When Adina opened Supernatural Investigations she knew she would have to take cases that she didn’t like.
Case in point: The day super sexy celebrity crime show detective, Marcus Pierce, blows through her doors. He needs her team to track down the monster that tried to kill him.
There are pros and cons of dealing with what she can only imagine is an arrogant heartthrob entangled in his own self-made drama…but mostly cons.
However, the tables quickly turn-
Adina and her team of Gifted Agents have a criminal at large that no ordinary police force can contend with.
And the monster is not slowing down.
Now her agency has to bring all their supernatural skills to a thrilling game of cat-and-mouse, before the killer strikes again.

Maybe then Adina can come to terms with the intense attraction she feels with Detective Marcus Pierce. A connection she so badly wants to deny…

I liked the story and I liked the characters. Marcus is not your typical Hollywood actor but then again Adina is not your usual PI either. She has worked hard for her reputation and that includes supernatural investigations. This reputation is important because she deals with things other PIs cannot…supernaturals. Marcus is attacked by a werewolf, but no one believes him and he’s afraid he’s losing his mind. Adina refuses to help him because he is an actor and she doesn’t like actors. However, the longer she thinks about it and the more she researches Marcus she finds he’s not like all the others. Plus, one of her powers is reading people and their thoughts. Taking his case is dangerous and complicated. They need to find the creature that changed him before others get killed, including her. This is action packed and will keep you guessing. Marcus is a TV detective on Precinct 12 who gets attacked and turns to Adina at Supernatural Investigations to look into it. I really like the characters and the storyline but I felt it drug on in some areas. Overall a good read and I look forward to reading more books by this author.
This book is interesting in some ways and inconsistent in other ways. There is too much rambling. The characters have great chemistry. The plot line is interesting. The romance is weird but in a good way.

Marcus/Precinct 12 by Chloe Vincent is a book about Guardian Angel Investigations and Detective Agency. In this book, Marcus Pierce who is an actor starring in a police detective show called Precinct 12 gets attacked on the set by an unknown person or creature. Due to the attack Marcus hires Adina’s Agency to find out who or what attacked him. This is a wonderful paranormal mystery story with interesting characters and an surprising romantic connection between Marcus and Adina. I loved this story and I’m sure anyone who enjoys reading a unique paranormal romance will love it as much as I do. Marcus/Precinct 12 is a mystery that ends in romance.
This book had me and kept reading in one sitting. Characters are amazingly developed. The storyline flowed smoothly from page to page keeping me engaged.

Very different but I loved it. It is interesting with twists I did not see coming. Excellent story. I received a complimentary review copy of the book and I am voluntarily leaving a honest review.
We all either have that person or are that person who is neurotic and rambles relentlessly, this book would be that person. It isn’t a bad book at all, in fact it’s wonderful. It’s just hard to read with the barrage of self dialogue of the characters. The characters are some of the best I’ve read in a while, they are quirky and adorable, the story itself just needs to be edited down to 50% ramble.

This was a fun story with some really great characters there where a few inconsistencies in the story and it was little overwhelming how most of the story was written about what was going on in Alina’s head but the premise was good and I would read more in the series
Alina owns the Guardian Angel Investigation and Detective agency it is an agency that handle magical incidents. When Marcus a TV star in a cop show is attacked in a car park he is sure it was werewolf that attacked him and he thinks he may have been bitten. When the police and various other people don’t believe them he is finally sent to Alina Will she believe after all she became a demon in similar circumstances and will she take on his case. As danger gets ever closer they will have to work together if they hope to survive
Alina was in charge of the Guardian Angel Investigation and Detective agency. She had been forced to become an unwilling Demon, and is part of the reason she is unable to know or understand her emotions. Add Marcus to this mix and it creates an interesting story involving paranormals, assaults, and murder.

This was a good read. I liked the characters and the book had promise. However, most of the story goes on in Adina’s head. We get very little from Marcus or any secondary characters. It was also pretty light on the paranormal scale. The writing was good and I did like it. I will give the second book a try before I make any judgement on it as a series.

Marcus, a popular TV detective, is brutally attacked. He asks Adina at the Guardian Angel Investigation and Detective Agency for help. Adina, who was irrevocably changed in her past, considers taking the case, but doesn’t think she can help. She may have to change her mind sooner than she thinks. I really enjoyed this novel and these two characters, although there were a couple of inconsistencies. However, the sheer escape-factor in the story made me overlook them and I plan to read more of Chloe Vincent’s work.
