Iron Fury MC Book #5I don’t do love triangles. Hell, I don’t do women.I’ve learned that lesson the hard way.I get in. I get out. I do what I have to do. Until I meet them. Two of them. Completely different. Both perfect. One, soft and sweet. Beautiful in a way that takes your breath away. The other, wild and crazy. The kind that makes your soul spark back to life. Both of them speak to me. Both of … life.
Both of them speak to me.
Both of them want me.
I’m in the middle of a mess, and with my own demons, I don’t know how to fight my way out of it.
When the situation becomes dangerous, I have no choice but to protect them both.
And in doing that, exposing myself and them, to very real pain.
Pain I’ve fought so long to avoid.
And there they are, looking at me with those incredible eyes, both saying…
Me, please?

Oh. My. Heart! This one broke my heart! Not going to lie, there were tears! Quite a few!!
There were so many dimensions to this story to. Not least of all, the history Boston has with Maverick. When the truth comes out wanted to hug Boston and shake Maverick but they had to sort it between themselves.
Chantelle and Penny? Love them both but for me there was only ever going to one woman for Boston…….who? Well you need to read this book to find out! Just be prepared to lose your heart!
I think this may be my favourite one in the series, so far.
I have to admit that this is the first time I’ve read a love triangle that involved the man having to pick. I was excited to read something so unique. I will say that the ending shocked me. He ended up with the right girl for him but my heart still hurt for the one he didn’t end up with. Both women had their own issues and danger that they were trying to over come and while they felt similar they were both different. I laughed at how brash Chantelle was and love how sweet Penelope is. I can really see how Boston had such a hard time when it came to picking.
At the beginning of the book there was some before moments then now moments and it got to be confusing. We get 3 POVs and while after a while it was easier to follow, I couldn’t really get invested in the book until over half way through. Maybe because I haven’t read the other books in the series it makes it harder to connect with it all but I did enjoy the unique plot. I plan to read the other books at some point and maybe it will help me make more sense of it all and I could raise my rating. (but this is a standalone). I do plan to read the next book though. The ending on this one has me craving how that one is going to turn out. 3 stars #2OCCJD
This is a love triangle so if your not into that sort of thing then I advise you to step away now!
This is book 5 in the story and it’s Bostons story, oh yes the one a lot of us have been waiting for. The story is told in 3 points of view from Boston, Penelope and Chantelle so you will get all sides of the story. However good luck in choosing who you want to route for because I m still in a huff that it didn’t go the way I wanted it too.
Now I won’t go over the story because if you have read all the previous books then you will know how this all starts. All I will say is all 3 characters are taken on a roller coaster ride of emotions that results in some car crash moments. Boston is your usual typical hot biker but he has a real heartfelt side to him that shines through. Both Chantelle and Penelope have strong personalities but with a caring nature that doesn’t involve the typical cattiness when dealing with the other woman who likes the same man situations.
There is lots of angst and usual bad boy biker action in this book that will leave you torn on where your loyalties lie.
Overall I did really enjoy the book however I did feel there was to much repetitive backwards and forwards between the characters but despite that and the fact I wanted it to be the other girl I can’t wait to get my hands on Slaters story and I really hope he ends up with who I think he does.
This is the fifth book in the Iron Fury MC series. I have loved all the previous books. I do suggest you read them in order because there is a story line that continues through out the series. Each book is a stand alone, about a different member of the MC. This is Boston’s story.
I will admit, I was a little hesitant in starting this one. I don’t really like love triangles. But since Bella Jewel is a must read author for me and I love this series, I went ahead and started it. I’m so happy that I didn’t skip this book.
It’s not a love triangle where Boston is leading both Penelope and Chantelle on. He does have feelings for both, but he’s always been honest and he does try to do the right thing by leaving them alone while he figures his head out.
“Never thought I’d find myself in this position. Two women, both of them sparkin’ somethin’ inside of me, somethin’ I need more than fuckin’ air.” ~Boston
I will admit that I was bouncing back and forth between who I wanted him to end up with. In the end, he ended up with the right woman for him. The one that is strong enough to handle the life of the club. The other isn’t weak, she’s just not made for the life of an MC. She realizes it also.
Both women come with some problems. Penny has her horrible ex husband and his new girlfriend and Chantelle has Enzo. Boston is a protector. He has to protect them both. He can’t let what happened before, happen again. It does come close to happening though.
I felt for all three of them. The women didn’t hate each other, they actually adore each other too and think the other is a great person.
Sorry for being vague, but I would hate to give anything away.
Now to wait for Slater’s story. After the set up in this book, I can’t wait! I’m sad that it will be the last book. I’m hoping that Slater’s brothers (biological brothers) will each get a story also. Maybe a spin off series?! PLEASE!
I love a love triangle so I was super excited to finally get Boston’s complicated story.
Let me start by saying I adored Boston. He’s a genuinely good guy who’s doing his best not to hurt the people he cares about. Finding himself torn between two woman leaves him feeling confused but unable to stay away from either of them, especially when they both find themselves in danger which brings Boston’s protective side out.
Now on to the women…I actually liked both the women in this book. I thought I knew who I wanted Boston to end up with when I started but I swung back and forth between them while I was reading. There’s no wonder poor Boston doesn’t know who he wants. I do think he ended up with the right woman for him and looking back now that I’ve finished, that it was fairly obvious who that should be from early on in the book.
I loved the turmoil and conflict Boston goes through. He knows he has some decisions to make and knowing someone he cares for is going to end up hurt really tears him up. The angst is the perfect balance of been just enough to make you anxious about who he’ll end up with without making you hate any of the main characters which is what I needed from this story.
This is another great book from the Iron Fury MC and it’s left me desperate for Slaters story which is coming next.
