Of “Treading Water,” reviewers said:
“Treading Water is a definite must read! Treading Water creates an emotional firestorm within the reader. It shines the light on the good and the bad in life and proves that one moment can change everything and it’s never too late to find love. Marie Force grabbed my heart and squeezed every ounce of emotion out of it but most importantly her monumental story left me blissful. Treading Water may be fiction but it gives me hope; hope in everyday people and happily ever after. I cannot wait for the next book in this trilogy, Marking Time.” —Joyfully Reviewed, a “Recommended Read” for November!
“This isn’t your typical romance where you’re positive you’re going to get the happy ending you were hoping for at the beginning. It will rip your heart out at times and having you weeping for joy at others. A stunning story about learning to love again and learning when to let go to those you love.” —Night Owl Reviews, Reviewer Top Pick

Oh, this book was awesome. How the author took three different couples and entwined them into a storyline was excellent. The book made you think about if it were one of the characters. Good read.
A great continuation of the series, following Clare and Aidan, as well as Kate and her new beau. You get to meet Aidan’s family, watch Kate chase her dream, and catch up on Jack’s new life, as well.
The best story line I’ve read in a long time. Marie Force brings you into the story as if you know these people as friends.
The story brought me to tears at times. It was very moving and inspirational. I really empathized with the main character. Thanks for an enjoyable read.

Excellent
I like this author and her writing style. In the beginning of the book, I did not see how I would end up liking it, but she made the story believable and enjoyable.
Great beach read or airplane read.
Good book
I have read two books in this series and found them to be very enjoyable. The characters are all very interesting and the storyline creative. I like the way the book follows two characters at once.
