I’ve been waiting for Ricky’s and Martin’s story for what seems forever, seriously. If you haven’t read the rest in the series you should, you won’t regret it. If you don’t know there are some trigger subjects.
I was expecting Ricky and Martin, I wasn’t expecting Tula. When I realized this wasn’t going to be mm but mmf I was a tad worried however, Tula really is the glue. I don’t think I could have finished Manipulate without her. Now I enjoyed both Ricky and Martin seriously who wouldn’t and at the same time…but I love all three together.
The storyline was a bit surprising by having it set in prison but it made the setting intimate and helped us really understand what they all went through and how they came together to overcome. I’m already stalking Pam Godwin for release dates for the rest of the series.
The 6th instalment to an intensely dark, twisted and brutal series that captivates you with its never ending twists and turns.
Martin and Ricky, best friends for years insanely attracted to each other and Ricky is deeply in love with Martin but Martin has a deep rooted pain from his past that eats away at him, stoping him from giving Ricky anything but friendship.
Looking to rid the world of more evil predators Martin and Ricky have to go to hell on earth, they never expected to come across a woman especially one that they are both drawn too. Tula has survived 2 years in hell, surviving the best she can, she’s excepted the way things are then in comes Ricky and Martin, she’s instantly drawn to them both in every way. shocked at what secrets are revealed Tula takes control of the situation and deals with it fiercely.
Tula is the perfect heroine for Ricky and Martin, so much chemistry between them.
I was enthralled in their story, i truly felt for Tula and learning of Martin’s past broke my heart. Another strong story of these amazing haunted group of characters taking down sick, evil people.
I cant wait for the next book. Pam doesnt dissapoint, each book is so refreshingly different and equally epic.
A story of survival, overcoming your demons and finding raw love in a dark and twisted world.
Hottest book ever!!! These 3 HOT HOT HOT .. They each have a story that horrible for anyone to bare. The find each other in the worst place but They are all looking for secrets. She wants to see if they are part of a rival gang. They trying to find out how Hector and The La Rocha Cartel was trafficking humans
Martin Lockwood
Ricardo Saldivar aka Ricky
Petula Gomez

I love Pam Godwin’s page turning brand of dark romance! But Manipulate takes the cake! I am no stranger to her books but this one had me hooked and…blushing and sweating? Always new, always inventive, and always filthy! (I mean that as a big compliment btw.) Every time I read one of her books, it’s unlike anything I’ve read before. Truly! Manipulate is now live.
This book was steaming hot. Loved the (non)relationship Ricky and Martin had coming into the prison. Meeting Tula just completed them in every way they needed. Its def has off the chart scenes. 4 solid stars
Let me just say if you haven’t ready any of this series, you will want to start at the beginning.
Book series in order:
Deliver, Vanquish, Disclaim, Devastate, Take, & Manipulate. (Unshackle, Dominate & Complicate are not out yet)
I love me a good MMF book, but I had my doubts about this one. It is dark and a few times I wanted to cry.
Pam grabbed my attention right from the beginning. This book tells the story of Tula, Martin, & Ricky.
Ricky is very alpha male but submissive at heart. He is in love with his best friend.
Martin is a dominate alpha male that lets his dark and tragic past get in the way of his feelings and wants for his best friend.
Tula is sweet and protective of her younger sister. Finds out the hard way of what her family is really like.
I can’t wait for the last 3 books to come out.
Dark, gritty and sinfully delicious this new installment was totally unputdownable. This is book 6 in the Deliver series and it delivers in spades!! It is not a standalone and each book has to be read in order.
As we embark into Ricky and Martin’s story they meet Tula. Tula is one fierce badass Latina that does what she has to do to survive. Their lives are turned upside down in ways they never expected. Intense and brutally raw their story was one hell of an adrenaline rush.
Flawlessly written, this fast paced suspenseful story was full of delicious sexual tension and unexpected twists and turns.
What happens amongst the 3 of them made for and unique dark romance.
