It only takes two little words to change Mercy Ashby’s life.Mercy Ashby thought that there were going to be no more surprises in her life once she got rid of the monster that had helped make her life hell for years. The moment he’s dropped dead it becomes one surprise after another. Some surprises are slightly more deadly than others. Family disappearing, constant attacks, a jailbreak, … jailbreak, kidnappings, and a visit from Satan himself.
Can Mercy and her guys push through all of the crap and come out victorious in the end with their family in tact? Or will their enemies be the last one standing?

*I received a free copy of this book which I voluntarily chose to write an honest review for.
Having followed Mercy for the first three books I was more then ready to get my hands on this final installment to her story especially after the bomb that was dropped at the end of book three. We pick back up during her intriguing pregnancy journey while being hunted constantly at the same time. Figuring out how to work together to keep them all safe provides some comic relief as well as keeping us guessing. Overall this is a fantastic wrap up to this journey that answers our questions while also setting it up nicely for a new series following another character. Perfect ending if I do say so. I totally loved it so I give it 5/5 stars.
I’ve read the entire series, if you are interested in RH then I recommend this. The main character is a no shit-take, potty-mouthed, hard ass and wicked awesome. I love all the characters. I love their growth (especially Talon). I hate finishing a series because it’s like leaving behind friends. I look forward to the other books by A.M. Hardin.
Mercy’s Wrath (MW) is the final installment in the Mercy Ashby series. When I read the blurb for this series, I was intrigued so I read all 3 books, Mercy’s Protectors, Mercy’s Destiny & Mercy’s Battle, & I really liked this series,. When I reread the books, I still liked it, but I was starting to find Mercy a little annoying toward the end of book 3. Nonetheless, I still enjoyed this series, looked forward to reading the conclusion to Mercy’s & her guy’s journey, & now looking forward to reading the spin-off.
This is my opinion to MW, I found Mercy to not be as a total badass as she had been in book 1 & as the books progressed she began softening (but still does what she thinks is right), in 1 paragraph her HH got renamed to Wrath then in the next paragraph it changed back to his original name, it’s like the HH got overlooked & forgotten when they knew he could find or help protect Mercy, and then half of the book was practically all about Mercy’s Pregnancy, it’s like her pregnancy took the reins & the bad guys took a backseat.
(Again, this is all my opinion. I received an ARC in return for a honest review, even though the book was already out before I posted this review.)
Fantastic end to Mercy and the guy’s story. So much happened that if I describe everything that I loved in this book it would be way spoilery, at least in my opinion it would be. So I’m going to keep this short and sweet and say I loved it and this series. Now I can’t wait for Azura’s story and for all the spin-off series to start!
Amazing ending…Mercy and her men are in for one wild ride suring the life changing event of parenthood. We find out how strong Mercy really is when she is forced into the worst situation of any woman. Steam 7/10 * Sweet 9/10 * RH * Alt 1st POV * HEA
What a GREAT ending to Mercy’s series. This series has left me with a book funk.. and kinda makes me wanna be a badass, too. That aside, I love that we get more info on some of the guys and see how their relationship continues to progress. I can’t believe her dad and Uncle took so long to pull their heads from their asses, but I am glad that they finally did — and Vivi shows the depths of her strength, too! I’d love to have Fury as my own hellhound 😉 and I love that we are introduced to some characters for the spin-off series.
I’m a little sad that we didn’t get a conclusion for Kai’s sister and Mom, but I do know that since Kai’s sister is getting her own series, it will most likely be answered there. Only time will tell. <3 Good job, A.M. Hardin!
Oh my lort. I went into this book trying to prepare myself knowing it was the last book of the series. Well. The joke was on me. I wasnt expecting some of the twists that happened. Mercy, her men and their closest ones have a nonstop fight on their hands. If you were expecting them to catch a break, then this isnt the book for you. Theres so much growth. Personal, emotional, power wise and it’s an ever evolving and growing world in this series. I can and hopefully will be seeing spin offs. World building and context is both consistent and interesting. Character development and growth is amazing as well. I would love to screech my excitement over parts in this book but I wont. I definitely recommend it.
Book 4 is the perfect ending to this series. You will fall more in love with the characters in this series and even be a little jealous of Mercy. She had a messed up past and has been through hell (literally) and you never know what will happen next when Mercy is involved. However with her men beside her nothing is impossible and they will do anything for her. If you enjoy the other 3 books then you will want to dive in this one and if not then grab book one and enjoy!
