He and Simone audition for the play — a marriage scene, complete with a kiss — but it’s not real, even if he’s thought about what being married to her would be like.
Then his brother comes over with a marriage certificate, and Micah and Simone learn that the preacher, who was also auditioning for the play, accidentally filed the paperwork from the play along with his real marriage license applications.
She and Micah are married. It was an accident and easily undone, but neither of them want to undo anything. As they navigate this new ground between them, can they rely on their faith – and each other – to discover if they can have a real, lasting, meaningful marriage?

What a great family romance series!
Simone and Micah have already had three chances to work things out but one of them always seems to back off. Maybe this time, a clerical error by the local pastor, will be their chance to be happy together. It’s not as if they don’t love each other… it’s never that simple.
This is the final book in the Seven Sons Ranch in Three Rivers Romance series and it should only be read as the final book. It is so well written and developed that you feel as if you know the family and I’m going to miss them all. It was wonderful to see how each brother grew and learned to not only love their one person but to love themselves.

Micah’s Mock Matrimony is book 7 in the Seven Sons Ranch in Three Rivers Romance series. This wedding has to be the craziest of all 7 fake marriages. But, not only does the wedding take place very early in the book we also have more babies, grief in losing a loved one, an unexpected wedding, someone become pregnant which definitely was a good surprise and ended on a high note of Mommy and Daddy Walker seeing the one thing they had missed living out of the country so long. The one thing we can say about the Walker family, is they are close, loud, and constantly growing in numbers!
A wonderful series that I would highly recommend to anyone that enjoy cowboys, falling in love, and finding the faith in God again that some of them had felt they lost and the need of a family to make each marriage feel whole.
How do you gey married and not know it? Well, this book tells you how it can happen. Great theme for a romance. Why not give the marriage a try, or not. Last of the Walker boys has really done it this time. The struggle for love of job, family and new wife, puts a strain on everyone. I love how they all come together and make things right. The bookbis just as great as all of Liz’s books. I don’t know how she bring all of her romance into one. It’s amazing. I received this book as a gift in exchange for an honest review.
Really great book. A cullmination of the series of books about this family! All these books have been really good and It is really nice to get a book rounding out the story about the whole family and giving Mikah his story, wrapping it all up! I recommend this book to anyone who likes romance and family interaction!.
Like her other books in this series, this one is just as heartwarming as the previous books. The characters are easy to love and their story flows smoothly from page to page. A wonderful romance you’ll love reading. This is one of those series you can read over and over and love more and more each time you read it.

Really loved this fun, sexy, action packed adventure filled with engaging and exciting charters, witty banter, exciting twists and heart racing passion. Excellent reading from beginning to end!
I loved this story!
Imagine finding out you’re married even though you don’t remember. A fake marriage for a play that turned out to be a real marriage hahahahaaha.
Simone and Micah are auditioning for a play, and the fake marriage paperwork gets filed with legitimate paperwork..accidentally.
They decide to try and make the fake marriage work out.
Laugh, sniffle and smile your way through this wonderful story.
I am so sad to see this amazing series end!! The final book which revolves around Micah and Simone was the perfect cap for the series and I liked how the author managed to involve all the brothers and their respective wives’ stories into this last book. It was so wonderful to revisit them all and see how their lives have evolved and how the characters have all grown! Thank you, Liz, for letting us be a part of the awesome Walker family!!

Micah and Simone finally get their own story and their own hea!!! Micah is my favorite brother (Jeremiah is a close second). I love these two together and in each book got frustrated with her for pushing him away – UGH. We get to catch up with the rest of the family and meet some new characters. Loved the wedding!!! If you only read one and I recommend you read the entire series – read this one!!! Sad to see this series come to an end :(.

Micah’s Mock Wedding is book 7 and the final book in the Seven Sons Ranch in Three Rivers by Liz Isaacson and what a way to end this series!
These books are a stand-alone about a different couple struggling with life choices, trials, problems, emotions and navigating through life…interaction between the family and helping each other focus on faith, hope and love!! What a way to bring this series to conclusion…what an amazing ending!!
Hope we see more of these awesome couples in Liz’s upcoming series!!
Micah and Simone end up legally married even though they didn’t plan it or have a real ceremony. They were auditioning for a local play, and the marriage certificate was a prop, which the pastor inadvertently filed with the proper authorities. And just like his six brothers before him, he’s in a fake marriage. He and Simone have dated several times in the past, and are dating right now, and decide to give the marriage thing a go. And they have the give-and-take in their marriage as exists in real life. When I’ve read about Simone in other books, I wasn’t sure just how I felt about her. After seeing her in depth in this book, I have a lot of respect for her – she’s strong, smart, independent, talented, beautiful. But she’s also got a good bit of self-doubt, stemming from her older sisters, and Micah helps her so much. This book is a terrific end to a series that I don’t want to end. This is a terrific family – they’re not perfect, but their love, faith and communication will get them through everything that life throws at them.

