This book was an emotional one that’s for sure. I love Sydney and Ridge so much, they are obviously meant to be yet there is Maggie and you don’t even know why he is so devoted to his relationship until much later in the book. Their relationship doesn’t even seem to have any issues so it was really hard to root against them. So much made sense by …
Hard to find love it mature audiences
This is really one of my favorite books. Even after reading it several times, my heart keeps feeling for Ridge and Sydney. The level of connection between them is so elemental, intimate, true and pure.
I almost feel jealous of their love and musical talent.
I love all of Her books Never a disappointment. Except I read them too fast.
Loved songs and the plot too…
There is nothing better than reading an older romance before tropes took authors. Older romance novels leaves my heart melting and wanting more.
Maybe someday is my favorite book. I love the story about Sydney and Ridge.
This is one of my all time favorite books. Nobody writes like Colleen Hoover. If you haven’t read any of her books I HIGHLY recommend you start!! This book or her book It Ends With Us are some of her best. Guarantee you will love both, if not all of her books. Happy reading!!
Here we go! Reviewing books I read years ago is going to be a challenge, but for ones like this, it’s easy to remember what it made me feel.
Let me just say that this book truly fucked me up. First of all, I’m not sure if it’s just me, but the moment when it’s revealed that Ridge is deaf I was like OH MY GOD WHAT?!?!! I actually screamed that …
one of the best thing in this book is that I can actually hear the songs and I’m pretty much addicted to. I love almost all colleen hoover books and this was is one of the best book she ever wrote.
Sydney discovers that her boyfriend is cheating on her with her best friend. She ends up moving in with a neighbor, Ridge, who is always playing guitar on his balcony. As Ridge and Sydney write songs together, they slowly start falling for each other. There is only one thing – Ridge already has a love of his life, and it’s not Sydney.
I enjoyed this book by one of my favorite authors, Colleen Hoover. Again, her characters are gripping and you feel so much for them, with them. Loved it!
I read this story years ago, and decided it was time to revisit in Audiobook. One can never get enough of Co Ho stories and this one was exceptional. Ridge, Sydney, Maggie, Warren and Bridgett will always have a place in my heart. The angst between Ridge and Maggie/ Ridge and Sydney the love, loss, the camaraderie and pranks, the loyalty Warren …
One of my favorite books of ALL TIME.
Absolutely one of my most favorite books ever I just loved this so much
Okay, first of all, it was sometimes weird for me to read it but that was only because I know sign language. I could really relate to the story ‘cuz it is one close to my heart. I could feel how Ridge felt and also how Sydney feels! Really enjoyed reading this story and next to reading Archer’s Voice, this is a favourite book. Definitely worth the …
One of the most unique and best books I’ve read so far.
As usual CH writes a good clean story. I was sucked in immediately and wrapped up in the unfortunate situation our heroine is thrown into from the beginning. I found the characters funny, interesting and their chemistry was great, so what was missing? I just felt like the story slowed way down in the middle and all of the guilt and crying started …
I love romance, I love music, and I love diversity; this book has all three. I love that this book has a deaf main character. These were the main selling points for me. Otherwise the romance is pretty stereotypical: lots of drama and some steamy scenes, but the book is well written, and I could not put it down. I loved that for a while I put …
This book is going to hook you. And you can’t put it down until you finished it. I love Ridge and Sydney!
