MATCH MADE IN WYOMING
Wyoming Wildflowers — Book 2 — Fireweed
When fire ravages Wyoming land, fireweed is … Fireweed
When fire ravages Wyoming land, fireweed is among the first plants to return, brightening the blighted area with the joy of its blooms. Small-town lawyer Taylor Anne Larsen faces the challenge of doing the same for the pain-ravaged heart and disbelieving soul of ranch foreman Cal Ruskoff. Armed with the same grace and grit as the wildflower fireweed, Taylor also has allies – a matchmaking friend, a harsh western blizzard, high-octane mutual attraction, and a rescued puppy who slips past the defenses of this tough cowboy.
While they’re snowbound together, Cal might give in to passion temporarily, but from behind the wall he’s built around his past and his secrets, he’s certain Taylor is all that he can’t let himself have. And he’ll use all his weapons to keep her out.
“These characters — their dialogue, their fears, their complex personalities — are very real. As a reader, I couldn’t help fall under Cal’s spell — a good, troubled, mixed-up man who forces Taylor to confront some of her own demons, even as he refuses to face his own . . . There’s a lot of subtle — and not so subtle — humor here, the love scenes are at once tender and sizzling, and the emotions and fears of both characters wrap themselves around the reader’s heart and don’t let go.” – Karen Templeton, Amazon review
“Page turner, cute, funny. Can’t wait to get the next in line” – 5*
“This is a great western story and would recommend you to read it. The author has great stories and I haven’t found one of her books I don’t like.” – 5*
Wildflowers have to be strong and resilient to bloom amid the rugged western beauty of Wyoming – and so do the women.
Author’s note: The collie puppy in Match Made in Wyoming is the alter ego of my much-loved rescue collie Riley … right down to the inconvenient penchant for opening doors at the wrong moment. Although for Taylor and Cal, it turns out to be the right moment. 🙂

Good read.
Loved this story and the complicated characters. What could a ranch Forman and an attorney have in common ? So much! I could not stop reading this story and when I got o the end, I did not want it to end.
I enjoy most of the books by this author. She does a good job with her characters.
Loved it
It was a good book with a little romance
I enjoyed this story from page 1 through the end. Wonderful story with great characters!
I just finished reading this book and it was hard to put down! I loved the characters in the story. I highly recommend it.
Great book
Loved the book
She had me at Cowboys and Wyoming! Ms. McLinn pens a beautifully written series based on one extended family. I highly recommend you read the prequel to Match Made in Wyoming. I began there and am making my way through the series. The characters are all have a unique view of what they want in life which leads to a few stumbles on their way to their HEA. Wyoming, near the Big Horn is almost as much a character as the people in this series. It certainly shapes these cowboys!
Cal came to Wyoming to live a quiet life after his Aunt died. He didn’t want anything from his father after his death. He met Taylor and they fell in love. She talked him into going back East and giving his father’s company to the employees.
Loved the story line, the sneaky matchmaking friend and adorable puppy
Great characters and an interesting story line.
The way they worked their life’s .

As a WYOMING native I appreciate literature set in .my GREAT AMERICAN WEST….I READ THE WHOLE SERIES AND FOUND THE SETTING EXQUISITELY DESCRIBED.
I HAVE CHOSEN SEVERAL OF THE BOOKS WRITTEN BY THIS AUTHOR…HER STYLE IS REALISTIC AND TRUE TO Character.
Romance was good. Did not need the descriptive sex scenes.
