I liked the book, but the disconnect between the two main characters went on way too long. All they had to do was communicate!
Jamie was afraid that the long-standing friendship that they have had will get ruined if they get married. And it’s a valid concern. Misunderstanding after misunderstanding crops up. For two people who communicated so well before now suddenly that all came to a screaming halt.
I didn’t really enjoy this story all that much,it was just okay. …
A little predictable, but a nice, easy to read, romantic story. Great for the beach.
Great book. It’s a page turned. Sometimes you just wanted to knock some sense into the characters, but they turned out ok. Can’t wait for a sequel.
This was disappointing. I’m a sucker for friends to lovers tropes but this one wasn’t well done. Plot points that moved the story forward were too convenient. The characters didn’t really develop much, especially the heroine. The sex was implied, and I like intimacy that’s steamy. Not a keeper.
We can always depend upon this author for a good story.
Not much to it — lightweight.
Very predictable just okay
I like all of Debbie Macomber books.
I read Debbie Macomber books because they are light reading.
I found this book better the more I read.
Chic Lit but interesting
A little predictable, but a fun read.
So so not up to authors standards
Interesting but nice to read with a lot of humor
Another HindEnburg McComber book
Characters misunderstand each other at every opportunity. I wanted to grab them and shake them. Took forever for them to get to where they were going starting at page one. I was disappointed.
Super cute
The characters were not engaging. Very average read.
Too predictable, easy to read