As the cover indicates, this contains menage and omg is it AMAZZZZING. Loved this book and I’m not sure, it might be my favorite. Tula, Ricky and Martin were HOT. You get the darkness with all of Pam’s books, which I can’t get enough of. Mexican prison, drug cartels, yep, it’s awesome. These are standalones but you have to read them in order or it won’t make sense.
I received a copy of this book from the publisher/author to review for Stephanie’s Book Reports.

Manipulate is the sixth book in Pam Godwin’s Deliver Series. You need to read the first five books in order to fully understand what is going on in this book and all you can about these character’s and their past. Each book is a complete book with no cliffhangers and happily ever afters. The order is Deliver, Vanquish, Disclaim, Devestate, Take and Manipulate.
Manipulate is everything I expected it to be and so much more. If you have read any of the books in the Deliver Series you know that these books are dark and should be approached with caution if you have any triggers. This is such an amazing series though. I am always so excited when another book gets added to the series. In Deliver you get the story of Ricky and Martin along with Tula. Tula finds herself leaving the United States for the day to go and help her sister who is always in trouble and rumored to have ties to the La Rocha Cartel. After going to her childhood home and unable to find her sister Vera she leave the house before it gets dark as her hometown is one of the most dangerous in Mexico. However things don’t go as planned and she finds herself taken and tortured by the military and then convicted of a crime she never commited and place in one of the most dangerours and brutal prisons in all of Mexico. The Cartel’s run this prison and fight for power and she finds herself in the midst of memeber of the LaRocha Cartel. A riot takes place and Tula saves the life of a sweet older man who turns out to the the leader of the cartel. Hector La Rocha. He takes Tula in and makes her a member of his cartel and offers her the protection she is so desperate for to survive the time she has to be in prison. She has lost everything and everyone and is just trying to survive. However when Ricky and Martin enter the prison determinded to get to Hector no one trust them and Tula is given the job of seducting them and finding out where their loyalities lie. I don’t want to give much of this book away so that is all your getting out of me. I loved these characters so much and devoured this book. I was so sad to see my time with these three over. Will they be able to survive this violent prison? Will the guys be able to convince Tula she is working for the most dangerous women and children selling into slavery man on the planet? Will they all go home together or lose their lives in the prison. This book is smoking hot, will have you one the edge of your seat and at times gasping for breath at the things these characters go through. This book is nothing short of amazing and a great addition to the Deliver Series. I so can not wait to see what Pam Godwin gives us next. This will forever be one of my favorite dark sereis and author.
OMG, it’s a new dark romance book in the Deliver series! YASSS!
If you know me, you already know that the perspective of a MMF book has me so excited I could scream in the middle of the street. AND if you add the fact it is written by one of my favourite writer, then you have one very happy woman right here!
Manipulate is the 6th book in the Deliver series and it shouldn’t be read as a standalone. They are too many connections with previous books to enjoy it completely. The main story continues with every book and to be fully immerse in this dangerous and dark world you should start from the beginning.
In here, you have Martin & Ricky ( or Ricky Martin as you probably would end up calling them) who became the closest of friends after what happened to them seven years ago. Both of them are still trying to process what they’ve been through while being on a mission to annihilate the enemies they have.
Both men have feelings for each other but while Martin is reluctant, Ricky is ready for more.
Then there’s also Petula whose life changed completely when she tried to help her sister. Instead, she found herself beaten and let in a cell with a 5 years sentence for something she never did.
Manipulate is like Pam’s other books; a dark read. She plunged us in a world where only the strong ones survived. I was at the edge of my seat trying to catch my next breath with each page I turned! Pam doesn’t spare any of us with the cruelty in some actions.
The only light you’ll have is between our three MC. As I said at the beginning, I was thrilled when I learned it was a MMF. I’ve always enjoyed witnessing love between three people. I think it is extremely difficult to write and do this kind of interactions justice. In my opinion, you need to feel the love equally through all parties. Once again, Pam Godwin has done is beautifully. Love doesn’t come easily and trust is earned step by step.
« This is love. It slays and conquers and never looks back. »
Martin, Tula & Ricky all have a different story, they all have hidden scars and they all need to overcome certain obstacle to be free from their nightmares.
