Bri Becker was the single mom with the kid everyone avoided. As a widower, it wasn’t easy to find help, especially when babysitters everywhere had her on a blacklist. Moving back home to Paradise was supposed to be a step in the right direction. Her family was going to help so she could finally make a better life for her and her son. When her brother ended up in the hospital, all those plans went … went out the window.
Yale Walker was a man who did what he wanted when he wanted. Sometimes that included who he wanted too. He wasn’t the kind of guy who made bets and didn’t follow through. That’s why he’d give up his flipping gig for a week and play manny. He saw how it worked out for his friend, and he was hoping for the same, minus the married part.
Opening the door to her savoir, Brie finds her brother’s best friend, the guy who she’s been fantasizing about since she was a teen. With one cheese nickname after another, Brie realizes there’s no way he could feel the same, though, and getting through their time together won’t be easy when all she wants to do is act out some of the dirty things she’s been thinking about.
Warning: This book contains a single mom who needs a nap, a brother who stages an intervention, and a wobbly sword that ends up in the weapons bucket.

This has all the best tropes: brother’s best friend, single mom, second chance. I love that Yale and Brie have this rich history. Brie is snarky and feisty and raising an adorable out of control 3 year old. Yale is irreverent, prone to profanity, ready to give in to his lifelong feelings, and ready in spite of himself to help raise Brie’s hellion. Brie’s brother has a very hard time with the relationship, and does something that ends up being hilarious! But I love how once he’s reconnected with Brie, Yale refuses to give up on her or their future. Sweet and sexy, with plenty of parts that will make you laugh, this story is well worth you time! Happy Reading!!
When Yale loses a bet he finds himself working as a Manny for a week but when he knocked on the door of his client he never expected it to be his best friend’s sister who he has always been attracted to.
Bri is a single mother to her three year old son Lucas who finds herself in need of help with her brother in the hospital. It is only a matter of time before the sparks fly but is it just a fling or forever and how will her family react?
Full of humor and hot chemistry Yale and Bri were fun to watch.
I received a complimentary copy of this book and I am voluntarily reviewing it.
This was hilarious. This was a fun short read. It really is a feel good story. A word of warning though, it has some cuss words and bedroom scenes. So if that doesn’t offend you, read this. This is the second of the series but you really don’t HAVE to read the prior one but after reading this one and enjoying it, read the first one.
This was awesomely sexy, laugh out loud fun, and a quick read. When kismet brings Bri and Yale together again, Yale is a man on a mission and isn’t going to let fear stop him. Together, they have an wonderful attraction, intense chemistry, and are such loveable characters. This book is an entertainingly great read and I recommend you pick it up and read it for yourself you won’t be disappointed.
I voluntarily reviewed an Advance Reader Copy of this book for an honest review.
Manny for Love plays off the best friend’s sister and second chances trope with comedy throughout. Brie is a single parent and Yale’s best friend’s sister. The tension between Brie and Yale creates scenes that are comical throughout the book. Manny for Love is a quick, laugh out loud read for all to enjoy.
The chemistry between Brie and Yale is steamy and cute. When Yale first meets Lucas was LMAO!! Loved the book and received ARC for my honest opinion.
The second book in the Single Mom in Paradise Series, Manny for Love, does not disappoint. Yale is Bri’s brothers best friend that she has crushed on for years. Little did she know Yale felt the same way. When circumstances reunite them we get to enjoy a fun, sexy, and hilarious read. I received an advance copy am voluntarily reviewing this book.
Another LOL Rom-com that had me in stitches…losing a bet to do a Manny job, then finding it was for your crush back in the day and what do you have…2 people that try to hide their attraction, a little, parroting tornado that keeps them on their toes and some sexy, steamy times when no one is looking. Loved it!!!
