I have read all of Meg Muldoon’s books and thoroughly enjoyed every one. I am a fan of cozy mysteries, and these do not disappoint. The characters are varied and quirky, the plots fresh and interesting, and the pie recipes are wonderful. I highly recommend all of the Christmas River series.
I love this series! This is my third book I’ve read in it and the second book in the series. I would put this as both a cozy mystery and a romance. The romance isn’t all sappy though. It has an honesty to it.
It’s Christmas in July in Christmas River. There is parade and a play going on. Cinnamon and Daniel are together. Kara and John … not so …
This is such a great series with well developed characters that you want to hang out with.
Loved this whole series!
Meg Muldoon entertains in the Christmas River books. I can believe in a bit of magic and cheer as good rules in the end. These books are great lounge chair by the fire reading. I can see I’d like to visit this fictional little town and meet the residents.

a nice read with a good pace to the story — an author that I’d follow
The Christmas River series is fun, with just enough twist and mystery to keep you engaged without it overtaking everything else you want to do. I read this book in one sitting and finished the series in a few days – very enjoyable!

Interesting.
The book stands by itself, even though it is part of a series. The author does a great job of character development. A nice read, you really seems like a story being told by a friend.
