller companies she has been working with before. She wasn’t expecting Quentin, the owner and her boss to be the tempting treat he is. Can she keep it professional with him? Or will the passion between them be too much to resist? I loved both Merry and Quentin, their story, their scorching attraction, and the details of Freeman Racing business that made me feel like I was there.
ONE HEART WRETCHING AVALANCHE!!!
Sassy delight! Natasha never hesitates to put it out there, ratcheting up the exuberance and intensity with this skillfully composed work of art, riding one heart pounding storyline and gripping plot, wrapping this baby up flawlessly. Crashing boundaries and dispensing limits, displaying the strengths and weaknesses being weighed and balanced, booting this gem into the eye of the storm, breaking it down, knocking it into overdrive, launching it into a frenzy with a life-altering culmination. Quirky mishaps and unsettling happenstance, swirl with the taxing trials and challenging tribulations, spinning alongside the sharp twists and wicked turns, putting our characters through hell, testing them in ways they could have never imagined. Satisfaction is an understatement, this baby comes packing a punch that’ll bring you to your knees, keeping you riveted and frozen to your seat. Coiled, knotted and tightly woven, displaying the explosive ups and agonizing downs, grounding in it’s simplicity and awe-inspiring in it’s depth. The attraction and chemistry sizzles from the pages and suck you in so deeply until you feel the heat and electricity thrumming through your veins. The characters are complex and genuine with traits and qualities that add depth and realism that blend and flow, transforming into amazing personalities. The scenes are strikingly sharp with abundant details and descriptions that feel as though you were transported to ground zero with them. Remarkable job Natasha, thanks for sharing this lil’ fella with us.
She was everything he needed, he just didn’t know it from the get go…
I’m not one to tell the story, the blurb & previous reviews have outlined that. I found this to be a seriously good page turner. The characters were strong, intelligent & the business owners’ arrogance was a bit of armour that soon fell away when he came to appreciate the feisty, dedicated & highly skilled heroine. Took him a while but he also came to realise he needed this godsend of a woman in more ways than one. Just as well because he also needed to make an honest woman out of her. I received an arc & this is my honest & voluntary review.
This is a fun, flirty, and sexy story that encapsulates the very essence of romance. This is also a story that was heart-wrenching in its emotional highs and lows of the two main character’ struggles as they help each other try to get what they each need. I love Quentin Freeman and Merry Holster’s story.
Quentin is a millionaire, handsome, swoon-worthy, moody, commanding, and is considered a pleasant and hard working boss who owns Freeman Racing. Quentin took over his father’s business after he retired, and he turned it into what is is now. You will love Quentin’s mother, Minnie, who hires everyone to work at Freeman Racing and she keeps everyone in their place. Because of Quentin’s previous relationships, he does not want to do another relationship or promises or feelings. Merry is a whip-smart, hardworking social media consultant. Merry loves what she does, but she needed a job with constant pay where she could settle in for the long haul—so, she applied for a position with Freeman Racing. When Quentin meets Merry, he is enamored with the feisty, sassy, and obstinate beautiful woman. Quentin and Merry are drawn together with both of them finding something in each other that had been lacking in their own relationships. Because Quentin is Merry’s boss, he tries to distance himself from Merry, but there is something so hypnotic and magnetic about her that he can’t stay away from her. Quentin is well aware that he is all wrong for Merry, but when he is with Merry, he crosses that forbidden line each time he interacts with her. Every time Merry is near him she gets goosebumps. They will fascinate you and frustrate you at the same time. Their chemistry leaps off the page. They are combustible. What Merry didn’t expect was to fall in love with her boss, Quentin. Suddenly, Quentin starts breaking his own rules … as well as Merry’s heart! Everything about Quentin and Merry was wrong, but none of that mattered until a situation turns Merry’s idyllic life upside down. What will Merry do now? Will she quit the job she loves? Find out what happened—what a conundrum!! This is the first time I read a book by Natasha Black, but I assure you, it will not be the last. Natasha Black delivered a storyline that is fluid, addictive, and an engaging love story with artfully developed main characters. You won’t regret reading Millionaire Boss.
This is a fast paced story with strong characters in Merry and Quentin. They have a hot and steamy chemistry with some sexy hot scenes. The author does a fantastic job developing the story and brings a cast of supporting characters to bring the story around. It’s well written, moves quickly and smoothly and I enjoyed reading.

There is so much drama and angst in this book. There were some times that I thought there was perhaps just a bit more that the story needed. I liked Merry’s drive to succeed and her obvious care and affection for her brother, but I didn’t always like her all the time. I adored Quentin. I loved seeing how important his family and their business are to him. But, I kind of felt like he got shortchanged in most of the contentious encounters with or over Merry. He has legitimate concerns over what she wants to take pictures of; he’s the ogre for hurting her feelings. She wants space; he’s persona non grata in his family for giving it to her. I really enjoyed this story, but it bothered me that it felt like Quentin got blamed for everything wrong in their relationship when most of it wasn’t solely his fault. I did appreciate that Merry apologized for the part she played in the issues they were having. It snuck up on me from out of nowhere, however the ending was everything sweet and adorable. I can’t wait to read more about the rest of the Freeman family.