Micah’s Mock Matrimony is the last of the Seven Sons Ranch in Three Rivers by Liz Isaacson and doesn’t disappoint. Micah has been in love with Simone since the first time he saw her. His brothers were married to his sisters, but the two just seemed to not get it right. While auditioning for a play the two were paired as a couple who were getting married and had just signed their marriage license with a real minister officiating. When the license accidently gets mailed by the minister the couple don’t know what to do at first, but then they decide to see if the marriage would work. Now with all of his brothers doing fake marriages their mom held out hope that Micah would be the son that gave her a wedding. Needless to say, he wasn’t, exactly. This was a perfect ending to this series and the last chapter about had me in tears. I will miss the Walker brothers, their wives and all the in-laws, especially Penny and Gideon. We learned how to forgive, love and grow with these strong men and women and that is what kept me coming back.
Can the youngest Foster Sister, & the youngest Walker Brother, finally make it to their HEA?
If you’re like me, & have been reading Liz Isaacson’s “7 Sons Ranch” Series, then you’ve met Simone Foster
& Micah Walker, & seen their “on again off again” relationship. LI changes things up, in this last Book in the Series, “Micah’s Mock Matrimony”. There isn’t a crisis/need that’s solved by Simone & Micah getting married, as it was, in the Series earlier Novels.
So how do they Accidentally Get Married? How does their grow afterward? How do the Walker Wives stay connected, despite their busy lives as new Wives & Mothers? How does God help Micah & Simone reach their Forever ? I Highly Recommend You Read this Wonderful, Page-turning, Inspirational, Western Romance, to find out!
Wonderful ending to the series! Loved Simone and Micah’s story. Simone and Micah have tried a relationship many times and Micah joins the theater group just to be near Simone. When the preacher acts like he is marrying Simone and Micah in the play, which is supposed to be fake, he mistakenly submits the marriage certificate with his “real” certificates. Well I guess you could say Simone and Micah are married but will they make it work or will they annul the marriage?

Micah, the last of the seven brothers of the SEVEN SONS RANCH finally finds his HEA with Simone. If you are familiar with the series you will know that they had an on again, off again relationship.
together again, Simone complains about the slow pace Micah is setting this time. Her biological clock is ticking and she really wants children of her own.
When they audition for a play together, they re-enact a wedding scene with their pastor as another actor. By mistake he files their wedding contract with the county… Micah decides that he wants to make a real marriage out of that mistake….
Like the other books in the series it shows the ups and downs of a relationship and the constant work that is necessary, especially when life is seemingly throwing one curve ball after another.
Well-written and entertaining I really enjoyed the whole series. Each book would be possible as a stand-alone, but as a series it is so much more, as we continue to follow the other couples in their lives.

Reading this series in order will put the reader in the right frame of mind to fully enjoy this beautiful story. But it’s so good that it’s still worth jumping right in and watching two people find what they needed in their lives.
Simone Foster has joined the Three Rivers Theater Group with the high hope of getting a lead role. She’s close to her goal, having made the cut for the lead in their current play. Micah Walker is very much drawn to Simone. His joining the Theater Group, despite his inexperience, was solely to be near her. They are quite convincing in the marriage scene, especially the kiss.
When his brother comes over with a marriage certificate, Micah and Simone discover that the preacher, who was also auditioning in the play, had accidentally filed the “fake” certificate from the play with his real, valid marriage license applications. This has effectively joined Simone and Micah in a real marriage! Although they could probably get out of it without much difficulty, neither seems to be in a hurry to rectify the “problem”. Will they go with it and stay married? Or will insecure Simone decide it’s safer to back out and avoid true commitment?
This is a really good series. The reader will love the characters and will feel the love and faith that pulls the family together, despite tough times or difficult situations. Grab your copy and enjoy!
This is a hard review to write because I really don’t want the series to end, I love the Walker family. Liz Isaacson has done her usual great job of having you fall in love with her characters. Micah and Simone had a hard courtship. They are both insecure and driven. Their marriage will always be interesting. I’m thankful that the family was included in this conclusion and we are not left dangling. I look forward to the next Ranch series.
Simone and Micah have tried to make a relationship work three times in the past but failed. Could the fourth time be the charm? Enjoyed reading their story and what they both had to do to change in order to make a strong relationship work.
Well, Micah is the lone unmarried brother of seven. He wants what his brother’s have, a home with a life partner, some kids and a dog. He is pining after Simone for the fourth and last time. She has deep feelings but is fearful. Also, her two sisters are married to brothers. When they get accidentally get married for real while acting in a play, he wants to give it a go. They both need to step or jump over the fear barrier.
I like how she steered Jeremiah back into regular therapy for his anger and emotional issues. Then he decides equine therapy wouldn’t hurt. He goes with a brother and his father. The whole family have their little cliques, but stand united for each other. Guys are funny about seeing a therapist, but when your marriage is on the line they reconsider. There are ways to make small changes that have a big outcome. Gonna miss the brothers….. 🙁
