Everyone needs to read this book. Especially with what is happening in America right now.
Really gives some insite into the CIA, JFK, and Mary’s murder.
Intreaging investigation into how our intelligence services, from Preidents Truman and Eisenhower feared wat the CIA &FBI had become. Even today with President
Trump, it’s apparent that their influence is unincombered and pervasive for ili-
Directed purpose..
Mary Mayer was eliminated because she knew too much but failed to perceive the danger of exposing it. Remember Seth Mayer? Chilling exposeure of how unbridled Government operates. Tremendous amount of effort by the Author, compiling data, conducting interviews and placing himself in mortal jepordy.
Tremendous read, freightening.
Certainally worth the time to read and understand.
A fascinating book . The author is relentless in his pursuit of justice. The truth is out there but many people will not talk. Very interesting.
Recommended for Bookclub. What a disaster! No one liked it, including me.
Makes you wonder what else is being manipulated in our government.
Enlightening re:the JFK assasination.
Like many books, this suffered from a lack of editing and objectivity. The author was clearly infatuated with the subject and put her on a pedestal in a way that was not believable and undermined the credibility of the rest of the book. The author also knowingly or unknowingly is part of a privileged class with which most Americans can’t identify. As such, his admiration for some of the characters and his sense of entitlement for himself and them was offputting. This is an interesting story and this book presenting some interesting information, but the author’s unsupported speculation was tiresome.
Well documented and very different view of JFK’s assasination. Highly reccommended.
A thorough and detailed investigation and analysis of the CIA and plot to assassinate President Kennedy.
Shocking what our secret service people will do to protect themselves and the government.
Interesting hard to put down.
Purchased the book but only received a preview.
Thought provoking. Good read.
Not only the story of Mary Meyer, CIA wife and DC socialite, engaged in an intimate 2 yr long relationship with JFK at the time of his death,…but a detailed account of the times before and after the assassination. Mary was murdered a year after JFK died, because she knew too much and was about to raise uncomfortable questions
about the politics surrounding JFK’s death, and possible CIA involvement.
The book is extremely detailed, well researched and in the middle, occasionally difficult to read.
The fact that the author’s father was also CIA and their family and the Meyers, close friends, makes the entire account even more compelling.
An amazing story. Gives “All,the President’s Men” a totally new perspective. Great research and documentation.
I don’t usually believe in conspiracy theories but this book has made me think twice about what actually goes on within our government.
Insight into CIA/FBI world. I had read a lot about the Kennedy’s being womanizers. This seems factual. But scary to think about what the government organizations are involved in.
This book is one that every American should read
More truth about the evil forces behind the Kennedy assination. These force’s are still out there and continue to manipulate the world.
