In the classic Mere Christianity, C.S. Lewis, the most important writer of the 20th century, explores the common ground upon which all of those of Christian faith stand together. Bringing together Lewis’ legendary broadcast talks during World War Two from his three previous books The Case for Christianity, Christian Behavior, and Beyond Personality, Mere Christianity provides an unequaled … Christianity provides an unequaled opportunity for believers and nonbelievers alike to hear this powerful apologetic for the Christian faith.

Very difficult for me to understand. Going to read again.
Excellent overview of key Christian concepts.
I have gifted more doubters of Christianity than any other book. Every word builds to this choice: Jesus was either a liar, scam, liar OR THE SAVIOR GOD and Lord of the Universe!!
C.S. Lewis asks and answers questions one doesn’t usually consider.
Despite being over half a century old, C.S. Lewis’ classic defense of Christianity remains on the cutting edge.
One of the greatest and most important books ever written.
I have a Master’s of Divinity and am an ordained minister. I still go back to this old book, year after year, to answer those who say that I have sold my intellect to purchase my faith.
Loved it!!
Best, most easy to comprehend explanation of what a relationship with Christ is. Of course, C. S. Lewis is one of my favorite authors.
A favorite of mine
Probably the best short book on the fundamental beliefs of Christianity — could be read by anyone of any denomination or some who just wants to get an idea of the basics.
A short book but not an easy read because it is so deep and the thoughts are profound. It is a great book for skeptics and thinkers who wonder what Christianity is really about.
Superb modern Christian classic from a well noted former atheist.
Life changing book that helped me regain my childhood beliefs, almost 40 years ago. One of my favorite books of all time.
This thought-provoking work is an must read for those of us who want to know more about God. Very well written and to the point. There are no ‘preachy’ points in this work. He doesn’t put it like ‘this is how you should think.’ He simply uses logic and life illustrations to make his points.
Beautifully written
This is not a reading a few hours book. You will need to stop. Digest what you read. Think about. Cone and read more. The time you take will be so very worth what it. You grow spiritually, emotionally. Just an incredible Journey of Christian growth.
One of the great classics!
One of the best books on discovering your faith.
One that should be read more than once…