Natasha L. Black has a way of always pulling the reader into feeling like they could be there with the character of her stories. Merry is a social media consultant and wanting a job with Freeman Racing. She has an interview with Minnie and she gets the job. On her first day, she is waiting for Quentin in his office when he gets back from vacation. The meeting did not go well since he did not make her feel welcome. Merry decides that she is going to show Quentin that she knows what she is talking about and that she knows how to do her job. Quentin feels an attraction to Merry but he is her boss and doesn’t do anything about those feelings. Quentin’s brother, Darren is one of the racers for the company and the first race of the season is coming up. Minnie invites Merry to go with her. Darren wins first place and Quentin takes the crew out to celebrate. Both Merry and Quentin have had a few too many drinks and end up kissing each other. They don’t remember the kiss but they are both told about it. When they talk about it, they decide to forget about it. They keep from being alone together because of their feelings. This works for a while until Quentin wants to work on the plan for that weekend’s race. Things get hot between them and they end up having sex. As soon as they are done, Merry gets dressed and leaves. She can’t believe she did what she did with him. She is worried that it cost her her job. Things are strained between them now and it is not setting well for Quentin. He is not used to keeping things from his family. Finally, he sends her an email telling her that her job is safe. They keep a distance from each other and for a while, it helps. Merry comes down sick and she thinks that she just has a bug but it turns out she is pregnant. She doesn’t tell Quentin at first since she doesn’t know how to tell him or how he will react to the news. Finally, she decides to tell him and is waiting in his office when he comes in one morning. She tells him about how bad her luck has been with men and he tells her how women only wanted to be with him for his money. She is leaving his office and he is walking her to the door and she turns around and kissed him. This has them going at each other and when they are done, they are laying on his office floor and that is when she tells him she is pregnant. He said something smart and she said it again and starts to cry. He helps her to get dressed and takes her to sit down and he sits with her. He gets up and calls his mother and tells her that he needs her.
Will Merry and Quentin get past their past hurts and work things out, or will they let those feelings split them apart?
This was a wonderful book and I would recommend this book to anyone.

I fell in love with Merry and Quentin from the very start. Merry stole my heart with her wit and insecurity and Quentin captured my soul with his honesty and loyalty. I was completely captivated with this story and I’m excitedly waiting for the next installment in the series.

Charming Story….
by and1515
My life was pretty good I had my parents and then of course Tweedle Dee and Dumb plus one meaning my brothers.
No I wasn’t dating anyone and honestly I hadn’t been looking either who needed all that hassle that went with dating.
The last thing she needed was to be late especially today of all days she should have already left by now but here she was not even dressed and a closet full of nothing to wear.
Vacations why oh why did he let them influence his decisions the only plus in the whole shebang wondering around his home in nothing but his boxers.
I’d been hired by his mother while he was on vacation so now I was finally meeting my new boss Quentin Freedmon and wow what a condescending jackass.
Yeah I should have expected a lecture from my mother but really I’m suppose to what let someone who’s barely worked here have free reign to post what ever she felt like sharing with the public?
Okay I’m a big boy I can apologize for my less then stellar attitude and actually given her a better chance to impress me.
Race day she’d never experienced anything like this before and holy moly there was nothing more exciting then watching and capturing moments well worth highlighting this awesome event.
I really wasn’t expecting to gain a guest I dearly love my brother but unfortunately he’s still not house trained and tends to be quite a slob.
My brother didn’t deserve to lose everything he had because his wife was a little to friendly with someone else and now she wants everything.
Granted I really shouldn’t have been listening to there conversation but now I can does something to maybe put a smile back on her face.
Coffee… She needed the whole pot and her brother better hand it over before something bad happened to him.
No… I couldn’t believe half the things my brother just told me. I still say nope didn’t happen.
Quentin was still thinking about that kiss at the bar and he honestly meant it he wasn’t going to hold that against her.
I should have or could have didn’t even entire my mind when I made my move and wow she was the best new dessert I’d been starving for and never realized until this moment.
Then reality said hello you idiot where did your brain go? Now what this was the worse awkward situation.
My mother has never been one to hold her words and boy did she hand me my rear end and pretty much expected me to thank her for it.
Well apparently neither of us have seen the error of our ways because we both should have learned to control ourselves.
But nah what would be the fun in that.
The revenge of Montezuma that’s totally whats plaguing me However much I might have wished that was true okay maybe not but seriously nothing in my life has ever prepared me for this.

I haven’t read a book like this in a long time. There was so much to this story. It wasn’t just meet, have sex and be happy. There was so much about Quentin and his family and Merry and her family that I felt I was learning about everybody before they even got together. Maybe because this is book one but I hope it continues thru out the series!

Good and tender
Good story in the world of motorcycle racing. The romance is a little predictable, but the story is well written hot, with good characters who are at the same time endearing without being boring.
Merry begins her job as media manager for a large motorcycle racing company, but runs into Quentin, one of the sons who owns the company and is in charge. Slowly, a strong attraction, that the two try to flee, however, develops between them, creating more or less embarrassing situations after the fact, but it is their employer / employee relationship, which remains the biggest obstacle.