Manipulate was hot! It will leave our panties wet without a single doubt! You’ll want more and more and more! Trust me; your wish will be fulfilled.
« The warmth of their skin met hers, and three bodies morphed into a single being. Three hearts without walls fused into a single soul without bars. Lost and found. Locked up and freed. Together, they became an unbroken forever. »
With each book Pam Godwin blow me away and Manipulate is no different! I’ll be there for the next book but in the meantime if you didn’t start reading one of her books, please do! You have no reason to wait as the first book in all of her series is free
New dark romance by Pam Godwin! I LOVE this cover!
Love- Manipulate was another story from her Deliver Series and as usual, she doesn’t disappoint. The writing comes to life, a page-turner that you don’t want to stop. Congratulations on another amazing story, I can’t wait for more in the series.
I love Pam’s books more than any other author so this one pains me to write. I have never given her books less than 5 stars. Never. 1st mm is not my thing but it did not bother me at all in the Trilogy of Eve books, I actually loved it. I don’t know why. Maybe it was the way it was written. For me the book just seemed to stop. I wanted to go to the next chapter. For some reason I personally could not connect with Tula or Ricky. I don’t know why. Just Martin. The Dark aspects are amazing and get all of my 3.5 stars. I love all of the other Deliver books and can’t wait for the next one .
Impossible to put down, dark and I mean dark, disturbing, emotional and gripping. I love anything that Pam Godwin writes and Manipulate was an amazing 6th book in the series, Ricky, Martin and Tula Tula, Martin and Ricky, swoon! This blew me away! Another amazing read from Pam Godwin five stonking great stars
Just the cover alone was enough to have me begging for this book. Please give me this book. Please. Please. Pretty. Please.
I finished it this morning. I read it on my usual commute on the bus, knowing at 85% done and Monday morning traffic I was likely to finish it. Arrived at the bus stop, 2 chapters to go. My whimpers of distress were largely ignored by my fellow bus wankers. No one came to comfort the crying mad woman at the back of the bus.
The only thing to do and the right thing to do was to go to my desk and finish it. Ok so the Head of Commercial department may have been sat a couple of desks away from me. Get thee gone my boss’s, boss’s, boss – Tula, Ricky and Martin need to get to the conclusion. My life depended on it.
Some 10 hours later, my heart has stopped racing, my breathing has returned to normal, I’ve messaged Pam Godwin and told her she is sick and twisted but my word, I loved, loved, loved this book. Threesomes are totally my jam (in books not in RL). This series just keeps getting better and better. Tula, Ricky and Martin are my new favourites.
“This is love. It slays and conquers and never looks back.”
4.5 Stars
Manipulate is the sixth book in the Deliver Series by Pam Godwin and it follows Ricky (and) Martin story…Ricky and Martin are two of Van’s former sex victims and now are part of the Fighters of Freedom group, fighting against sex traffickers.
To take down the La Rocha Cartel, they manage (volunteered) with Restrepo Cartel connections, to get arrested for three months in the most dangerous prison in Mexico, Julaso, where men blend with women. Only they didn’t expect to find Tula there, and especially a part of the La Rocha Cartel.
Tula was born and raised in Mexico, but when she got major age, she runs to the U.S. Now she was a U.S citizen, a Spanish teacher in Pheonix, Arizona. Sometimes her sister Vera got in trouble, and Tula go to Mexico to help her, only she didn’t know this was going to be the last time to do that. She ended up in Julaso prison, accused of drug traffic. She’s been through terrible moments, but one unexpected event went to one unexpected decision, and now she is part of the La Rocha Cartel.
After 2 years of peace and quiet, 2 HOT American guys appear in Julaso and make her heart beat again. Martin and Ricky try to use her to gain information about La Rocha Cartel trafficking business, and Tula is trying to gain information from them to see if they are part of any cartel and present some danger for the La Rocha Cartel.
The book was intense, had suspense, action and HOT moments, but…for me, it was a little predictive and not so dark and twisted as I expected. The attraction between Tula and Ricky (and) Martin was intense, but…they become close emotional to fast for my taste.
