Unique story line, not predictable or cheesy. The characters were wee developed and I really liked them!
This is a magical story of one woman, reeling from the end of a bad marriage, and another woman, who has loved and lost long ago but still treasures the memories of her loved one as if he were still right beside her. Ophelia Browne runs the Memory House, a nondescript building with a small sign that’s almost un-noticeable. as you drive by. Annie Cross has been left by her husband after years of unhappiness. He is gone but his shadows of life still linger. So she packs up to take a ride somewhere, anywhere, for the weekend. She is driving by when she nearly misses the sign, then stops to stay a night or two. The two women quickly form a bond and 2 nights turn into a week. There’s something Ophelia needs to share, and something Annie needs to learn. Find out what bonds the two in this magical story.
