Ricky shows us what Badass is in book 10 of the MC Series. This book should be read after the Princes of Prophecy and Christian. Way too much to drink is to blame for the almost literal shotgun wedding that ties Ricky and Elizabeth together. She’s his best friend’s little sister, his VP’s daughter and Pres’s niece. How do you say no? Finally being taken seriously, he does not need this shit now, … shit now, he doesn’t need to die either. Figuring the easiest thing to do is go along with it he marries Elizabeth. Knight is not happy and C4 is the least of Ricky’s worries.
Elizabeth is proving Badass runs deep in the Knight family. With some help from Little Ben she may make it out of all this alive. Her biggest threat is not the Brothers or the crazy attacks the MC is fighting. It’s her dad. Trying to figure out what she’s worth to her self, her Club and her new husband takes some work. The old ladies jump in and nothing is as it seems.
Can Ricky convince her he’s all in before doubt has her walking?

Loved it!, Loved Ricky and Elizabeth
I loved Ricky and Elizabeth’s story. Tiny and Nancy raised some amazing kids. I love Ricky. A bit like Uncle Danny, unrecognized for so long for all he does, you clearly see why he will be the next MC President. In Ricky you see the best of all the MC top men.
Elizabeth, has been a MC princess her whole life. Steve’s over protractive ways have made her off limits and the few men who have taken a chance have treated as a conquest, and like a whore. While she has seen the kind of love all in is she thinks its something she will never have.
A tragedy bring Ricky and Elizabeth together. To much alcohol leads to a night of sex. When Tiny walks in the next morning, an emergency wedding is executed. Needless to say Steve is not happy.
Ricky and Elizabeth both feel they work. The readers say they work. Convincing Steve they work, and that Ricky can protect her, well that’s a problem.
Ricky really treats Elizabeth as a princess, and a equal. While he worries about her safety her trusts in her abilities. He sees herself doubt and while he can’t read her he can read those who contributed to her state of mind. He works to build her up.
Steve’s retaliation’s are epic and amusing at first. When Elizabeth get hurt and he doesn’t let up, you realize that something is really wrong. Ricky sees it and works hard to bring Steve back before they have to do something unthinkable.
The attacks on the MC, Baxter’s and Prince’s, continue. As the big picture unfolds, the younger generation continue to show the older how capable they are.
A great story. Ricky is now my favorite of the men of the little brothers all grown up. Every women should have a life partner like Ricky. Can’t wait for the next book. With Kaleb Baxter’s political ambitions, can’t wait for his and Jared’s story. Will they be like their father’s and share a wife or is their a special women out there for each of them
We’ve all heard the jokes and stories of the overprotective dad right?
Well what if your overprotective dad was the VP of an MC, an ex-Seal, and really and truly deadly?
How would you begin any relationship?
What kind of guy is brave enough to date you much less try and form a relationship.
Elizabeth grew up in the MC, she was protected by all the men and told over and over that she could be anything she wanted to be. But somewhere in all that she never learned self worth like the lessons were meant to. The only time she tried she was used.
Ricky grew up in foster care until he was adopted by Tiny & Nancy and became part of the MC. His character and loyalty come to light when he stayed in a dying relationship so his suicidal girlfriend wouldn’t end it all. He grew up with Elizabeth in the MC and heads the Little Brothers. Ricky shows everyone his loyalty to the MC and Pres and what a great leader he is.
The MC has gone through some upheavals and it looks like there is more to come. The Protectors is where Elizabeth has found her professional life and in Ricky she will find the love and respect she deserves.
A really great read that flows well with humor, loyalty, and awesome characters.