All in one it was a great and intense read, definitely not for anyone. Although the books in the Deliver series can be read as a standalone, it’s best if you read them in order. Can’t wait to read Vera’s and Luke story. For Vera, I had contradiction feelings because I didn’t know if she was guilty or innocent.
I highly recommend this series and this book!

This book was beautifully deranged! I loved every single dark and twisted word. All the secrets and intense scenes had me reeling. I’ll be honest though… some parts made me cringe. I loved it. It made me feel. That’s what kick ass books are supposed to do.
Pam is a must read author for me. Hands down anytime someone asks who or what should I read she’s in the top 5 authors I recommend. This series is one of them as well. Each book gets darker and more depraved and my dark book loving heart just gets happier.
This book was amazing and I devoured it. Can’t wait for the next one to see what twisty stuff the queen comes up with. I’m sure it’ll be epic as all her others have been!
5 out 5 stars
Tula Gomez only went back to Mexico to help out her sister and ends up at the wrong place at the wrong time. She is arrested and thrown into a mexican prison where men and women are mixed together . After a night of what is considered hell on earth . She pledges loyalty to one of the most ruthless cartels, for the one thing she desperatly needed PROTECTION. She becomes strong and hard until the day two mysterious American men show up and she is asked to seduce them . They are both hot , sexy and oh so alpha . Whats a girl going to do but maybe fall for them both . When she finds out the reason why they are really there she questions everything that the cartel stands for . Will she be able to survive with her heart intact and will she be able survive the cartel .
Ok what can i say about these characters . Well they are in my opinion are the best characters out of the series . Don’t get me wrong I still love Van and Liv but Tula has come out as number one . She is naive at the beginning you really feel for her and the torture she endured . As you get into the book though she becomes such a strong force of nature . She does things you never thought she would do , but she doesn’t really loose her humanity . I love her so much , there were moments where I just wanted to hug her and tell her everything will be alright .
Now lets talk men Martin and Ricky well lets say they are HOT , HOT oh did i say HOT. They have been friends and roommates for some time but they also have desires for each other but really haven’t acted on them . Ricky is kind of cocky and full of attitude which sometimes gets him into trouble . Martin is also so very hot but he has been through so much bad in his life . He is more reserved and quiet , he is a thinker . There are times where he goes into his head and that is where you just want to hug him and tell him everything will be ok . Each of them are hot and so alpha you want to climb them like spider monkey . Together with Tula they are on fire , you will be fanning yourself .
I sat down and started reading this book thinking that I would be able to put it down and head to bed . Boy I was wrong this book had be hooked by the end of chapter one . I had so many feels , I cried and I laughed and then there were the moments I was blushing and fanning myself . The author took us on such an emotional roller coaster ride . She put her characters through the wringer and you just wanted to hug them all . There are some really dark parts to this book like what happened to Tula at the beginning of the book and what happens through out the book .I must admit this is the darkest book of the series and I loved it . The author is taking more risks and making her characters darker and more dangerous . She takes on the world of cartels and sex trafficking and then adds the freedom fighters and love and mixes it all together . I will say that you need to add this whole series to your summer reading list . You will not be disappointed .
Manipulate (Deliver#6) by Pam Godwin is the next in the series dealing with the members of the Freedom Fighters aka the people kidnapped by Van and Liv. Their next target is Hector and Ricky and Martin are being sent to take him out. Hector is running his operation from the most notorious prisons in Latin America. When they get there they see Petula aka Tula. She was set up and falsely charged with drug trafficking. She has a close relationship with Hector. They know to get to Hector they need to get next to Tula. Ricky has has a thing for Martin for years and now he wants him and Tula. I know I know zero about prison life . However I have mixed feelings about this book. To me the story didn’t seems realistic or plausible. Regardless I loved this story. I loved learning Martin’s story. Ricky is sexy as sin and the 3 of them together made for a hot time. I really enjoyed them and would love to read more about them after prison. I can only imagine how hot and kinky their sex will be. The next story should be rather interesting considering what we learned in this book. 4 stars for me.
